I have never once seen this branches lobby open even at noon on Wednesday the front doors are locked and you can’t get to the ATMs inside

Horrible experience with financial advisor at this branch. Please be careful especially if you are new to Canada or to banking systems.coz you will apply for an orange, you get an apple instead and if you never had an orange before you think you get what you want til people tell you that's not the right one. That's exactly what happened to me. I applied for line of credit but I ended up getting regular credit card i don't know how. Definitely i blame myself for singing the documents, but i don't really understand why would he do that? When i asked why that happened his respond was he didn't tripp me because I signed the paper. Ok but why would you applied for things that i didn't request in the first place? Why? What a nice service: (

I've never had an issue with the in bank service, seems to be pretty good but I'm not impressed with the ATM service at all. No access to ATM service after the bank is closed. From what I can tell its just this branch that does this. Its frustrating to have to go to a different bank's ATM and pay service fees to both TD and whatever other banks ATM I use. I'm not impressed at all with this situation.

My husband and I went into the bank to deposit a cheque which we haven't done in years. We were actually dreading the thought of having to go to the bank.
The teller 'Mujtaba Ahmadi' was very helpful. He explained that if we deposit through the bank machine our account will allow access to some of the funds immediately, based on the type of account we have.

Absolutely horrible experience at the Manning (50 St.) location by the Teller (Mustaba) & the Supervisor (Jasleen). I've been going to TD for more than a decade and I can truly say this teller is the worst that I've dealt with. This location in general is very poorly managed. There have been times when I went and there were over 25 people waiting in line and only 2 tellers working. Today, Mustaba went out of his way to harass me and Jasleen just watched because it was the end of the day and she just looked like she just wanted to leave and not deal with it. Mustaba asked me for ID, which I provided. Due to Covid practices, it was inside a clear plastic cover (like lamination). He held it in hand and started taking out my personal belongings inside it. I asked him what he's doing and why and he said he can't see through the clear plastic. He then went on to make random comments throughout the interaction when I was clearly uncomfortable and didn't want to engage. He gave me my ID back and I put it away. He then asked me to take it out again so that he can write out information that he needs, AFTER he already took down all the info. They took about 25-30 minutes on something that usually doesn't take more than 10 minutes.

This is the same location that put a business deposit into my personal bank account AFTER I had already put in my chip card with PIN.

Absolutely horrible, maybe it's time to switch banks, or at least go to a different location.

This is worst branch I have ever seen. Their Drive through ATM & both of ATMs inside need to be replaced. Always a huge lineup and 1-2 tellers. OMG what to say more. I can't waste another 1 hour to write the long story of my bad experiences with this TD (Totally Disappointed) Branch.

Business owners avoid TD at all costs. They will hobble your business with arbitrary holds, and lie to your face about it. I am right now closing all accounts with TD and moving to a credit union.

I had a bad experience with this bank when they were dealing with my father's estate because I am on assured income for the severely handicapped and got some bad advice from one of their financial advisors

Absolutely horrible experience with TD overall, specifically this branch. Staff here do not give customers the courtesy or the time for their personal financial needs, but only focus on ripping you apart and charge you a large monthly fee. When I called to inquire about a better account setup, I was told there is nothing this bank can offer to a member of the Armed Forces, and also denied an appointment to discuss options for other questions we had. Save your money and deal with a different bank. They also never answer the phone. Mother TD needs to really look into this branch

My account got hacked on Wednesday and I was instructed to call the fraud line. I have been on hold with them for 2 and a half hours every time only for the line to cut out on me. I spent over 10 hours total trying to get through and I finally get through to someone only to be told I have to go in person to a branch. I go into a branch on Saturday only for the teller to tell me they have to call the same line that is impossible to get through. I’ve now been waiting nearly 2 hours at the bank waiting for them to get through and my account still isn’t figured out. After this mess, I’m switching banks. What an absolute joke! I become a victim of fraud and it can’t even solved! Doesn’t really make me want to continue to do my banking with a business who doesn’t seem to care about their customers!

This place came under management a while back and ever since has just been a complete nightmare to work with. They will lock everyone out of the ATM room that is meant to stay open to serve the public just so that the homeless have to suffer. Then the bank closes it's doors and locks up 15 minutes before closing. If you want better service it is better to just head down to the Londonderry location. Taken all of my business there ever since
Edit: just went here at 18: 30 to deposit my paycheque. The door clearly states that their hours are 8: 00-20: 00, doors were locked. This is quite literally the worst place to bank.
