I called this afternoon to ask about opening a non registered investment account, TD asked to book an appt just to talk about the dif options available but they didn’t have anyone until two days from now. On the meantime I called Roya Bank to ask about their programs and I was given detailed explanations with how I can do this on my own online which only took 10 mins. You need to step up your game TD. Lots of us are very busy people and need the info right away.

In the past it was great but now the don't know their product. Bad services. I will try to move to shawnessy. They can not answer questions at all. Do not recommand, if I can put 0 I will
