Was served by Latika Parab. A very professional bank clerk trainee. She was extremely helpful in explaining to me all the offers available when new to the bank, as I was setting up an account for the first time. I hope to be serviced by her every now and then when I come to the bank as she knows how to cater for the customers' needs.

Walk in to inquire about a credit card, and after 5 min of waiting. They don’t even greet or ask how they can help. Thats pretty bad service

I appreciate that TD's tellers are here later than other banks, its why I switched banks actually. Here it took forever it felt today, waited 40 minutes and the teller wouldnt even attempt to verify my cheque. I went to the calgary trail location and they did it right away. If your business depends on the tellers discretion do NOT come here.

I ordered some silver coins on September 15th and picked this branch for pick up, when they arrive. More than 15 business days have passed and I still didn't get my coins. I had to contact TD precious metals to check where my coins are. They said that they will find out and contact me ASAP.
On October 17th I have finally received phone call that my coins are in the branch and I asked when did they arrive. I was told they arrived September 29th. When I asked why noone didn't call me to inform me about that, this guy said that they called me. Even though I said I didn't pick up the "call" he said that they call just once and that's it. I said I never received any phone call and that it's a shame on them, to treat costumers like that! When I came to the branch I asked again why noone didn't call me to tell me that coins have arrived. It was the same East Indian background guy that called the day before and he again lied into my face that he called me and I said you did not, because I checked my phone call history and I now I didn't receive any phone call from you. It's such a disgrace that some people waste TD's reputation and positive view I had on this bank and branch. I told him you'll get negative review and I'm delivering my promise with this, because this the least this guy deserves. I will never again do my business with this branch!

Was told to go into bank for a service, manager told me couldn't do it, which I have done at multiple branches before, so it was simple laziness.

The service here has been horrible, and I am beyond frustrated. I tried to deposit money into one of the ATMs, but the machine ate my card and no money was deposited into my account. I have contacted the 1866 number numerous times for a dispute, and it's been almost 3 months. I have went into the bank directly to speak with the representatives about my issue twice as well. I am giving 2 stars instead of one, because the first time I went the lady was professional, kind and tried to help, and gave me a chance to explain my side without judgements. The second time I came in about the same issue (that has still NOT been resolved) is a whole other story. The lady was rude, and very dismissive. She did not bother to hear me out, nor believe a word I had to say. When I asked to speak to an executive manager, she said in a condescending tone that she was "the best I could get". Should there not be a manager on site at all times and not a "best you can get". I would have waited for a manager, but it seemed like she didnt want to even ask for one. To dig further, the rude lady said there was a couple investigations for the dispute, but the branch had no proof so both were cancelled on their end. She also claimed that this issue had nothing to do with the branch, as the ATM and branch are not connected, which is weird since she just said the branch closed the disputes I made. I am still missing a substantial amount of money, and its been almost 3 months. I have been banking with TD for over 10years, and have no reason to lie about a claim, nor have I ever.l will continue to fight for the money owed, but will never use this branch or their machines for anything ever again. I will also add that I tried my best to remain calm when i came in to the bank. It was not so easy at the end of our conversation, hence her attitude and the fact that I am still missing a substantial amount of money, and she would not even give other options to work it out.

This is the best branch, looks very old but the management is awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable! Staff are welcoming and provide you amazing experience everytime I visit ️

Complete joke of a bank, went in to certify a cheque made out ti my company and they refused, first time ever a bank refused to certify a cheque, said the cheque was to big to certify, NOW my company has to wait 2 weeks for cheque to clear because they refuse to do their job! NEVER deal with this branch EVER! MY company will no longer accpt cheques from customers from this bank as there is no guarantee they have the funds to back it!

I came here for change a few weeks ago so I can do laundry. I have to bus here and it’s been very cold lately. They gave me change and didn’t say anything about it being a one time thing, until I came back today. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes only to be told that because I don’t have an account here I can’t get change. Like I said NOBODY told me last time that it was a one time thing. I might’ve been more inclined to actually get an account there had they not embarrassed me in front of a bank full of people.

Mr. Patel was amazing and extremely helpful. Not only he helped me out with the matter I was visiting the branch for, he also provided me with great advices on how to manage my accounts more efficiently.

Worst teller and manager ever went in to deposit a cheque, teller tells me there’s going to be a hold on my cheque I tell her to deposit it she has to talk to the manager, I ask a simple question why has there been a hold on funds from my cheques lately then the teller asks for my I.d saying she’s new working? She could have told me that 20 minutes earlier. So I ask the manager the same question and same thing they don’t both understand the question all of a sudden she’s telling me there system is perfect it must be on me …. So I tell them to hurry up and deposit my pay cheque and I’ll leave …. Been with T. D for a few years I think it’s time to find another bank

The service at this branch has always been a delight, but today, it was beyond amazing.
I would like to place on record the truly exceptional experience I had at this branch today with Amardeep and Ahmad El Toufaily.
They were both very courteous, accommodating and genuinely helpful.
Would give 10 stars if I could!

During the Covit19 crisis our firm realized very quickly how amazing the Londonderry Mall Branch is and the Top Notch Service they provide us. We had to deal with other branches in both Edmonton and Sherwood Park to wire funds within Canada and the NIGHTMARE it was. What normally took all of 5 minutes became a 60 minute gauntlet of just plan stupid. Thank you Londonderry for making our lives less stressful. It's appreciated.

I've been here multiple times and the customer service is always trash. I'd rather take the time to go anywhere else to do my banking. The ladies here are rude.

I don't have a lot of confidence in a banch where I call the number and it goes straight to a voicemail, and a voice comes on telling me "Today is. " 2 days old. It seems like a pattern every TD branch I call to try and try to speak to a real person to book an appointment, it goes straight to voicemail.

TD is a great overall Bank. How ever when you got witch managers like the one at London derry not helping out customers in dire need such as myself. 2 of Jan busy busy rent is late. I got a WCB check. It won't fail but she's to lazy to pick up the phone n verify the funds. Do not make this your home branch the TD at 50st are much much more help full and understanding they excell in customer service. I'm disappointed my own home branch could not do what another branch early does. If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.

Poor service, uneducated staff and unseasoned management. As a small business owner, I always receive a decent service from my banks. I visited this location earlier this afternoon to deposit a money order that I got the same day from my other bank. I was advised that the money would be held for a few days although I presented the receipt from the other bank. I explained to the teller and her manager that I do this very often and never had an issue in the past. They did not tend to listen. They did not even bother calling my other bank to vet. Long story short, I left the bank and visited another TD location and got the job done with no problem. I wish I had not wasted my time with these people in the first place.

Sadly customer service at this bank has changed as quickly as the change in staff. Tds policies for cheque cashing have changed as they don't trust any cheque to be good unless it is from a td account or is certified. It doesn't matter if you have received a cheque from a business for ten years, cause they say they don't know the business personally so they have to (for my protection) they say, hold back a certain amount unless it is certified. Get a line of credit is their answer for everything.

Racist, ignorant tellers. I do not even go to this bank but the way I saw the cashier treat a native young single mom disgusted me. Called the manager. The manager was pompous and just as rude. Unacceptable.
