The manager call me to change the date and time for an appointment.
She was extreme rude, unpolite and hang up the phone SHE SHOULDN'T BE WORKING AT THE BANK

I would have only given one star, however that would be unfair to the hardworking tellers at this Branch.

One star to the financial advisor i dealt with, she needs additional training in customer service. I would recommend losing the attitude, the tone was apparent over the phone.

I will be moving my personal banking out of TD due to the horrible experiences I have had dealing with my mom’s estate with TD.

I’ve had multiple appointments where my representative was not prepared and said she could not help me with what I was asking, only to be called within an hour to go back into the branch to sign paperwork or for follow up. I was also asked to come into the branch to call the estate team with her, but was told there would be no guarantee the estate team would pick up within the 1hr appointment time due to long wait times. She assured me the estate team would call me directly, which they never did (or if they did it was an unknown number and they never left a voice mail). Emails were often not responded to, and when I would follow up I was told by my representative that she has a lot of other accounts/file to work on, and therefore is too busy to follow up on everything. When trying to bypass her and ask a question for the tellers or visiting a different branch, they would say that the notes left on file were not detailed enough so they could not help me without first clarifying with the representative. Although probate was granted to me electronically and not via a paper document, I was told by the representative that this e document is not good enough and that I needed to produce a paper original (which does not exist).

After escalating my concerns to the manager, I requested a new representative to move forward with the estate. I was booked with a new representative on a Saturday (my request as I work full time). However, I was not told that the estate team is closed on Saturday, so when I went in for my appointment, nothing could be done. I want to genuinely say thank you to my new representative Anuradha, who listened to and understood my complaints, and is going to help me moving forward.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service received other than that from Anuradha. I will be moving my own banking out of TD so that my family does not have to go through the same frustrations that I have.

It was horrible experience at the branch.
After waiting 20 minutes in the line and one of lady told me to wait more for my service as they want to serve more customers in the line first because the service I was looking take longer time. I was really disappointed.
TD should have given the best training to their employees and how to handle the situation. I am thinking to move my business to another bank.

I went to the branch today and delt with very nice agent very kind and respectful she was patient and calm and very fast and efficient I did not have any idea of banking and she was not judging me or something she was trying to explain things to me with simple language when I had difficulty to understand she deserve to be in better position she was smart and professional I loved her and want to say thank you to her service one more time. Her name is Sukendeep kaur

The worst bank service ever. Booked the apportionment at 3: 00pm with a adviser for buying the GIC's, she meet me at 3: 10pm and was told no enough time to do the paper work.it has to book another apportionment. Cost me 1.5 hrs and doing nothing. Avoid this branch's financail advisor to save your time. She doesn't want to help you!

This is the worst branch in whole Canada. You guys is number one at the end.
1) The reception desk is about 7/24 empty, the branch phone number never been answered.
2) without receptionist nobody knows you are here already and no checking in.
3) waiting time is longer than any other branch.
Branch manager, Are you going to take some actions to improve it?

This branch and it's Manager (Jeff Siu), really deserve negative 5 stars. I went to the branch to do a very simple transaction, PTS, which is transferring money from different Financial institution to my TD account.unfortunately, for my bad luck I dealt with the branch manager, and he did really well in screwing my life over in 40+minutes. He did screwed my mortgage payment as he changed it to completely taken off from my other financial institution without I authorized him or consent me to do so. Also, he was very rude dealing with me as he is the only person at TD knows everything. I used to be a TD employee for over 8 years and know the system well, and I still got well screwed by the Branch Manager who is used to work as FinancialAdvisor.imagine regular customers without financial or banking backgrounds!
I discovered that TD Mortgage come out from my other financial institution account, where I did not have enough balance and did not have big over protection on. I found that my account is setting in very negative balance. Rightaway, I moved money from LOC to cover the negative as I didn't want the mortgage payment to bounce back.had to email him and call him.went through unnecessary stress beside my negative experience with him at the branch.
I had to post this here to warn customers Not to deal with this branch that have a big lack of coaching, and well unexperienced staff.if you have to deal with this branch try any other employee, except Jeff Siu the Branch Manager.but still be very careful,

Will make sure to share this experience with my relatives, neighbors and friends who are TD customers as well.

Terrible customer service. Waited for 40mins just to deposit a check in a TD customer’s account. Most people in line walked out. Agents don’t care and won‘t take time out to provide you quality service.

Waiting 30 mins just to do a deposit. Even the person in front had issues and was put on hold. The ceos and management going on luxury cruises and they can't hiring another $15 an hour teller. Absolute scams
