This branch sucks big time. Went in for one thing and stayed in queue for 45 mins as if bank is donating money to people. Staff works like they’re above 95 years old. One teller for line up until door. It’s 4: 33 and they’ve no staff to help people. I felt sorry for the teller too.

Exceptional service! The branch associate Harpreet Sran helped me in opening a new chequing account was seamless. She is knowledgeable, efficient, and guided me through the process effortlessly. Slowest customer service ever.branch.manager should work with staff to improve the staff efficiency. People come and leave. Two people at one teller point. Training can be done in free times.
I know nothing with happen no one check and care about reviews because ppl have accounts

I wish i could give this Branch negative stars. My husband booked an appointment for credit card switch, first they cancelled the appointment twice and when finally he was able to go to branch. They dont know what they are doing, took forever to apply for credit card and ended up applying wrong one. Then they were like cant change it so we will have to wait. Worst customer service. My husband had more knowledge about which card is more suitable.couldn’t even explain differences between each card. Never dealing with them again.

Would be nice to pick up my credit card at reception instead of waiting in line for almost 30 minutes, the lady ended up walking to the reception desk anyways to get it (was told to wait in the regular banking line) Usually at other TD locations you can always pick up cards at reception.
EDIT: I just checked my mail was already opened by someone, it was not sealed and on top of that my card had oily fingerprints on it.this is really absurd

The branch was nice clean and the customer care manager was very nice. I had some questions regarding my account and they were through. I was able to get everything sorted out fast. Overall, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The worst experience ever, went to the bank to just change a payment method for my car loan. Which was supposed to be a easy quick process - not 1 or 2,3 TD bank employee at their best of worst experience. They spoke very unprofessional to my wife even after providing all necessary documents and all 3 of them refused to serve her unless we provided unnecessary documents. They kept saying thats the bank policy. Next day we went to another branch to our surprise within 2-3 mins the job was done without any hesitation using the same documents. Never before I have seen such disgusting attitude and unethical and unprofessional & 0% customer service in any bank in Canada ever. Personally don't even deal with this branch - a bunch people who needs to screw your day and 0% help.
The TD management needs to find solution for this, looking at the % of complaints for a new branch like this is unbelievable. I believe the staff doesnt know what is the meaning of customer service, I believe instead of customer they are thinking we are animals.

Wait was a bit long but our associate Geetika was very helpful and kind. We needed a little additional help and had to return and were told to wait on the side, at which point the female manager saw us and began being passive aggressive towards us and the associate trying to help us again. Ridiculous that the manager was making the situation seem much more stressful than it was, and also that she was being rude to both her own employees and to her customers.

Worst bank branch ever. At this branch No body knows how to deal with customers. Manager to teller all gives wrong informations. Even they dont know policies and procedures. I have already moved my mortgage from Td and will close all accounts soon with them. They hold draft and wire transfer for no reason for 5 days even after getting confirmed fro.different bank. That's how they can use our money for free.

I went to this branch at 3: 15 and their closing time is 4: 00. Although I went before 45 mins of closing they didn't let me in. I saw clients inside so i knocked on the door but none of the staff members bothered to inform me why they closed 45 mins before time. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

The “customer care manager” is the rudest person I’ve ever met. She interrupted us while we were working with a HELPFUL associate and made us wait on the side for 30 minutes and was being rude to us and the associate that was helping us. We could’ve had the problem fixed in 5 minutes if we stayed with the associate we were originally with but for some reason she felt the need to intervene and waste everyone’s time. I think it’s common sense to look at a persons customer service skills before hiring them as your CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER? Ridiculous.

Don’t go to this branch, every time I go there find an issue from the staff members. They don’t care about you even if it’s their fault, they are full of attitude. Today they called me to cancel the appointment for tomorrow due to family emergency which is fine but they could not arrange any appointments with anyone else or at any other branch. They didn’t care if I go to different bank and in that case I feel like if they don’t care then we customers are fool who do business with them. I wish I could give 0 star. Need better staff especially those who are advisors.

No customer service, No Respect, Bank staff Don’t know How to treat customers, Bank manager Radika Sharma She is pretending she is own this Bank kind of own thing bank, she so so rude even don’t know manors how to Talk with customer, also thay are giving you trouble for every small thing possible, This bank is not solving your problem this bank name should be trouble making Bank instead of TD bank. This manager should be transferred from here if she will stat this bank I think this branch need to close asap!

Late Post - I have been banking with TD since the time I stepped in this country as a student. I was never ever thinking to change the bank until I visited this particular branch. I have always chosen TD over any other FI and hence I have my Mortgage, Car loan, car Insurance, home insurance with TD. After the Hail damage in june 2020, I had claim with TD.the Whole process was very smooth while I was dealing with TD on the claim. After all the inspection and lot of back and forth email with TD aduster, finally TD gve me the Cheque on my claim.and when I went to deposit the cheque this branch service team had no idea on how to deal with this cheque. I got multiple directions rom 2 different team member. Finally frustrated me went to other branch at Falconrige and had them dealth with this issue. Those team was very knowledgable on how to deal with this cheque. I really think this team needs a lot of training on how to provide a CUSTOMER SERVICE. VERy Poor Experience unfortunetly.

I went to this TD and had very bad experience with the girl on till, she was not polite even was giving attitude to the customer. She made so much mistakes in my paperwork. Her name was Gurwinderjit. Than manager helped us and she was nice lady. I would never come to this branch again.
