Customer for more than 15 years, very disappointed with last few Years of interactions. Many of the staff have difficulty finding the right menus on their computer, transactions take a lot longer than promised. Notable exception: Ana (helpful, proactive, knowledgeable), only reason for the two stars.
Last time, I was informed that my forms were lost (!) internally for more than a month - I discovered this on my own. I was offered to start the process anew. When I asked to speak to a management, I was ignored until I had to leave the branch. Bad service is one thing, but I lost trust that this branch can properly manage the accounts. Diversifying away.

The management at this entity needs to ensure Customer Service stakeholders offer customers REMARKABLE over average experiences. At no time as a customer a CSR should say to me it’s not my policy it’s the Bank’s.
Whilst that might be true, employees must make certain they represent the institution with distinction and avoid smart answers to offend customers. In addition instead of deflecting and attempting to discredit the request or a question, a well crafted apology and provide some assurance to the customer that management will be notified for potential corrective measures would definitely go a long way. I will make special mention of the front end cashiers as I have always experienced courteous customer support. Today’s experience at the hands of this young lady SUCKED! After spending a long time at the office, Debit Card for account is handed yet, the customer is expected to return to activate that card because there’s not a machine to accommodate as it’s only done at the tellers. Mind you the line was up to the main door, yet no effort to fix the issue or investment to even attempt to appear to going the extra mile for customers.
If this is a regular mode of operation I am concerned about how many have suffered at and remain silent. I also wonder if such attitude has been normalized in TD’s operation and ethics.

I regularly come here to deposit money in my account and ask for help when I have problems banking, the staff here are wonderful. I know sometimes the bank gets busy but they try their best

Trying to get any help here takes the longest bloody time. Most of time there is a long line of customers and only a few representatives on the kiosk. Wish they had more help so things could go faster!

I was in a rush.not a great time to do anything much less banking. But the team at this TD location brushed off my rushed vibe and helped me find timely solutions to my problem. It was my first time in a TD Branch as I'm a new customer and I couldn't have been happier with how I was treated.
