Service can be hit or miss but you can tell the td reps care! Some of the agents need to not chew gum with their mouths open though!

Unprofessional staff that do not know how to treat customers with care. This is by far the worst service I have ever received at any financial institution.

The manager of this branch is not professional at all, she should be trained more in customer service and doing payments method’s. I recommend to send her to psychologist cuz I think she is Hygiene obsession sick.

Roula is absolutely amazing she is so fantastic it had to be said, the level of customer service and care is incredible and can’t be beat! Definitely recommend her branch!

I've been with TD for 14 years and never have I felt the need to give a TD location a 1 star review until now. Their hours are TERRIBLE. And not only that but they lock their doors super early to so you can even use the ATM. First TD ever that I am boycotting.

I felt discriminated against when I went in to set up my card just bad service That lady that helped me was so hesitant to give me a card coming up with excuses asked for two pieces of photo I d all i have is one and my birth certificate and she wasnt going to give it to me cause I had just only one photo I d. Lucky the women beside her said something All I'm trying to do is set it up so I can get funding for school and she just laughed at me I unusually dont complain or post but it kinda made me feel down it dosen't feel good that's I got to say

Appt for 9am and its 15 min after already. Tellers come in late.
When appt was scheduled yesterday it was only for half hour. Unreal.

No response, poor customer service and don’t know what they are doing asking one question over and over to annoy customers and ends up calling Police for no reason they are police for all of us. The police guy was so down to earth and understanding God will bless him for his good job.

The worst td bank in Calgary
So I have had funds transferred to my account from someone else account. And td froze my account. Took me two weeks to get it sorted out. This branch ended up taking half the cost because of. Wich they should. So my second time at this branch I cashed a td check into my business account. The teller said I released 200 the rest is being held. I said no give me my check back. The teller then told me its too late. So cashing checks without your consent is a thing now. Worst experience I ever had to deal with banking

After being a TD client for 8+ years, I started losing hope rapidly and for a good reason. After phoning a few TD representatives who didn't sound promising, I went straight to my local branch. MACA JIANG was so polite and knowledgeable that I knew she was the right person to talk to. With a high income, I wasn't approved for a line of credit. Maca stepped up immediately and consolidated my file, and she gave me valuable advice to manage my credit score. After she appealed, I got approved for more than I initially applied for. After I was on the brink of closing my account with TD, Maca restored my faith! It brought back the feelings of security that I'm banking with the right bank. Thank You so much, Maca! Highly recommended!

Absolutely the worst bank in the world. Couldn’t help on phone. Couldn’t help in person and wanted me to make an appointment to access my money. Then called to talk management and got hung up on. Will now pull all my business from them

There is no option of -* otherwise I give the -* to TD bank on 17 Ave Se Calgary, there customer service is sucks and the Branch Manger is very rude, They don't release Money of cheques even it's TD bank cheque. Nowadays Bank banks are doing scams with Customers. So Never choose TD Bank.

Wonderful and friendly customer service. Always miserably understaffed. I've never seen more than 3 employees actively working at any given time, on any given day (this includes the Customer Info kiosk, not just tellers).

IMPORTANT NOTE: this isn't the fault of the employees. Regular staff have absolutely no control over their shifts or hours. This is an abject failure of branch ownership.
