TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Very slow bank… limited staff and super slow… 1 had to 1.5 hours just to deposit a cheque….

By far the laziest workers, huge lineup and they are busy talking to each other. Only 1 teller helping customers.

Very bad customer service, went there 4 times for something. They don care about anything.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I had an online appointment and Mr Bhatt showed up nearly 20 minutes late, after I phoned the branch to find out if I misunderstood the appointment and someone went to get him online. He then called my by the wrong name until I finally corrected him. I will absolutely not do service with this branch again.

Received amazing customer service from Neelesh Kunwar. I was supposed to sell my old house and buy a new one on the same day. With tight deadlines and not much time available, Neelesh helped us through the deal even when he was on his vacation. Kudos to this gentleman, will definately recommend him to my family and friends

Tbh if I could do 0 stars I would. Absolute joke, 1 teller with the manager training them. We were 15 people in line waiting.

Worst TD BANK Branch! I deposit $15k but they refuse because its too big amount. Grrr.and people are so lazy, they waited until the long line up of customer before they give a service.

The teller manager working there on Friday, 12/2, at approximately 12: 45pm, was the rudest, most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. Clearly, she does not care about helping her customers. Even after a valid explanation, she was rigid and non-accommodating. There’s a reason I moved almost all of my accounts elsewhere. Incredibly disappointing, TD. Your teller manager at this branch was atrocious.

It’s was annoying cause we went for the appointment and they said there is nobody. They respect our time. At least they could have called or email before head.

I always experience worst in this branch. Employees are not properly trained. I often visit branch 3-4 times a weeks but from my last two visits I am facing with horrible lady Sampa Maiti, with hiding name tag, doesn’t know how to welcome client, no thanks. Simply thinking to move all my bank accounts to another bank.

STAY AWAY! This is the worst TD branch in Calgary. The employees waste everyone’s time, no one responds. My dad went to this branch this past Friday December 17,2022 and the manager was absolutely rude and was no help. She didn’t allow to him cash his own cheques at the branch. Unfortunately, he didn’t get her name but once I have that information, I’ll edit my review and update it. The entire staff needs to be retrained and or fired for how they work at this branch. You’ll be better off going to literally any other TD branch. I hope the manager that was “helping” him sees this review. After being denied at this location to cash his cheques, he left and went to the Sunridge TD branch where the staff there actually did their job and he walked out of there happy and satisfied. Even if you live nearby you should take the time to go to a different branch, unless you like to be treated like garbage and want to waste your time.

Visited this branch today. What a rubbish experience. Staff focus on taking with their colleagues while working. They don't care if more than 10 people waiting in line. They serve one person at the counter and go back and talk to the gentleman who is sitting at the back on the chair (manager or supervisior). Lack of management. Wish we can do everything online and don't have to go and see them.

There is always a crazy line up here with barely 2 or 3 tellers working any point of time! The tellers say it's the bank that is cutting costs and not giving more hours! I wonder how is TD okay with upset customers? We waste hours waiting in queue to get a small thing done.

After business hour, only drive through ATM is allow to use as the ATM in the building was locked by the door.it took me almost half an hour waiting on the line for drive through.when it come to my turn I put the debit card + pin and proceed what I need.the ATM said processing but nothing happen. Now I know why people taking long time and why I wait for 30 mins. This is super bad service and wasting people time.

The absolute best service ever. Thank you Sampa. The TD is very lucky to have you working for them.

Never deposit check in this branch.
They holding my money for no reason and customer servuce TD cannot help to resolve this issue. Iam with TD for more than 10years and never happened something like this.

Except to get denied from services even you are in the long line inside the branch before they close. I waited for my turn and advise to come back because by the time I made to the counter, it was their closing time. I wasted 1 hour for a 1 min job. I will definitely look into switching the branch and shift my business somewhere else.

They need to have more guys at front to save people's time and speed up the process. I would recommend to avoid them if you're looking for a new branch.

Worse branch ever, right now there's 20 people in line and 3 tellers, always a hassle when I cash the same cheques for the last 2 years, they never had bounced, and just like another customer said on the review below, they change their policies every 2 weeks especially when you cash the same check for so long. And 3 tellers, just 3 tellers for now over 20 people!
Also I got yelled by a female teller who wouldn't cash my cheque, awful customer service.

Individuals complaining about this branch are just honest like me.
This branch recruits people based on references from the inside people and not based on qualifications. You can expect someone worked at a gas station to work in this branch.
I myself being punjabi, don’t recommend anyone to come here. Better check out some other bank.

Really disappointed with the service before the branch seems to be a best service provider as compare to other branches. These days not much staff over the counters

Was there to pick up a credit card they said we will need the additional holder to give the card. By calling VISA said you will hold all primary responsibilities of the card and hence it will be sent out to you. What a joke, where the owner of the branch takes on random decisions. I won't go there anymore.

They re scheduled my appointment, then cancelled the rebooked appointment for some reason. When I called back to book another appointment, kept hanging up on me multiple times. Consider some other branch.

Service. We were 9 people in line due to 1 customer and general lack of service. Will not re-attend this location.

I ordered some USD 3 weeks before my vacation. After two weeks they never got back to me. I left voicemails and multiple messages with no response. After three days of calling they finally answered my call, and notified me that they did not process my order.

Seems like if your not from India u don't get any service
