Great Bank, garbage branch. If you guys don't mind long wait times, unqualified tellers, and having only one location in all of Fort McMurray, this will be your go-to! I'll give you a rundown. Upon entering, you're greeted with that usual armpit smelling environment, as you walk to the line, long or short, you'll be waiting for a minimum of 30 minutes. Eventually you'll get some assistance from someone who will likely also need assisting just to help you. There's only about 1 qualified banker there. Somewhere. Lurking.
Long lineup, short staff, time consuming only one branch the city of 100k Top bosses don't care about the customer Care about only billion dollar dividend !
I have been banking at TD for slightly over 30 years now. I still support the Green. However, TD being the ONLY major bank with no branch in downtown Fort McMurray, things are going further down south service wise- no ATM that you can count on. I visited the ONLY 2 green machines and none worked (strategically wrong locations to being with). Upgrading or not, without a branch previously and now no functioning ATMs in downtown? Super disappointed. For sustainability sakes, please reinvest in the community with a bit of your gargantuan profits.
I went to the bank to find information about how much is left on my automobile loan as I am planning to pay it off early. The teller hand me information and is not matching of what I have already calculated which is odd as I am supposed to be paying lesser as the interest rate should had been opt. The next day I called and asked to explain me how come that I am paying way over than what it should be. The guy that I spoked to answered and told me he does not know. I told him he should have more information and knowledge how it should be done, than I don't know. Like seriously it's there job to find correct answer for there customer so we don't end up paying more than what we should be.
I went there on Friday morning, and only two tellers were working, and 20 people were waiting in line. I thought I should come later. Went there on Monday morning, only 1 teller working and 20 people waiting. TD is very creative to come up with new things every day to disappoint their customers.
Waited in line for 45 minutes …. Not impressed ……. Since the flood from downtown and that branch u would think more ppl working …. Only 2 ppl working counter …. And the one counter was busy the whole time w a customer—— not impressive
After banking with TD Canada Trust for over 30 years and having serve get worse with each year I went in today requesting a simple service that the teller was not able to help with after standing in a very long line. It felt so good to pull my money from one of my accounts and take my money to the Royal Bank. I walked into the branch and there was no line up, I was greeted with a smile by Simran Patel, she provided me with excellent service, explained the she could do, what she couldn't do and what I could expect from the account I opened. If the service I received continues to go exceed my expectations as Ms Patel did I will look forward to continuing to grow my banking portfolio with Royal Bank.
ONE branch in the whole city.are you kidding me! As one of the most profitable corporations in North America, the service is absolutely horrid. Long waits. I'm wondering if you're associated with the health care system. Why is there four (& sometimes more) teller stations) yet all of them are NEVER staffed? You nickle & dime your customers, and yet service is rapidly declining. WHY? Please don't ask me to contact an email address for further discussion.just another convoluted bank step.come clean & answer right here.so all can see. Very disappointed
