D. B.and K. T.help our family resolve problems with chequing and other " bank magic"

Went there to get a bank statment for 2022 as I needed it for the tax, the teller told me they max they can provide is 3 months statment. For 12 months they have to request it and it takes 24 hours so she wanted me to come back the next day, I told them my dad and brother went to a different branch and were able to get a one year statment in 5 minutes, then the teller called her sup and they both start telling me to go to any library and try to print it instead of waiting the 24 hrs.if i can do it at any library they must be able to do it too.this branch is not the best nor they were willing to help at anyway.
Avoid if possible.

Horrible service at this location. The staff does not have a clue to what they're doing. Please do not go here if you have important banking things to do. Mostly a place for homeless folks to get their money.

Always a line and never any tellers. Poor customer service and long long long lines. Be sure to pack a snack it will take you all day to see a teller.

If I could give this branch 100 stars I would I came here after I completely was disrespected by another bank (not TD) and only had ID not my bank card (as I left card in hotel room) These ladies at the teller treated me with upmost respect, like my home branch, in fact everytime I have come to this branch I have always been treated with upmost respect, and it is an extremely busy branch as well!
The ladies smiled laughed with me chatted me up and made me feel extremely welcome and cashed my check no questions asked!
