TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Great customer service. Shivani Patel was amazing and help me with every bit of my needs and did a wonderful job! She’s very quick at doing anything I asked her for and would definitely only be going to her for my future banking needs.

Service by staff is very poor. 2 people working but other 2 doing other stuff. It’s 5 people waiting in queue. Plz pay attention on staff and their service. Check Millwoods location how helpful and fast they r.

On Dec 21 I was at this branch befor 3pm. I wanted to deposit my check without holding. I did it before at othere branches. But here 2 ladies, one of them was manager, i guess, told me or I'd say they lied me that they can't do this for me they can deposit it only with holding (it means I can use 2000 right away and the rest of amount will be on hold for a few days). I told them I did it before at other branches, but she answered now there is some changes from last week or something. And I didn't believe them I said well, then I'm gonna go to another branch to do so. I asked their names, but of course I forgot them they were not Canadians. So, i went to another branch and guess what! They did it for me with no problems. Somebody had the same problem?

-10 stars. Booked an appointment a week in advance just to have them cancel the appointment 1 hour before it was supposed to take place. Then they lied about trying to call me earlier in the day. Horrible service. This makes me want to take my business elsewhere

Worst TD branch ever. I had 2 appointments cancelled by them with little notice. Poor customer service and staff doesn't seem knowledgeable too.

Mini branch but slow service, very few teller good in their work sometimes the way they approach it’s wrong or rude. Lack of professionalism.

The absolute worst customer service! I just opened an account with TD online and had to verify my ID at a branch. It was my first visit to their bank branch yesterday and I feel like these people hate their job. I don't really care about customer service that much but, yesterday was the worst feeling I had. It's a convenient location for me but I would rather drive to another branch, I don't care how far than going back to this awful location.
