TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I am never go to this td the lady name Barbara she is bad specially for the color of ppl she ask stupid questions I am never go back that branch

Absolutely unbelievable, AWFUL! I already closed part of the business with TD, looks it’s about time to close any relation with that bank after over 14 years…

So over a month over after that review and so called Reply from mr Brandon.
But ABSOLUTELY nothing change, that branch KEEPS GOING TO THE BOTTOM OF any imaginable or unimaginable “service” two (1.1/2) clerks can’t even handle line of 3 (!) people for 20 minutes! Unreal! One of them just having some radical prejudgment to the clients… Absolutely Awful, That branch better to be shot down for good

Hours of operation are wrong on google and the door of the bank. Stated it would be open at 9am this morning. I went in and there was a sign on the door saying sorry for the inconvenience we will only be open at 9: 00 and it was 9: 30. Google should be updated if it’s incorrect. This has happened before as well.

Loved this branch for 30 years. Originally a branch in parkland, and lake Bonavista took over that branch. The deer valley Branch is very “homey”. Apart from TD being a great bank!

Went to RBC Bank and CIBC to get some currency exchanged, but both said they couldn't. Walked into TD, and within minutes they took care of it. Very pleasant, professional, and efficient!

This employee has everything explained and helped to make the transaction at the highest level! I have been cooperating with TD bank for many years and once again I became convinced of their highest professionalism! With confidence I can say that this is the best bank in Canada.

Come and see how tellers and others learn how to work in front of you.
Not safe place to have a deposit box.
