I would like to give this location reviews as negative actually there is no option less than one star thats why giving them one star here. Very bad customer service. Ladies customer representative don’t care who is coming there. I waited there about 10 minutes but they were so busy in their talk
Worst branch. I have been banking with TD from last 10 years. After getting experience from this branch, i am closing all three accounts with TD. Worst customer service. Unprofessional staff in this branch. TD if you want business close this branch or change the staff.
I’ve been going to this bank for 6 months. It’s the same story, we have to put your cheque on hold with company cheques. It’s not a new cheque process it’s the judgement process made by the tellers.
Few days ago I went to this branch to deposit check and they told that your check is gonna hold. I was like why this is regular check and even it's td check for td account so you can check the funds and give me all money without holding. They were okay we can do one thing that we gonna call the company from where get check to confirm the funds in there account but that's gonna cost you some charges. I was like I have been in other branches but never face this kind of problem with my checks. So I got frustrated and came back from there without depositing check. I went to another branch to deposit the check next day. They deposited my check without holding a penny of my money and without asking single question and this is called service in my words. Very bad experience in this branch. I hope td bank would take some action towards their employees.
Terrible service. The lady with whom my appointment was fixed was in a constant rush. Did not answer my questions properly and did not guide me at all. Told me to hurry up because her next customers were outside. Would not recommend.
Most irritating and slow brach of TD. Never going to visit this brach again. Staff was like working in old age home, pathetic experience ever. Either TD close this branch or put right staff in it.
Went in to deposit my daughter's lemonade stand money for the stollery. The teller never cleaned the surface after the person in front of me so I asked and got nothing but attitude. I asked to deposit the money, bills and change. He said he couldn't deposit the change because it's not rolled. I said there isn't enough to roll and he still wouldn't take it. Please note the change was mainly loonies (11) and toonies (7). This isn't the first issue with this branch.
You should follow appointment system if you have one in place. We have waited for good 30-40 minutes. People were walking in and you guys were taking them instead of taking people on appointment basis.
I have always had good experiences with this TD branch and would not hesitate to come here. I used to bank with the Hewes Way branch but it is just too busy. I can generally walk in the door and step right up to a teller. I have also used one of the personal bankers for my mortgage, TFSA, and RRSP accounts and they were always very courteous.
Worst front desk service. Also Manager’s behaviour was quite upsetting. They don’t even know what does “AB” stands for. I went to deposit my cheque as it was under my company name. Their service was worst, never going to this branch again. Zero star from my side.
These guys are unprofessional. I went to branch for credit card pick up. They were doing their own work and there was big line up even they never apologize for the wait.
I cannot believe the way I was spoken to today. I went into the bank and was helped by a rude and unprofessional woman named rjavir. After explaining to her that I forgot about a payment coming out that accidently bounced she decided to throw in my face "the payment was $10.00, did you not have that? ". Things happen people forget but to open your mouth like that? Shame on this place. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Especially when I have a car loan in this name. I refuse to bank with this awful company any more.
Ajay Somal, mortgage broker, is a con man. He manipulates and takes advantage of immigrants.
He misled my parents and locked them into a one year draw mortgage and said there would be no penalty when converting the draw mortgage into a regular mortgage.
Fast forward to when the house was ready and he plays stupid and says my parents must pay a penalty of over $3,000 to close out the mortgage and then reapply for a new mortgage.
We went to the branch manager, Baljit, who told my parents that nothing could be done and they had the choice of paying the penalty or continuing to pay interest for the duration of the mortgage. The manager showed some empathy but claimed he has no control of what his staff do.obviously he lacks managerial skills as he has no control over his employees.
My parents paid the penalty and will not he returning to this branch ever again.
