Worst bank branch I have ever tried to use, ATM is locked out after 6pm it seems, went there Monday October 2nd at 2pm and the doors were locked, even though the hours posted said it was open.
Branch manager should be ashamed, consistently disappointed with this location and its accessibility to services, would be more helpful to tear down the building and just make some atms available 24/7, atleast then someone could attempt to do their banking. Pathetic

I am frustrated that the ATM’s are not accessible unless the branch is open. I’ve been banking here for years and have enjoyed the convenience until now. This is so annoying! ATB, just around the corner has a card scanner so customers can access the ATM’s all hours. Come on TD get with it!

The associates at this branch are inexperienced, to say the least. Managers should help out when they see that the front line staff have long line ups.

To add, they put the old lady in the front that takes 2 hrs to help one person. Terrible service TD! I rather take my business to Scotia. Get your s**t together or you guys will lose billions

Nadiya, the advisor is the worst and most disrespectful. Long waits and no respect, please teach your advisors how to talk to customers. My husband is new to Canada and beyond disrespected by her. She doesn't know how to talk to customers and only interested in selling us credit cards even when we didn't need it. Please don't do this.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the terrible customer service I received from the representatives of your bank at this branch. I wish i could give 0 star.
Frankly speaking, after being 7years with TD, 3 weeks ago, my banking experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and it has drastically impacted my trust in your bank's services especially when I had to deal with an unprofessional bank advisor.

First, the representatives were unapologetic about the time I had to waste waiting for my application. One week after my appointment with Nadiya, I found out she didn't submit my request and the week after when I followed up with her, she responded harshly that she is busy and I have to book another appointment (seriously?) In addition, she was dismissive of my concerns, and she seemed to be less knowledgeable about the bank's services than I expected.

Moreover, she was unprofessional with her responses and made me feel undervalued as a customer. She did not show any empathy towards my situation and was not even willing to provide me with any further help or information that I requested.

To say that I am disappointed with the level of customer service I received from the representatives of your bank would be an understatement. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism by the representatives of any service provider, especially one as important as a bank.

Unlike the terrible experience I had with most of the representatives at this branch.
It is worth to mention that the branch manager, Catherine, and her assistant, are exceptional and it seems they really care about their customers.

I would like to request your urgent attention to this matter, and I hope that steps can be taken to rectify the situation.

Cannot access ATM machine so now I get charged 3.50 to use ATB next door. Thanks alot for preventing your customers from accessing their money.

Looks like only the branch manager Catherine is knowledgeable. The staff in this branch needs more training. One young male Caucasian teller was not pleasant to deal with.

I have now had two appointments to deal with my fathers estate and the employees at the bank appear to be completely incompetent. First appointment was at another location, the estate department in Toronto assured me that I would be coming to Brentwood to just sign the papers and close the account. I got to the appointment 15 minutes early heard some random walk into the bank saying he saw sazzad last week. So instead of taking the person with an appointment he sees this random for 15 mins. Starts our appointment late and basically has no idea where to look for information extremely confused. Manager came and sent me to another branch to deal with it. After the first branch wasted my time and got to the second I waited for awhile but ran out of time and had to leave. Why they book estate appointments when the employees have no idea what they are doing? I’ve now wasted 3 hours of my time between these two appointments.

Update phoned estate department and the information was emailed to sazzad the assistant branch manager and branch manager so the fact they couldn’t find the information is just plain laziness and incompetence. Also they should have phoned the estate department if they needed it.

I will be making a formal complaint

So frustrating not being able to use the ABMs after hours. Sure, it’s not pleasant handling money with homeless people around staying warm, but I’ve never had an issue with them…they’re usually passed out or not fully conscious.

Here’s a novel idea: with the money they spent sponsoring the free fare zone, they could have contributed to the city’s affordable housing stock…providing tangible good to the community for once and helping solve this recurring issue of not being able to access the machines.

With the amount of financial institutions sponsoring naming rights to arenas, downtown buildings, etc.they clearly have the money to make positive change in our communities, but they choose not to.
