TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Mazan is a good manager! He helped me fix my account, Asheenie is nice but she messed up my account.lol. I was getting money taken out of my savings when I was using my chequeings account.but now it’s resolved! 10/10 from Mazan for fixing it! Been going on since the day I made my account, so thank you so much - Sidney

TD bank is the worst bank for me. TD NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

Today a friend of mine called me to help translate at the bank he simply put me on speaker so I can help him. The branch manager Mazen Ellaz was on the other side of the teller. He was very rude and when my friend asked for me to speak to him he shut him down right away saying I don’t need to speak to your friend. I asked to put it on speaker and asked him why you couldn’t speak to me he said we have translators with an attitude. I asked for his name he kept replying I don’t need to give you my name I don’t need to give you my name and kept repeating to my friend do you want me to help you or not. Do you want me to help you or not. Very cocky very unprofessional. I’ve never seen someone in a professional field speak in this way. Very disrespectful person.

There is a planner in this branch who provide the worst advices to customers. He would suggest to move low your MER funds to higher ones do that he can get more commissions from TD. He asked me to move my index funds to blue chip equity funds.it turns out US index funds totally out-perform US blue chip funds because the index are being carried by big cap stocks.he knows nothing other than getting commissions.

Worked with Sethi, Manoj, He is very kind and He tried his best to help me. I really appricate him to help a customer out of his way.
I recommend him for anyone.

As you can see in other reviews, this bank is notorious for mishandling your money. They will miscount your money (AND BLAME YOU) or make mistakes entering the amount that you deposit.

If you are depositing cash, make sure you double count the cash and watch them as well. If possible, take photo proof of them receiving your money.

The incompetency of the bank tellers at this location can not be put into words. It’s unfathomable. If possible, go to another TD location.

Came last Monday to replace my debit card. Lady who was "helping" me was "updating something" (that's what she said) in my profile for over 10 minutes but forgot to activate my card.

Sadly this branch is a sad image of a TD bank. Needed foreign exchange. Was told it takes 5 days. Inquire if they can look into a branch having on hand and they said no. If a need at another branch they could not order. Went to local branch only to be told Downton has it on hand and can be picked up right away. Difference in customer service.

I went to this bank today, December 28,2022. I waited in line for over 30 minutes, only 3 tellers were serving customers.when I finally got to the front of the line a manger named Marzen came up to me and asked me what I was going to do? I replied "make a deposit of $5,000.00
He then proceeded to tell me it was busy, I replied that it is the first day open after the holidays and it should be busy. He then proceeded to lie to me telling me that they had all tellers open, which was clearly not the case since there was only 3 working and over 20 people in line at that point.
Marzan then proceeded to look me up and down as if I was human trash. What an unprofessional condescending excuse for a bank professional. I have banked with TD for almost 50 years
and I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully. Marzen clearly needs some more training in customer relations.

Best customer service I have every experienced. I will drive 25 minutes just to go to that branch. Thank you for everything you guys do.

Had a really great experience here. I was helped by Rosalie who was very kind and my transaction was very fast. I much prefer this branch to the one downtown.

0 stars. Wasted my time. And left me to dry in one side unable to have someone to help. Was supposed to be an easy transaction but dang took forever to do.

If only I could give zero stars for this branch. The worst customer service. This branch is useless. I went there looking for information for a loan. The agent was barely listening to what I was saying. Result: I went to another bank same day, got all the information I want and now i will close my my bank account with TD because of this agent

Don’t trust this bank go with Scotia instead or get a free online account.

I owed them money on my credit card so they went into my account and took my rent money!

Branch closed Sundays (disappointing), I tried to visit the ATM with my credit card after a teller told me I could use it instead of my access card, but could only make transactions on the credit card, not my chequing etc.

The machine opened a slot and said “deposit up to 50 bills” so I put in 20 bills and it wouldn’t accept it. My experience, the branch hours, and the design and capability of the ATM are all trash IMO, which is super disappointing as a FORMER EMPLOYEE. There’s a reason I never use ATMs, and weekend customers are relegated to Saturdays and ATMs, I guess. Heaven forbid we have or need cash/coins on a Sunday.

Not helpful whatsoever even when provided with all required information. Closed my account with them a year ago and now needing statements from the account. Gave them ID and account number, however they state they can't provide statements because it was a joint account and the other account holder has to be physically present at the bank. Well, the other account holder is my ex and she's not in the country. She'd have to fly in for that. So I'm pretty much being told there's no resolution to this. Let's go back to pen and paper people, what's the point in being fully digitalized if you're still asking for papers and people in person? Happy I left this bank and moved somewhere else.

Slowest TD Bank I've ever been too, literally 7 employees behind the counter and they only helping 3 people at a time. Mind blown

The worst branch of TD bank ever, they have no manners to talk. And to deal with costumers. And even though they are bringing the costumers of TD down. Cuz I’m thinking of changing my account from TD to RBC, CIBC, or any other. And I have around 2 business accounts with TD and my family and personal account too. But now I will change for sure. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE

Considering the bank business competition in the mall, TD actively encourages their clients to take their business to other branches. Not only is there no privacy for the clients; there is no respect. Instead of discussing important financials matters in an office setting, the manager Michele revoked my privacy by making the conscious decision to discuss matters in an open setting: the waiting area full of people. After stating I will be leaving to another bank since my needs will not be fulfilled here - despite resolving the issues presented years ago and spending hundreds of dollars to fix the situation, which might I add, the representative I spoke to at the time stated I was the victim, she, Michele, undermined my business completely. She proceeded to bring me to the front desk where I would cancel my account, only to disrespect me and my confidentiality by having a group of staff members surrounding her. The staff members are incredibly ill-mannered and do not by any means necessary have what it takes to run a business.

Rude employee and management, I went to go and withdraw cash from the atm, after done so the atm machine did not give my card back. I went to the front desk explaining them what had happened all the employees told me to call TD as they could not help. Even tho I saw 2 employees go back in the room of the atm and turned off the atm and I could no longer see the slot.

Whats the use of having this bank in a mall when you cant access the atm when the brnch is closed?

So much for a banks with personal service. I'm rushed to get a bank stamp on a simple direct debit form for my lawyer for mortgage documents and they would not email it to me. My house is too far to go, so I was told to go to the library. An upside to this is that in the past, the manager of this branch tried to get our mortgage business. Both of our homes are thankfully elsewhere.

They were good to me I have MS. AND THEY POLLED UP A CHAIR. TOOK ME TO THE DESK. (I HAVE A WALKER). HELPED. AND I AM NOT EVEN CUSTOMER (YET).

Worst TD bank in the city. I was taking out cash and the ATM ate my card the lady was talking very very rude to me and wouldn’t give me my card back because I didn’t have my Id with me. This lady should not speak to a customer like this. Horrible horrible people this branch hires. NEVER will come back here again because of her. I’m also changing my bank because of this.

Don't put in your website the closing hours on Sunday is 4p I went your branch 3: 40pm is close! Next time put the right or exactly hours (closing time!)

Worst TD location in my entire life. Their service is so slow and poor and the tellers are so rude and mean. Never in that branch again.

Td chinook worst place to work with. I had some problem with my bank account and I had 4 days tried to fix it. They didnt! Online Custumer servise was telling me everything is fine but the 3 ladies at the bank rude disrespectful and mean full. They didnt give me 10$ for my son I had 8000$ in my saving and my son missed kindergarten trip cause of that stupid people at the bank. I never ever use that bank even last bank in the world. My two friends have account and they decided to close their account too.

My buisness and my personal account are both with t.d. This is the first time I felt like a invaluable customer, an older blonde Lady with an acsent, was rude and very abrasive, wore to much make up was very hard on the eyes, but most of all not helpful one bit, this is the end with me and t.d. Td's all around service and store hours are great.but really where do you find these people.

Worst branch in the city all the tellers are ignorant and ignoring us while chatting and I met with a adviser and he firstly could not even barely speak English and didn’t help me what so ever, I have no clue how TD hires all these people who do not know what doing. Even the branch manager, did not help me after asking for the manger all I get is disgusting attitude. Dissatisfied. Never going back and telling all my family friends to move accounts to another financial institution. It will be the last time I ever go to Td.

I had a personal banking issue that a previous branch couldn't help me with, so I went to this location. Lola B helped me, she was super nice and knew what she was doing. She made me feel comfortable and the manager was also courteous.

I opened my personal and business accounts at his branch approximately 2 years ago & I've been banking there ever since. I visit this branch on a regular basis, & the management and staff are always very helpful, friendly, & courteous, displaying true professionalism in their work. I highly recommend them.
In addition to excellent service, the branch is open 7 days/wk which makes banking there very convenient considering my erratic schedule.

Teller at this location seems to not care about the customer service. I asked for some help and she talked like go to other branch and dont really wanna help me. Thanks for the great customer service

This is the new remodelled location just across hall from the old one. Easy access to bank machines after mall hours is good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The new look is less bank like and very bright and comfortable. It’s an improvement.

We called TD before we came in to see if they could help us in person and they said absolutely, so we went in to this branch and the lady who "helped" us refused to do her job or listen to what we had to say after we had been told that she could do what we were asking. Don't waste your time here.

The manager with long blonde hair is rude and unprofessional, she has no business being in that position. I was trying to deposit a cheque from my insurance company, which also uses TD, she told me she couldn't verify the cheque and would have to hold it for a week, I told her that I had to purchase a vehicle as my truck was stolen, she kept telling me to stop interrupting her and listen. I told her she was lucky enough there was a counter in between us, grabbed my cheque and left The branch at 98th and Macleod, Andre was awesome, called Toronto and had it verified. Best branch ever
