4/5 times I have been to this location it has been a terrible experience. Today I was helped by Aamir who was a superstar. Never let this employee go- A+ proficiency and customer service.
DO NOT go to this branch for any form of financial advice or help. I was misinformed two times by two separate advisors which caused me to almost lose my home purchase. I have been a life long TD customer but am now thinking I will be moving to a new bank.
I have been trying to replace my sons stolen debit cards for over a year and been sent from branch to branch and been on hold for literal HOURS… Today Connie took her time and was able to find their accounts and replace the cards for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
