They waste so much time. Even if you have to access your locker still you have to lined up it takes so much time to reach to teller then after accessing you have to wait again for someone to come and help you to lock your locker. I don’t understand why they don’t have someone at the welcome desk to help people with other queries and locker access. So only people who have tellers needs they can line up. This could save plenty of time for customers. I hope they make some changes. Otherwise it’s been worst experience to go to TD saddleridge

Staff is disrespectful and are not on the same page, all give out different information. Waited in line for someone to cut the line and be assisted without being sent to the back. Saddleridge circle TD is by far the worst TD branch. Each teller requires the assistance of 2 other tellers pulling them away from the clients they are helping. If they don’t feel like working they won’t help you. Recommend banking with a different TD branch. Also they should have a nice lounge and coffee machine it’s only fair if you have to wait this long with terrible customer service.

Kiran is so helpful and well knowledgeable. I really appreciate her help in account opening of my family and me. Her way of explaining the products is just mind blowing.

Highly unprofessional, disgusting!
I am asking for the 3 month statement for Rsp account, from which I started investing into mutual fund and for another mutual fund savings account. The advisor is telling me, no there are no monthly deposits. I told him that you should not say to customer this instead you can tell I am unsure why it is not showing or at the moment I cannot help you, or some reasonable reply but rudely denying to customer like, "show me where it is by pointing on screen and arguing no you didn't deposit" is completely unprofessional, rude, heartbreaking service from td advisor and reception. All our family accounts are with TD and mortgage is with TD. I am asking TD that when they tell they have earned 11 million customers, does this mean that they have also earned the right to treat their customers impolitely, ignorantly. Your cabins are empty why don't you hire more advisors since this the most busy location. I don't care if other people book an appointment for basic needs, that is not an excuse to the person who actually needs help BECAUSE WE CUSTOMERS FILL TD BANKS POCKETS WITH TONS OF MONEY THROUGH HIGH MORTGAGE INTEREST RATES AND LOANS AND MORE.
HIRE MORE ADVISORS AND REPS AT SADDLETOWNE BRANCH FROM THE MONEY EARNED THROUGH INTEREST RATES AS WE DO NOT NEED TO SEE HOW FANCY IS YOUR BUILDING AND FACE, WE REQUIRE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND RESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We sent our lawyer to this location for a closing deposit, this branch cost us over $300 in interest because our lawyer waited in line for over 30 minutes, and sent us pictures of the line up. Not only did we pay interest on nearly $500K, we also had to pay our lawyer for his waiting time.

This location is absolute trash. They spend and waste time on things that people can easily do on their app, and make legitimate in person transactions wait. This is so they don’t have to do any real work and the line can be held up for people who can’t use an ATM machine. Whoever manages this location should be fired immediately.

Why is this branch even open? This has to be the most incompetent and truly worst managed branch in Canada. This branch truly has no interest in improving their conduct nor customer service. I think they’re proud of having. 1 star rating. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I and my wife recently went to this branch and had awesome experience there. I really like to thank Ramanjit Kaur Gosal, she went way above and beyond to help us. We had multiple needs with regards to our investment accounts, she helped us at every step and if something was outside of her expertise, she contacted the correct person/team on our behalf and booked appointments with them, helped us navigate through multiple complex processes and made sure that all our investments got taken care of in the best possible way. She made us feel welcome and very comfortable through out. She was like one stop shop for us when it came to our multiple requirments regarding our investment. She would have everything ready before the appointment so that when we went there, no time was wasted and things got done very quickly. All in all, amazing experience.

Worst branch ever. I paid my bill for the credit card. The teller is so incompetent that she charged me $175,000 three times and then reversed the payments. This was just the day before of my flight and my credit card locked.
When I used the credit card for the antigen test couple hours before the flight it was declined because of suspicious activity done by their own Td teller at Saddletowne branch. The teller is like oh sir nothing is wrong everything thing will be fine. I called the credit card services they are like we can’t help you because the branch is closed and our fraudulent department is closed now as well. Ultimately end up using my debit card for everything. 10 years with TD and zero importance is given to the customer.

I had asked a person there to put money into my account, she constantly complained saying how much time it took for such a little amount of money even though she couldn't accurately count it. I asked 3 times for my money back, saying I'd flatten it and she refused to give it back. I have bad anxiety and I didn't want to start crying in the middle of the store so I took it and left. Pretty sure I lost a couple hundred dollars due to her mistake, complained about it after and all I got was a branch manager's card that didn't even call me back. If I could rate 0 I would. Do not trust them, don't even go there if you can avoid it.

Long lines, untrained and unfriendly staff. I was told to take my mask off to match my face with my ID. I understand the reason behind this but at the same time, I'm fairly certain that's against the rules. If you have the option, go to a different branch.

Tarun was exceptionally professional and most efficient. Never before had I experienced such a fast service at this bank location. He was attentive, listened well and answered all my queries. It seems they are really working hard to accomodate their customers during COVID-19 situation and new employees like Tarun are a positive change. Thank you!

Worst experience with td branch I opened my account 2yrs ago still they put my cheque on hold when ever I mobile deposit my cheque and i got 55-60 cheque from the same person then also they kept on hold and when ever i go to branch they use to say call td and today I called td the said I can’t do anything only your branch can help you but no one is helping.

TD Bank Saddletowne Branch is our favourite branch. You will get great customer service and friendly staff. As soon as I entered i was greeted with smile by the staff member. Donika helped me for my last couple of trips to this branch. She is very friendly, professional and fast. Last week girl at business counter helped me I forgot her name but she is very friendly and quick. I was in and out from this branch within 5-7 mins.
I would recommend this branch for your financial needs.

I had appointment booked 10 days ahead by small business specialist and they booked with guy name Sachin sharma and the day of appointment an hour before the appointment this Schin sharma guy called and said I am working from home not from branch so you have to book another appointment really? Why the heck you didn't cancel my appointment 10 days earlier when they booked you called you and emailed you of appointment why you canceled the appointment only an hour before the appointment now I have to book another appointment and wait for almost another 10 days for my appointment

he thinks he is king in this branch that's he has no care about anything I am sure this Sachin sharma guy must be relative to branch manager of TD saddle Town circle thats he never care about TD loyal clients

Everyone please be aware of sachin sharma and never book any appointment with him he can cancel you 10 minutes before your appointment

First of all i have to say it's a very busy place and sometimes i feel like there is only one branch in NE. But kudos to the staff there, they always wear a smile even working non stop. And a special thanks to Donika, she definitely has a unique energy, I love her! Always willing to help & very professional. I know, with COVID nothing is easy now a days but thank you Donika and TD staff for hanging in there for us.

Great customer service provided by all the front staff, i had some issues with my hail damage cheque for my home, and they required some documents. They were super pleasant in providing me a list of the documents and flexible. Very nice and accommodating staff, the girl at business counter helped me i dont know her name but she is always there very nice. Overall, the managers of the front staff are also nice and called me when my cheque was released personally it was nice to hear

The worst bank ever and brach specially. Close this branch right away as the Staff and Manager wait to take single penny you have in the account without your authorization. I would give 0 star to this service. This branch has no rule and make their own to steal your money.

Never ever deposit any penny here. Specially if anyone of you have mortgage, line of credit to this bank and going to deposit your insurance money this guys will take full money first and will release a small amount which not their right.

I was there is the first time I was a this location I forgot my mask the Manager was so rude, staff was good Special the one who is bringing the Customer inside,

I believe if I didn't have the Mask I deserved Service, just to let you know for next time,

Please don't get the Mortgage from this branch. I am paying very high interest rate. Don't deal with AMAN SEHDEV. He has worst service. Once you will sign your application and try to ask any question, he will not pick your call and will not reply you. Don't get your Mortgage from TD.

The costumer representatives are not sure what can be done. Even for small things they go to ask from the bank manager. They ask for 2 government id’s or for your debit card for everything even for minor transactions. Very bad experience. Would not recommend going there.

This branch doesn't even deserve one star but since you cant post without it.here I am.
This branch, their staff and even both customer service manager as well as the branch manager are terrible. I came to this branch seeking services and I hoped in doing so that my request would be done correctly.i understand that human error happens but that is no explanation for 4 mistakes on a Loan. They do not go through anything with you as well as they sneak things in such as unwanted insurance. When trying to rectify this I went into the branch only to be spoken down to as if I was a child buy the very person whose job is in customer service (the customer service manager). I've Been with TD since I was a child and this experience alone has made me want to switch companies.

Please for your own peace of mind and sanity, avoid this branch at all costs! My confidence in banking is seriously shaken.

I went to this TD Canada today after just moving to the area, I had a cheque from boardwalk rental properties (my damage deposit) Boardwalk banks with TD so I asked to have my cheque verified I will pay the 25$ fee or whatever so the funds would be released to me right away! Anyways she took my cheque to the back to talk to the manager and signed it off & she came back and said nope we will have to put a 5 day hold on it. I said why if i get it verified there shouldn't be an issue, she said nope there will be a 5 day hold.

I said if they bank with you guys, you should be able to verify and give me the funds right away. Shes says you cannot wait the 5 days? And I said clearly not. I would like to speak to the manger please & she refused once again.

I called TD customer service after she had already deposited the cheque into my account with the hold. Gave them all the info & the supervisor told me to go back in and ask for a customer service manager. So I went back in asked once again to speak to a manager. They told me to have a seat I waited about 10 minutes while the manager sat back doing nothing. He grabber a card for the manager that wasnt there looked over at me & gave it to the customer service lady & told me to call this number if i had a problem.

I've never been so racially profiled in my life at this point.

I WILLL NEVER. Come back to this TD ever again. Judging by the reviews already this location should be shut down. Poor customer service, wouldn't let me pay to have my damage deposit verified which is my absolute right as a TD client.

Worst experience every with TD Canada.

All representatives are nice and good. I never had complain but there is a one lady.she don’t know how to handle customer and even don’t know how to explain the things.she should know what is customer service means.
