Had an appointment for opening an account… waited there for 45 minutes no one greeted.finally the guy came with whom I have an appointment said sorry that it was too tale for opening an account I have to reschedule my appointment. I said no thank you there are so many other bank who will take care of my financial needs. I was with them almost 12 years not any more.

After trying to get a hold of TD via phone for 5 hours today (Oct. 19) I decided to try going to a branch in person to see if they can help me. I previously went to the Millbourne Mall location but as friendly as they were, they did nothing to help.

Here at the Millwoods branch, A friendly lady named Karen Gueco assisted me. With her help, the 5 hours I spent trying to get ahold of TD via phone was reduced to 15 minutes, and she explained what had happened and what needed to be done, and she actually got it done. I was very impressed with her demeanour, she was cool and collected and she got the job done.

I Likely Most of this Bank. It's not only TD Canada Trust Bank, but mostly all Banks. They're uses our moneny, they will decided how many we use in one Transition, they will decided how many we windrow money, Every things they will decided, So why they will charges for paper bill and keep our record Fee's. All ready they will charged Monthly Fee's So why they will charges other charges. I am the not only one customer, there is a thousands of customers. I given my own opinion, I don't know about others. I hope they will thinking about this matters. And at ending I say that, if some where I mistake in righting, so please I apology for that because English is my second lengwage. THANKS.

The five stars are for Mandeep the morgatage specialist and Mandeep only. Everybody (I'm talking 10+
people) completely dropped the ball but her. Mandeep totally came in and literally saved the day. She was amazing and we are so grateful. I could not reccomend her more.

I would like to again thank Ms. Shanaim Arshad for her outstanding customer service, she was friendly, polite and most importantly very effective and knowledgeable, as a costumer it was a breath of fresh air dealing with someone with her qualities as I haven’t always had the best experience in this particular branch, very relieved to be getting great costumer service from TD again.

Customer service manager Jilian Miller unprofessional arogent and rude. One of the Customer service representative was helping me with bank statement but she jummped in from no where in conversation very disrespectful. I wanted report this to branch manager but he was not available. I will never visit this branch and close my account.

I walked in branch 2 times the girl on front with iPad was very professional very polite sorry I forgot her name. Next time I come to branch I will say to you personally she care about TD & customers.

I gave them 1 star because I am unable to Post if I gave them 0 star. Service is bad and slow. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Now I go to TD Melbourne Market Mall.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I called in to ask why my checking account was changed to a different account without any notice. The representative, Sonia, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She was rushing me, didn't help at all and yelling that she doesn't know why my account was was changed. When asked, who should I contact, she again said she doesn't know. Seems like this business doesn't care to change it's horrible customer service despite a bunch of negative customer experiences. Very disappointing.

BY FAR the worst TD mortgage specialists in the business. I had the worst experience with Jayshree Pandya. DO NOT go to this woman for anything due to her poor communication skills, lack of honesty, and extremely rude demeanor. As a financial manager, I cant even begin to understand how she even got her license to help people with mortgages.

What I experienced was: Lack of communication as to what is happening with my file. NOT working at all for 1 month due to her taking vacations every week. Very rude when she speaks but most importantly, you can easily tell she does not know what she's doing. We ended up not moving forward with anything due to the lack of work she did for our family. AND now have our new mortgage to Scotiabank.

Thanks TD & Jayshree for wasting valuable time & we will definitely not be coming back to you.

Went in to deposit a trust account cheque, went to the same teller that cleared a similar cheque 2 months prior. Now i am told they will hold the funds for 5 days, i asked to speak with the manager, and am told they do not trust the trust account.
I pulled the cheque and went to another TD branch and the cheque was deposited.

Very poor and unprofessional service from a financial consultant named jay shree pandya. No timely replys to calls and messages and prejudiced service without any proper knowledge of what she is doing. This is no way to treat a customer. Rest of the staffs and tellers are really good and committed to service.

Very rude staff. Dealt with a girl named Amol did not help me at all. TD took a payment out twice when I asked if they could refund my money because I had other payments and rent coming out that day she refused to do it saying she couldn’t reverse their payment even though it was their fault? Especially during times like these you would think they would be a little more sensitive especially when I am laid off work. So money is tight for me thanks so much TD for helping me out

Extremely rude staff! You are not doing anyone a favour by getting paid to work. I’m sure customer service requires dealing with customers in a polite and pleasant manner! Try visiting other Td locations, they might be able to teach you a few scenarios on how to deal with people.

I had an issue with my account and went to this brand the the teller Harpreet listened to my frustration and was very understanding in helping me find a solution to my problem. Very great customer service

I went to get a new access card because I lost my current one. Teller was Ahmad and he was very helpful. He reviewed my ID provided but noticed serial numbers didn't match (for some unknown reason TD has a different serial number then my ID actually has). No big deal, Ahmad just asked 3 security questions and then I received my new access card promptly. I was done in under 5 minutes. Very happy with the fast and prompt service from Ahmad.

Of all the financial advisors I have been to, Prathif is definitely the best. I just want to commend him in helping me out more than he had to! I wish there will be more like him in other TD branches. Again, great job, Prathif!

Quick and easy transactions. Does everything a bank should do. Has enough tellers so the line moves quickly. One of the better branches. 5 stars.

I don't normally write reviews but I feel bad for the staff who work here. Every time I go to the bank the staff is new and training. As a result the line up's are an average of 15 mins. With only 3 people in the line up. After banking here for the last 15 years, I decided to leave for the following reasons:
1. Average wait times 15 to 45 mins, even with 3 people in line.
2. Service fees are cheaper at most other banks,
3. Employees are not trained well enough to be able to answer your questions.
4. If you want a appointment, wait 7 days to get in.
5. You won't get your phone messages returned

I went to this location and attempted to cash my paycheck. I was told that since I don`t have an account with them they wouldn`t cash my check, all they would do is certify it for which these idiots wanted to charge me $15. WHY would I pay to have my paycheck certified if they`re not going to cash it anyway? STAY AWAY FROM TD AT ALL COST.

They will never have enough staff to accommodate people. 2 cashier helping about 12 people. Not just once but had to go through this many times!

Easily the worst TD branch in the city. The front desk service, behave as if they are doing great favour to the customer. The longer is the queue, the more leisurely is their pace of working. They pace themselves totally indifferently and oblivious of grudging, fuming and staring/glaring customer.

The front management of this branch is so poor that I have seen fretting people turning away after waiting for more than 20 minutes in line.

Instead of loading their staff with new Tee-shirts, putting new posters every third month and just waistline money on utterly useless advertisements, TD should hire required staff and train them in proper customer service.

Instead of turning the branch in to fancy dress arena, hire properly trained staff, that will surely win Canadian Trust!

And Lo, today I met another fellow customer of TDCT, & he was of the view that TDCT, treats its clients in the bank with disdain, who-cares-4U and indifference to ENCOURAGE more online dealings, so that they can lay off more of the staff, save more moolah for the Big Bosses in the Bank. I wish, hope & prey, it is ALL FALSE
