Always come here and the outdoor drive thru ATM is down half the time. To top it off, the outside vestibule doors to access the internal atms are time locked after hours. Why the annoying mess?

I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 5 Harmeet and Aj rectified the situation and were pleasant to deal with. It’s good to know there are understanding and reasonable people to deal with at the branch.

Absolute worst branch they change the rules every time we cash a chq from the same company one minute they will not hold the next time they don’t stay away go to cibc or atb financial stay far away from td

I have decided to change banks due to their inane bank machines. Nothing more annoying than not being able to deposit cash because their machine keeps spitting it back out if it isn't in pristine condition and perfectly stacked when inserted. I found a bank that still uses envelopes. Nothing worse than a bank that doesn't acknowledge bad engineering and despite thousands of complaints refuses to fix it.

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt that I should this time. I was in the branch and I want to give a shoutout to a lady teller (wears a head cover) she was really helpful and very patient with an older guy who had trouble with the language and even used a translation app on her phone to help him out.

I am TD client over 12 years now, I always take my return check from my taxes every year to the bank, today I went with my kids to deposit my check thinking it is going to take few min, the lady who assisted me took the check she looked at me and made a phone call and started to talk to another people there, first time I saw this as it wasn’t the first time I deposit my check all this look to me very rare, then the guy beside to her took the check and looked at me no nice, then I started to loose my patient, what they were thinking? That the check wasn’t real or what? They made me wait 20 min with my kids, I felt ofended the way the took all the situation, I can’t believe, I will make a complaint

Excellent customer service. I had multiple items to sort out and the teller dealt with each one efficiently. There was no wait to speak to the teller and while I was being served I noticed that none of the other customers coming in had to wait either.

Opened my chequing account online. I had a debit card because I have a credit card with TD to access easyweb. Unfortunately, card doesn't work with the new chequing account. Called TD and they said I have to go to the branch to sort it out. Went to this branch and they didn't know what's going on. Talked to his manager and they check things out on the computer and told me that the debit is deposit only and therefore I can't use it for e-transfer. Told me to call TD since they can't do anything at the branch. Asked why don't you just issue me a new card if that card is deposit only. He told me that it doesn't matter since the new card will also be deposit only. His behaviour was uncaring (probably because a lady was waiting for him specifically apparently). Not impressed. First I heard a branch can't do anything for its customer. So I called TD again, operator explain to me that they can't issue a new card over the phone and for me to go back to the branch and told me that I should try a different branch because they found it weird for the branch to not able to do anything since they have full access and they only have partial access. Well, now I remember why I closed my account at TD years ago. I will try again at a different branch. Hopefully it'll be resolved by a more competent branch. This branch is supposed to be my home branch apparently. Not impressed. Opened a new account and this is what I see. Well we'll see if I even want to pull my investment into TD. If they can't even handle a simple debit card swap, how can they handle a more complex transaction. Train your staff please so your customers don't have to suffer. It's a shame.

Sales rep I think parnith lady with glasses was rude and super attitude
Try to avoid that lady she don’t want to help at-all.she just says call customer service. She don’t even listen properly our problems. When we try to say customer service help desk told me to go main branch she told try to call them again.
Time to cancel the account.
Tried to contact other branch they told no need to call customer service the branch will help in this issue.

Every time I go to this branch, I love to be served by Stasia Kucharyk-Duraj. Excellent customer service and is very helpful. Stasia is very knowledgeable about her job description. Never try to rush me out. She tries her best to help her customers. Need more people like her in the branch.

I found the staff at this branch to ineffective, unwilling to accept responsibility for the problem or the solution and disingenuous.
I have been a customer at TD for 20 years.goodbye.
