Had a great experience at this location. Thank you to Nowshin Chowdhury for helping us set up business accounts & being so efficient. She was very friendly & explained more services that TD could offer us. Will definitely return to her & this branch.

• What good is a drive through ATM that is turned off? No power or notice.

Strike Two: second day in a row I have rolled up to this drive thru ATM trying to deposit a cheque to find a dead terminal. It's like being in a third world country or the 1970s when you can only bank during "banker's hours".

My best Experience! I want to share my experience with Ashish Sharma (Manager Customer Experience) and the lady on the teller desk. I deposited a cheque via TD ATM machine after banking hours and machine put the cheque on hold. I went to the branch next day and talk with Ash Sharma and explain him my situation he not only listen my banking need politely and respectfully also resolved my issue after performing his professional due diligence and verification. I am very happy with my recent experience and want to thank you Ashish Sharma and branch staff who are very professional and helpful. With this professional attitude they have made this branch as my favourite branch for my day to day banking needs.

Got my account changed to All Inclusive, was told that I could get a good new credit card because of the all inclusive. (I already applied for a rewards card) so I signed some papers to get it. (I had a lot of large purchaces I wanted to make on a new card that earns points.) I went home and cancelled the other card believing they would do their job.

Waited 3+ months, and nothing.went into the branch and there is no record of it.so I gave them another chance and asked them to fix it, and they said it would be done in 3 days.another week and nothing.

Called using their app, and they have no record of anything.and just hang up on me.
Now I'm planning my vacation and got nothing.

I've never written a review for anything before, but this had to be said.
Will be looking into closing all my account with them (which is defintily gonna be a headache dealing with them)

The best experienced,! I am so impressed with Jaskirat Sidhu who is very knowledgeable in hi job. He answered all my inquiries and best advised. He helped me save momey from paying and giving the best advise. This brance is amazing! Very Helpful and knowleageable!

I asked to deposit a cheque that said my name OR my wife’s name on the cheque. Teller said, sorry can’t deposit it, you need to open a joint account. “My colleague can help you open one quick” then colleague says “I have an appointment in an hour and I’m not allowed to touch anything until then due to COVID”. I said (in my head) “you don’t need to touch me, just your keyboard. ” So anyways, no dice. I drove 5 minutes to the Crowfoot branch and they deposited the cheque in 2 mins. The summary of this story is you should go to the Royal Oak location if you are looking for a bunch of pylons to do the bare minimum.

Awful waiting times - 10-15 minutes to do 3 minutes long transaction - EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Excuses go from we're short staff to staff is on break and yet you have 3! Clerks assisting one client (worries me what their skillset is).
And then the branch manager tells me to use the machine, which I know how to but my preference is to have human (and not touch cash and the machine), + not sure does she not realize more we use self service more we drive people out of workforce.
Not to mention I haven't seen in those 15 minutes no one to wipe/sanitize machine that's in the lobby nor the pad I had to use once I was helped.: (- I even use elbow to open the doors, unacceptable to me and manager not even remotely sorry or pretending she's hearing what my concern is.
I try to use Crowfoot as much as I can, do online banking as much as I can to avoid going to the branch, but transactions like depositing cash is unnecessary.

Very rude, demeaning staff member (didn’t catch her name) couldn’t tell me why my cheque has been on hold for over 10 days. Brought over her manager to explain, was treated rudely and demeaned by her as well. The manager was also incredibly rude (so not surprising her staff treat people with hostility) about the “check-in” policy that I knew nothing about. This branch has me reconsidering moving my business to a whole new bank, I will certainly never go back to this one, even if it’s a 5 minute walk from my house.

Bad service. My account and funds were on hold for 10 days due to teller error. My direct debit bill payments got rejected and my credit history got affected.

Poor customer service right at the door. Td makes the banking experience difficult enough during Covid, poor treatment of clientele trying to do their banking at this branch is unacceptable. Staff needs further training.
Drove to Symmons Valley branch where they couldn't have been more helpful.

Had the worst experience there today … didn't know making deposits was upsetting to a teller.drove 15 mins to Beacon Hill TD and received excellent service with a smile

Ms. Sarabjeet Brar is the best financial advisor that you can go to. She is genuine, helpful, patient, non-judgmental, very accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, etc. She helped me a lot and taught me so many things about mortgage renewal, equity, and so many other things! I wouldn't be surprised if she becomes one of the higher positioned employee of TD in the future, she deserves it!

Called to ask if my cash back limit st the the machine will be used up if I pay my bills after cashing my cheque in the machine "oh no you can do that no problem" so then you guys un-do all of my online payments that I made and now I'm passed my duedates. Thanks for the solid credit score

I am pleased to say that Sara is amazing financial advisor, she staied after her working hours to finish my RRSP although I didn't have an appointment.that's who the service should be.great job
