TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

My card wasn’t working at atm and the staff had arranged a new card on the spot. Only downside is the queue.

I scheduled my online appointment to open new account in this branch. I got a call one day before telling me that they can not entertain me on same time and were asking me to come back later after a week. Wow. I insisted why are you not rescheduling me for next day or may be today. I requested early off from my work to honor this appointment in advance. After lot of arguments she gave me alternative of different time but same time i had my appointment confirmed with dentist. Luckily, Dentist were kind enough to accommodate another time. I could not take any other branch appointment since my house is near by and will be needing locker facility. Looks like it is going to be a difficult ride with them once i open account with them.

I have come here a few times now and it seems to me that the manager and staff don't care at all even when people are waiting for 30 minutes or longer. I come during my lunch break and almost my entire lunch time gets wasted waiting in line. There were 12 people waiting in line today and only 2 tellers were open. The management needs to look into the rush or busy times and add more staff to help their patrons.

I have had good experience. Yet, this time, I give 2 stars in hopes that someone will finally contact me. I went 3 weeks ago to withdraw funds from the education savings and this is the time the money is not in my account. I have contacted the person who helped me and seems like she is out of office but did not leave anyone designate to attend to her customers. I was advised to contact the manager (after I called and called and pressed lots of buttons and then chatted with customer service), again called and left a message and nothing. There should be a better way tor reach out to a person at the Branch like in the past to address our concerns. I shouldn't have to make another appointment to do the same thing I did on January 6th, I should not.

Easily the worst TD experience I’ve ever had. The staff were extremely condescending and arrogant. I live next to this TD but will ensure I make the drive out to a farther location to avoid this place.

Don't even pick up the phone. This branch has put a hold on my account, I can't even use my debit card. When I call the TD App they said that this branch didnt even put a note as to why they put my account on hold. Terrible branch
