Horriblle branch. The type of people that don't care about their job or their customers. If you ha e an issue, they will just give you a phone number to call. They will not help ypu at all. Do yourself a favor and switch to any other bank and you Will be happy with ypur choice

I went into this branch on Jan 12 and I got directed to this woman who was more then happy to help me with all my banking needs. I would like to give her a shout out Roma you are an amazing person I am so thankful that I was able todo all my banking with you. You made it easy and enjoyable. Thank you again Roma!

I visit this branch often when I have deposits to complete for the office I work at. TD's service has completely gone down in the last 4 years. No customer services and none of the employees have any experience. Anytime you try to talk to this branch about the transactions or service, it's not their fault. The employees don't have any experience and don't know what they are talking about.

If I could give this branch and negative rating I would! Even Ali, the branch manager is useless.

Please train your staff better.

I visited this branch looking for some help with my mortgage, Cece was the person who was helping me, she was very professional, and very knowledgeable, this is one of the best customer service I have ever received, thank you very much, I will definitely visit this branch again

I find that over the years the customer service has decreased substantially. It is very difficult to get through to someone over the phone and now I see they have removed the service/help desk in the main area. I also see on line that they have made over 1 billion net profit per month in 2022, now if my math is correct that = 250,000,000 per week, which= over $35,000,000 net profit per DAY. Surley they can afford to hire someone to help customers book appointmets etc.
There are still some of us old dogs that prefer human interaction rather than doing everthing on line.

Slowest bank I deal with. You’re lucky if there are three tellers working. Just watched one of them yell at an old lady for being in line at the wrong spot. Rudeness was totally uncalled for.

Used bank machine to deposit federal government carbon tax rebate cheque for $134.75. Machine read it as $34.75 and deposited only that amount to my account. Explained situation to teller and was told there was no way to retrieve the cheque to prove I was correct but said she would deposit $100.00 into my account. Checked my account when I go home later that day to discover money had NOT been put into my account but $100.00 had been taken OUT!
Drove back down to the bank just before it closed and eventually convinced the teller that no, the $100.00 she saw as deposited was from the Provincial government (affordability rebate) earlier that day. Customer service manager did put $100.00 back in my account but my question is, what about the $100.00 from the cheque?

Applied online for credit card, first it didn't allow me to submit an identity verification online instead asked me to show up at TD branch with proof of identity and receive my card. Now this was very inconvenient as other banks just send it to your home. The system auto choosed the bank where I have to pick it and offered me to choose another branch by calling helpline. The rep was inexperienced and lied that she can't change the branch where I have to receive the card. After wasting an hour and convincing her that the system mentions that branch could be changed she finally changed it and said the branch will call once received. Never received a call from the branch. Called to followup with helpline and now the rep said she don't have any info and the bank doesn't call which was another lie. I went to this branch and I find out the branch called wrong number and never bothered checking the right number on file. Overall it was very frustrating dealing with TD

When it comes to getting anything done other then everyday banking they are almost impossible. I've now had two advisors act as if I was an inconvenience. I've been with them for years they didn't used to be this bad

I have had several accounts with TD bank for over 50 years and the service has gotten progressively worse.
This is the second time in the past 6 months that I was not contacted at all that scheduled appointments I had booked were cancelled.
Previously I had an in bank appointment, showed up 10 minutes early and with no customer service desk there anymore, sat in the waiting area for the agent I had the appointment with (Doralissa) to come get me. After 20 minutes, I went up to a teller (no one else was around and no one came up to me to ask who my appointment was with) only to find out she had called in sick that day.
Why had no one bothered to contact me earlier so I didn’t waste my time coming in? I got excuses that my appointment was not recorded on the agents calendar. That was not my fault Then today again I had a phone in appointment with Doralissa again at 9: 30am. After 15 minutes I called the branch to find out she had called in sick again and no one could be bothered to call me.
Again I got excuses.
Time to take all my accounts elsewhere
