Renu with the Estates Account department set me up for success when BMO refused my $150,000.00 inheritance estate check from Deloitte LLP. Then Mr Christopher Murphy at this location was empathetic, friendly, understanding and educated in the process of opening my estate account to finally process my inheritance. After dealing with many banks and being a National BMO staff member I can definitely say that TD Impressed on me once again because of these patient, understanding, and educated individuals. Its sad that BMO lost out.

I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Shauna who helped me with all my banking questions. Answered and assisted incredibly profesionally and took the time to explain everything step by step!
Did not feel pressured or uncomfortable in any way!
Would highly recommend if looking for a New Bank or just had general questions. Go see Shauna!

Poor service here. Just another corporate capitalist who takes advantage of regular working class. Not a supportive bank who can help you on your financial goals. Lots of systematic BS here. Its very frustrating to deal with, a lot of back and forth tagging.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I have power of attorney over a family member who is medically infirm, came in multiple times to provide and sign documents to gain access to their account on their behalf nearly 2 years at this location. Absolutely nothing happened until I filed a complaint. I had to use my own money for this family members surgeries, other health care, and living costs while waiting to gain access to their account. Interestingly when I filed a formal complaint the agent informed me there was still nothing on file somehow, but did resolve my issue quickly. Not sure what this branch did with all the documents I provided and the forms they gave me to sign.

If I could give this branch 0 stars, that would be too much. As a 30+ year customer i feel very disappointed in the service I received.and very disrespected by the staff and the bank manager.they are so lazy there they won't even try to verify a a bank draft for you. They insist that it needs to be held for 5 days. So I asked the manager why? And he says, its because of my credit. Witch makes no sense at all. Embarrassing me infront of other customer's. Im actually thinking of filing a lawsuit. Wouldn't recommend this branch to my worst enemy and will be talking to my lawyers about this.

Very inconsistent service. I've been banking here for over 7 years and lately it went from bad to worse. Multiple instances when mistakes by the manager and tellers caused significant delays with cheques being cleared.

Definitely wish I checked the reviews because the branch holds true to the reviews. Staff are unhelpful, don't listen and downright condescending. Worth the extra trip to another branch.or bank.
