Every time I come here, it’s quick and friendly.

This week I booked in with with Jackson, my expectations were blown out of the water. In an hour, I fully understood every option - information I couldn’t grasp with hours of YouTube videos / books. Along with Jackson’s knowledge was a warm personality & passion. He is going to go very far in life.

Thank you Jackson, I think you made a huge impact on my financial journey.

I was a victim of online fraud Dec 1 which resulted in my account being emptied. I followed TD's protocol and opened a claim over the phone, and then spent 45 minutes getting a new card in the branch. Dec 15 it happened again! I phoned in and also went to the branch where I had to deal with a young lady who seemed far more interested in getting rid of me rather than helping me. They confirmed that I had done my due diligence and placed another claim. Apparently they only gave me a replacement card and not a new account like they were supposed to do I waited all Christmas for my return to no avail. Dec 27 I get a letter in the mail telling me they have closed my claim and gave me a number to an ombudsman. I still hadn't received my money for the second scam so I called their Td line. The lady who I talked to informed me that there was no new claim filed, she only has the one from Dec 1. Now we wait another 10 business days for an answer. The best part is that they cannot expedite my claim even though it was their fault! So basically the only star to be given is to the last lady I spoke to who clarified everything and got the ball rolling again. 1 out of the 5 people I dealt with that actually cared to do their job!

Terrible service. Tried holding a certified bank draft for 5 business days and wouldn't contact the bank it came from to confirm the draft. I called TD easyline and they confirmed that there is no policy in place to specifically hold drafts for a set amount of time, and it's all based upon the bank managers discretion. You figure for the 17yrs I've been a TD customer without a single blemish on my file they would make a better call on the situation. I'll never go to this branch again, terrible service.

Bad service for Saturday workers! They are not going to do anything to train the people who work here. I went from that branch to another and in 5 minutes my service was ready.same bank different branch, who is the problem? The manager sucks too

I gave a call to this branch after several calls to other branches with just a voicemail option. An agent answered and I asked about availability for foreign currencies. They didnt have what I needed, but the agent recommended a different branch and how much they had in hand. Saves me from around town. Thank you for that great customer service!

If you want your day ruined, just come visit this branch. Front line staff are capable of the most basic things (barely) but if you need services beyond, then you better take your aspirin pills.

The "supervisor", Sarah, is even more of a headache and doesn't even care to be helpful and seems to try and give its customers as much roadblock with no suggestions on resolving anything. You would have a more pleasant experience from a police officer giving you a speeding ticket than you would with this branch.

Went into Branch on April 14th to open an account. Filled in a whack of paperwork.was told it would take 5 days to have the account opened. Followed up 2 weeks later because the account doesn't show anywhere and got no response. Followed up again 2 days later and was told that a form was missed and would need to fill it in. I received a link and submitted my signature (May 10th). I have since called 4 times and left a message for a return call, I emailed May 17th, 21st and June 6th trying to get someone to either call or email me back and have had no response. This is frustrating and unprofessional and highly recommend that if you are looking to trade in active markets that you avoid this branch as they clearly do not care about you, your money, or delivering good service. Markets are time sensitive and I have now lost nearly 2 months of being able to transact due to poor customer service.

By far the best service at any bank I've ever had. Min Guan is a star, she made opening a account wigh TD simple and enjoyable. It was fast, and I was explained all my options very thoroughly. I feel very confident switching from RBC to TD now with Min's help! She really made my day.

Asked for a service that the new teller wasn't sure if they could help me with.
Teller asks manager for help, quick yes or no question. Waited 10min with the teller, mentioned I'd grab something from my car, cane back, still no response from her.
I can see her sitting at her computer. Even chatting with a colleague.
Even a simple no, would've been better so I could go to my home branch.
Waited another 5 min and was helped, maybe the branch is just too overwhelmed? !

There are too many new employees, and the deposits between the same TD Bank customers need to be held for 5 days? Fortunately, I persisted and went to the manager to solve the problem.

Sandy and Simran are so amazing, I've had a lot of problems with TDs, but they represent customer service and the company beautifully!
