I have an appointment today. They have good service for customer. Vikas is very good person. He took my appointment. Also he provides good service. This branch always work well. I am very happy.

Awesome customer service! I came in right before close around 8pm and saw 2 separate tellers. I was impressed on the level of customer service and friendliness even at the late hour before they closed. The security guard was even nice! I will be using this branch over Sunridge location from now on.

They were 30 minutes late for my appointment; when I was inside.

I'm more impressed than mad.

If I ask you a question; just answer the question. Don't try to sell me something. Especially, don't try to sell me something after you ignoring me the entire time.

Worthless location. I needed to deposit cash, but they lock the vestibule where the ATMs are when they close so they can't be used after hours. Thanks for wasting my time!

I booked an appointment with Nancy a few months back at this branch/location. I came with the intention of possibly opening a trade line (l.o. C and/or credit card). I was on the fence about it, very indecisive.

My appointment was 45-hour long, and during that time myself and Nancy spoke about a variety of options that seemed feasible to my situation.
In the end I was gracefully able to apply and receive my first TD credit Card.

The process was easy, she never once rushed me or made me feel inferior, she thoroughly explained the pros and cons, she took her time, she kindly reminded me and gave me recommendations as we went through everything.

Thank you Again Nancy for seeing me, thank you for your time, thank you for your recommendation and suggestions.

I will definitely refer this branch and I will definitely reference your services.

Uttelry slow on customer service end! 6 customer service help desk and only 3 open! And all of them slow at 10 am in the morning. 6 people in front of me did not move for 17 minutes! Poor banking experience! 09/05/2023!

Locked when branch not open, even though atm has separate unit to be able to be open after hours like other branches. Travelled all the way there for nothing!

I've been with this branch for 3 years and 6 months now, the date I write this review. But I have never had a great experience here. The location is great, the place is clean and looks well-maintained. The staff: gloomy people. I have never met a staff who is friendly and smiles back at you. I have interacted and been served by all of their staff, because of the frequency of my visit to this branch. And it seems like each staff has their own protocol for accepting deposits. I only do deposits, the same transaction every visit but I get a DIFFERENT treatment EVERY SINGLE TIME.
Examples:
1.) One of them would ask for my ID, every time, while the rest of them NEVER asked for it, for all of the 42 months.
2.) One of them would make me tell them how much I was going to deposit, while the rest of them NEVER did. Which is confusing for me, what is that for? To make sure I'm not a thief? Lol.
3.) Some of them would make me sign the receipt, and some of them wouldn't. So I don't know which one is the right thing to do.
4.) I was told by one of them one time to put the coins in a roll, to which I replied that there were not enough coins for the roll. And then he shut up. Like, are you picking on me or what? I laid down all of the coins in front of him so he should see that there are only that many coins right? Obvious enough that it's not enough for a roll.
5.) Many more negative, no scratch that, 100% negative. These examples are just highlights because I have observed that they are all ridiculous in their own ways.

So there you go, it's either they don't interact with you nicely, with common sense or their interaction is ridiculous. Which are both negative. Never had a positive experience in the 3 years and 6 months. Lesson learned. Will not come back here again, even though it's the closest TD from my house.

I have been to approximately 5 TD branches in the last 3 months every single one of them I walked out because I wasn't getting the help I needed however I walk into this branch and they were excellent if the person that was helping me wasn't able to do it they always had somebody else behind them it was excellent service people

The customer Service is zero satisfaction, Even the Manager put TD cheque on hold without any perspective. The Manager thinks she owns the Bank and that's not for the TD clients. I have business account with TD and I paid $90 per month for business services but the service is negative. So avoid open your accounts in TD bank so open your account in any other bank. You will get better services than TD in any other Bank.

I started my mortgage pre-approval with Vikas. He is unprofessional, never answer his phone and email. I don't recommend you to deal with him. If book an appointment online in this branch run away from Vikas.

I found the staff at this branch to be very accommodating and kind. Judith specifically went above and beyond to assist us with our banking needs. Thank you Judith. I have been banking with TD for many years and I am always satisfied with their services.

Having to deal with impatient people on a daily basis would be a struggle for anyone in the customer service industry. I have been using this branch and have always recieved quality customer service without fail. I have much more respect for the ladies behind the counter, doing the best they can, than I have for the people waiting in line who believe its all about them.

SLOOOOOWW SERVICE. Not the way it used to be in the past. If you have an appointment they never take you in time. 2nd time in a month 30 min late. No one approaches to ask if your booked or anything.no instructions are given about who you should approach when you get to the bank.

Everytime we book an appointment either the rep is late, or not in with no call so we don't waste our time coming in. Another rep advised we would DEFINITELY receive a call to rebook our appointment. Not a single person called. Instead we received an email advising we missed our appointment.how we were there waiting?
It seems like no one wants to support us.

I had an appointment with financial advisor name VIKAAS. SHARMA. He was very very helpful and he guided us so briefly with our mortgage. I give him 5 STAR FOR HIS BEST GUIDANCE

Very poor customer service. Staff is uncooperative. Lockers here not safe at all. Not getting keys for over 2 months.
