TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Dealing with TD on my parent's passing and subsequent estate closing has been brutal. There have been mistakes made at every step. TD will withhold funds and delay processes at every possible chance. They make this difficult time an absolute nightmare of paperwork and appointments that have no end.

Manager was fantastic, as well as the customer service I was given by other employees. They were able to help me out with a tough situation and everything was resolved.

Booked an appointment to do an RESP money transfer today at this bank - person I booked with never showed up. Was directed to use a phone number for the transfer instead, so went home. Tried that at home (1 hour wait on the phone). Ended up not being able to do that. Seriously. All I want to do is a simple money transfer. It seems like it's asking the impossible! Am now going to try booking an appointment with another branch.

I went there to open my credit card. Annie Lei helped me with everything. I was very happy with her service.

They always have their ATM out of service or the doors closed. Absolutely terrible and inconvenient.

Nice to come to TD Monday at 5 30 to find out bank is closed when online stays it's open tell 6 the doors says it's open tell 6 aswell. What a joke.

They wont even let you into the bank unless you give them your phone number, even if your not an account holder. Leveraging the virus to gather personal information is a massive violation of privacy. Staff is argumentative and hostile if you try to question or offer feedback to their aggressive policy.

It is absolutely ridiculous that the indoor bank machines are never available outside of bank hours and that the outdoor bank machine is always broken! Awesome way to serve your community at TD.

Incredibly knowledgeable with policies, benefits, and finding the most suitable package to your liking. Guarantee your appointment will be straight to the point and not a minute will be wasted. Inconveniently locked when it shouldn’t be for ATM access. Says open during LRT construction, but you can’t get in for the ATM and they expect you to use the sketchy one outside that doesn’t process bills properly. Nearly slipped outside the front door too due to unkept ice build up. Get it together.

I enjoyed the service at this branch. Bank specialist Astrid was very helpful and went through the whole process of opening a new bank account thoroughly. She also helped me on next day with the same level of amicability. I understand that everyone's situation can be different though.

Not impressed. They didn't get the name of the company on my money order correct and when I went back in 5 mins later they charged me another money order fee for it to be corrected.

I've been a customer of TD Canada Trust for 19 years now. While their online and bank machine service is of good standards their personal banking has slipped to a degree I regret walking into any branch now - no matter where it's location.

If I want to end a busy day of many stops this will be my last stop as it's always a negative experience. Their teller customer service needs work. Switching to another competitor soon.

Doing anything beyond a deposit or withdrawal is painful. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and poorly trained on paper work and processes. Save yourself the trouble and go to another branch, this place is just a glorified ATM.

This branch is poorly managed. Wasted a lot of my time. Did an application for a business credit card and they never sent the paperwork through to visa even after close to 40 days. Called 3 times to get it sorted and never got a follow up with a conclusion.

Service at this branch is incredible. They bend over backwards to ensure you have been taken care of. I recommend them highly.

I prefer self-serve for everything, and TD in general is a little lacking in that respect. I had to go in for a few reasons, and the service I received at this branch has been the same as every other interaction I've had at other TD branches, which has been excellent. They're probably the only financial institution that hasn't provided an absolutely abysmal experience to me.

I'd still prefer to not have to go in at all, but at least I haven't had to wait in line, the people I've dealt with have all been clean, presentable, coherent, respectful and not utterly useless. Amazing that these things are so noteworthy in Corporate Canuckistan, but alas.

If you have to deal with one of the "big 5", and you have to go in to a branch, I have no qualms in recommending this one. Just treat them how you would like to be treated, and go in knowing what you want/need, your experience should turn out ok.
