I went in to open a new account and had the service from Wintana and she was amazing. She explained everything to me and answered all my odd questions. She is great at what she does!

Stay away from td put in my cash draft and they won't let me take my money out. (cash draft is pure money) closing my account with td for sure.

I had to wait more than 2 hours to deposit a cheque at this branch today. Had a very long line up while there was only 3 tellers.
Once I finally got to the teller, I had to deal with the customer service manager named Yousef who did not honor my cheque. Even after showing him I've been receiving cheques from the same company almost every month for the past year. He told me it's just a piece of paper and "it doesn't mean anything".
I have been with TD for more than 3 years. I have been depositing cheques every single month as part of my business and the manager had the audacity to ask me "if I know what a cheque is" in front of everyone, making me look like an idiot.
He literally asked me "Do you know what a cheque is? It's just a piece of paper, it doesn't mean anything"
I walked away frustrated unable to deposit my cheque.
If you're a business owner, think twice before opening an account with TD. Specially at this branch. I've had nothing but frustrating experience.

In all my visits one thing is prominent, the branch and the bank put profit before customers. There are always huge lineups and if i paint the picture right 2 non interested/tired associates serving the mob. If you are planning move in neighborhood and make this branch your branch please keep aside atleast an hour of your life everytime you need anything done. This is not a bank where you expect greeted by smile. No sir.

ATM's close at night! I HATE not being able to do my banking when I need to. I understand why but don't punish us - get a card lock or better security. Otherwise. I've never had an issue with staff but it's slow / busy most days but etter than the one on 17th Ave.

The tellers of this bank help an average of 2 people per hr. I know this because I've been here for an hour and the 3 tellers here have helped exactly 5 people. Go anywhere else for your banking needs.

Worst TD branch in Calgary. They can even set up direct deposit. I went twice nothing is successful. Poor customer service especially the slender women with black hair.
