Understaffed, if you plan stopping at the bank prepare to write off 45mins to an hour of your time. Try and go to a bank that you have a family member working at.
THE WORST SERVICE.many workers just watching and only one person attending a line of 7 people. I asked for the manager and she was one of those who was chill, she just looked at me with a bad face and she left.
31-July-23 @ 1720hrs, Poor to no customer service. Went there today to dispute a frud transaction that happened on my account they refused to help when I told them that the other braches that I been to before helped me by canceling the frud transactions they said that I can go to the other branches and they can help me! Long story short I asked the guy that was helping me to book me an appointment to open a new account to mitigate that frud thing he gave me an appointment after 6 days! And refused to send me a confirmation email, I went to another branch explained my problem to them they help me by canceling the frud transaction plus book me an appointment for the new account on the very next day and sent the confirmation email right away. This branch needs new manager and some employee needs to do better with customers!

Adja Diakhate was our “mortgage specialist” during our recent visit to the branch for a pre-approval. We are first time home buyers and ideally we would want someone knowledgeable and organized to walk us through the process and what to expect. She spent nearly an hour just entering our info, and kept emailing us late into the night asking for more details. (Does she not know what she needs as a "mortgage specialist" for a pre approval appointment?) She didn’t talk at all about different mortgage options, how they work, and the home purchase process in general. And in the end she told us “it’s impossible to get our pre approval amount right away”. The next day she called again and asked us to choose a rate among 3 or 4 because we have no option. While literally the same day RBC was able to get us pre-approved right on the spot for much more than what he gave us, and walked us through step by step what to do, what to expect and why. RBC also locked down ALL the available rates for us so we do have to make that decision short on time. She made the process much more stressful and frustrating than it needs to be. Not doing business with TD ever again.
Today we dealt with the manager Haley. She was very professional extremely understanding and helpful. She found a resolution to our problem in a swift manner.

This branch is so disgusting. I had really extremely horrible customer experience there! I had been to customer when I came to Canada. Never ever happened before. Century Park branch’s staffs are super great. This branch staff are so rude! Haley who is manager of customer experience, yes! She provided a really super “great”experience to me! It’s her first day at this branch forever! Thanks her! Never coming back to deal with TD again! Please let her know she did a excellent job!
It’s very different from the other branch. Asked me to call customer service first. In other branches the associate called it for me. I just wasted my time and gas.
This TD has horrible customer service. My father is a senior and a long time TD client. Had banking meeting with one of the TD advisors. It seemed more of an interrogation rather than assisting a valued customer. Very Rude, Rushed and inadequate in every level of customer service. Management should really do something and reading other clients comments on Google, this is definitely a increasing trend. Very disappointed in the treatment of the elderly here.
