TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Extremely rude teller. Asked to cash the cheque I was given for petty cash and was told they had to deposit it into my account and then I had to withdraw it or figure it out.
Even though I was a customer they wouldn’t just cash the cheque.
Avoid this location at all costs

Good, I did not face any problems during my quick visits. It is true that there were some rude employees, but there were others who were very respectful and professional. There is an employee who speaks Arabic, but he works in the evening.

I would give below 1 star if I could. Go to any other TD branch! Despite me reaching out to Freskida Alizoti multiple times, there was a complete lack of communication, and my concerns were ignored and still not resolved. I even contacted the assistant manager and there is no resolution. I regret the day I got an appointment with Freskida Alizoti. The worst customer experience ever. She has no regards of anyone's time or deadlines. TD I'm sure you can do better. Freskida, clearly you hate your job please understand this and stop wasting people's time. I hope you find something that you are passionate about. I read some other reviews and this is not the first time someone complaint about Freskida. Obviously nothing was done to correct her professionalism. I have been a loyal customer from many years. At this point I am pretty much done with TD and will be switching the bank very soon. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. Do not waste your time by going to this branch.
