TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I've had my TD account for over 20 years now and TD just gets worse and worse every year. Definitely not for the working individual! Impossible to get a bank account unless you take a day off work! When did we start working for the bank instead of the bank working for the people. Will be moving to a new bank!

We made appointment with Carol about mortgage renewal and she was amazing. She is easy to deal with and explains everything. Very professional. Highly recommend

If there were zero star for review I’ll give it to Mr Ray financial adviser from this branch. If you are seriously looking to buy property big no to work with them. We had been left in middle of negotiation. In absence of Ray there were no person assigned to us to assist with our file and to our surprise Ray did not even told us he is planning to take leave. We had to follow up with him once we send any documents. No proactiveness, never seem interested. We had to go to branch and ask for help again and again. I would highly recommend to visit somewhere for your investments.

Sona was very helpful! She goes above and beyond our request and provide us with a lot of options! Very satisfied!

I had an appointment with Rati today and she was amazing! Very informative and helpful. She was willing to answer all of my questions and offer great advice.

The guy on the front desk couldn’t help me with anything, he didn’t know any answer to my questions.

Have been with with TD for a long time. Unfortunately over the past 3 to 4 years TD has gone down hill fast! I got yelled and judged on the phone by their mortgage people by merely asking the rates.
I switched to BMO right away after that, even if I had to pay penalties.

I got less and less services for my business account. You have to wait for a week for business account problem?

Actually, even though I moved to the WEM area 4 years ago, I still go to Callingwood TD to do my banking. I feel very comfortable there. They are always kind and helpful, and sometimes they provide such information in such a short time while doing my banking transactions that I find it very useful. Thank you to all of them.

One filipina lady teller is rude to people with color, im just checking my account & she gots lots of questions about personal things about me, violation to privacy rights, she should be sanctioned.
