The personal banking is too good at this branch. You never have to wait in line for your appointment. Braden has been a great help and I recommend him for all the personal banking needs!

If I could give your branch zero stars I would. I would like to share my bad experience although it does not seem important to this bank because of the repeated automated messages copied and pasted to all the bad reviews.
I went in to cash a cheque to pay off the remainder of a loan. The blonde female sitting behind a desk in the corner, who seemed to be the manager, told the teller and I that all the appropriate signatures needed to be on the back of the cheque in order for it to be cashed. I was told to get the signatures and come back. I came back a few hours later and was being helped by a different teller. He went to the back, asked the same manager about the cheque, and came to tell me that all the individuals on the cheque needed to physically come in and sign the cheque in person. I told him what the women said previously, he said that he asked her if he can cash the cheque and she had just told him to tell me that everyone needed to come in to sign. Thankfully, the other teller that was helping me previously overheard the conversation and told his coworker that in fact I was correct and she did not say anyone needed to come in and all that I needed were signatures. They ended up cashing my cheque because she was caught in a lie. I understand that all parties may need to be present in person and sign the cheque but it seems like the manager they have is not only incompetent but likes to waste people’s time.

Had an appointment today to open a chequeing account, Diana comforted us and helped us out with everything we needed and all the questions we had. Really would recommend her to anyone!

Insane, they didn't allow me to use their bathroom when I had an appointment at 3, they suggested me to go to the pizza store next door.how embarrassing!

Worst bank ever. I spent 48 minutes on hold. Finally got through I said on hold for 48 minutes then he hung up on me.

Move banks if you using these horrible people.

After many years of service I closed my buisness account today. Being charged the monthly fee sitting there to close it was terrible. I’ve canceled multiple accounts and insurance through TD and today reinforced why. No thanks for the years of service just pay us money or you can’t close it. Shame on you TD!

Gurleen was so helpful today when I came in and wanted to know if TD had a form I could use to get government cheques deposited directly into chequing account. She offered to do it for me immediately and was so efficient and pleasant! So far I have only had positive experiences with everyone at this branch.

Waited 30 minutes in line here yesterday. Longest line I have ever seen at a bank, anywhere.

Every time I come here the line is nearly out the door, it makes me want to switch banks.

Worst TD location in Edmonton, the owner of this bank has zero respect for TD customers.

When I opened up an account here I was promised that my paychecks would be released immediately. After trying to cash my check I've been shown that this was a lie. This tells me the employees are encouraged to lie to get you to sign up only to take it back when it comes to their end of the bargain. Closed both of my accounts immediately. 0/10 would never bank here again and you shouldn't either.

It's clean, and contemperary. The ATM's are nice you can get 5,10,50 dollar bills.but It's too small for the amount of customers they get. It would be nice to see something with a bit more culture oppose to a bank in the "Brewery District".

Had to wait more than 1 hour on my day off at the counter before Jane had solved my issue. The issue was entirely at the hands of TD as well. I was asked not to leave as they might have questions to solve my issue (they did not). Staff was unfriendly and not trying their best to improve the situation. Had better experience with competing banks.

I had a great experience today at this branch. Jennifer helped me at the front as I was depositing a cheque. She flagged for me a promo on my line of credit that dropped my interest rate significantly. Then she also pointed me to a way I could say a bunch of money on my monthly banking costs. Mohit helped me very quickly sign the paperwork to drop my interest rate and was also very friendly. Great staff and management here.

Amazing employees, specially Need to appreciate Mr mohit who have been super supportive. He gave me a time to listen my concern and find solutions amazingly. Wow! Great asset to the branch and peace of mind to the customers. That branch is my favourite bank. Keep your great job guys, thanks

I really appreciate the Excellent Customer service.
I have been with TD bank for over 10years and I have never been supported the way I met a gentleman called Mohit Dua, he explored for me different TD products I learnt a lot, this TD employee Mohit was calm, experienced and knowledgeable. He has excellent marketing skills when it come to all TD products available that I had never know for all these 10year.

Understaffed and always a line out the door. Absolutely impossible to do business here in a reasonable amount of time. Whoever manages this branch is obviously taking the pandemic as an excuse to keep a skeleton crew working during peak hours.

Empty teller counters, long line of people waiting. Attitude and behaviour problem with the tellers and staff. You can see the manager sitting outside and smoking, while long line of people in standing. Minimum 30-45 minutes gone. A through rewamping and restructuring is needed for this branch. These people are not aware about the fast forwarding blockchain tech and banking service. Many times have to quarrel and raise the voice to get the service. Was waiting for 45 minutes, one teller was having kitchen talk in the business counter on lipstick, fashion and style. Need top level intervention to save the face of this branch. Many times complained and protested, still no change!
1. More staff needed in the teller
2. Professionals with helping mind set must be deupted
3. Avoid the long waiting time
4. Investment planners and financial advisors with human skills must be appointed
5. Professionalism and efficency measures need to be implimented in this branch

Amazing service. I visit this branch for most of my banking needs. Last week, I visited the branch to get a specific information. Ms. Ahmed was really helpful and professional. She provided exceptional customer service.

Terrible experience with the absolute worst customer service. I would give a negative star rating if I could.

I attempted to open an account as I heard TD is one of the top banks and has a great trading platform, but I was just turned off by the miserable experience I had at this location.

I came in to setup an account and let the teller know that I was interested in investing and wanted to set something up with a financial planner to get some advise. The teller advised me that she could setup the account, but I would need more information if I wanted to get an investment account setup.

The teller said they were unsure what was required and said that they could setup an appointment with a financial advisor. I thought this was strange as the teller should know the basic requirements I would need.

They set the schedule and when I show up for my appointment, they told me that they had nothing booked. I was already upset at this point as I had to take the day off work and setup another appointment.

I come back a week later and am told by the financial advisor that they were in a hurry and would need to rush through this. I am glad to know that I was not a priority with them. After we had spent some time discussing some investment options, they told me that they had something to take care of and stepped out for FIFTEEN minutes leaving me sitting there, not even bothering to check on me.

I was livid at this point and to top it all off, they told me I didn't have the required information (even though I had asked what was required after they cancelled my initial appointment).

I just told them not to bother and I would take my business elsewhere. Clearly this is a bank that does not care about their potential customers.

Chhaya is a great asset to this branch. She is friendly and very competent in her work. My husband and I needed a pre approval very last minute and Chhaya got it done super quick and was very helpful in explaining the process and providing other additional information which was helpful as a first time home owner. Not only is Chhaya great Rafal is as well! He's full of energy and an honest person that shows genuine care for his clients. I highly recommend seeing these two for all your financial needs.

I have dealings at two banks (TD and RBC) in the Oliver area and the difference in the personal/face-to-face experience is like night and day. The TD is friendlier, better staffed at the teller counter, and more courteous, by far.

Sokun Hin is arrogant, disrespectful and has extemly poor customer service abilities, stay away from him at this location. Beautiful building, nice location and everyone else seems to be really good.

Nice location, excellent staff and easy access.
Great parking with an underground option nearby.
Have banked here since they closed our Jasper Ave branch.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The branch itself is clean and seems well run.

Customer service and experiance should not be based on what time of the day it is, or based on prejudgemental assumptions you as a representative or manager have towards the client.went to this branch to withdraw some money from my account. Cesar the CSR asked for my ID, which never happens when I withdraw cash. Asked to speak to the manager (Rania) who did not want to provide her name. She asked why I needed her name which I then explained to make my complaints. The truth is, had she been wearing her name tag like every TD employees are required, I would not have to ask for her name. I told her that this is not the first time I withdrew this amount and that I worked for TD. She asked me when I worked for TD and when I just stopped to engage with the back and forth, she slammed the pen on the desk, went back to her coworkers and said I'm complaining. (I can hear her). There goes the TD customer experiance.

Just gonna start for by saying the new location for the TD bank is super nice inside, it’s got a huge wall wrap of the old brewery district and just overall looks better than the previous location.
Now the service part is where it gets bad, understaffed constantly, yesterday we went in to make a deposit and they had 2 tellers on at 6pm in a Friday which was obviously pay day, they had a 3rd business teller on but it appeared she wasn’t taking clients, the line up was to the door.
There were several other people working behind the till, but doing other things instead of helping kill the line, we waited 10 minutes and then went to the TD in the west end instead. We would’ve been waiting at least 45 minutes-hour considering they helped 2 people in line that time. I would not recommend, usually TD’s are great but they can’t seem to get it figured out down there.

I've been at this location several times and have always found it to be very upscale and professional. My first time visiting the location I received a free $5.00 for listening to a brief presentation on utilizing the cheque deposit app with TD.

The Product (s) /Service: This is a nice new location and I really want to write something nice about it but when you have no one at the front desk on a Saturday afternoon to greet and help your clients, thats a problem. When you have a client that came in for an appointment who you leave sitting in your lounge for an hour before someone decides that at that point, they have been sitting there for a little while and to finally approach them to see how they can be helped? Thats a little late. I honestly deliberately sat there after the first 10 minutes to see how long it would take for any one of the staff to notice me and my mother and to be honest was very disappointed.

The People: They were cheery and happy to help out their clients but they were only focused on their own jobs. Like I mentioned earlier, I had lots of time to monitor everything in the front lobby and all the tellers seemed to be doing their job but im not too sure about the managers and what they were up to. Just saw a lot of mindless running around and not a lot of awareness as to what is happening at their location.

Worst service ever. An ATM malfunctioned and ate all my money I deposited. The male bank teller goes on to tell me there's no guarantee ill get my money back, they wouldn't provide a float for me to pay my bills, and that the ATMs are RAN BY ANOTHER COMPANY so they had no power in helping me resolve the issue. I talked to a manager a week after who was able to provide me a small amount of money to pay for my bills while the issue was getting resolved. They end up taking more money from me because they voiced "they gave me too much in the float and the money counted in the ATM was much lower", only to reimburse me the money back at the end of the week because they had a counting error. The worst experience ever and will always deposit my cash in person from now on.

This is arguably the worst bank/branch I have ever dealt with. If I can give you good advice steer WELL clear of Sokun Hin. He has little to know knowledge of what it takes to serve customers. He lost our documentation that contained personal/confidential information. How on earth does a bank lose documentation? Truly bizarre. He also has this way of making it seem like he did you a HUGE favor whenever you ask something. Guess what Sokun, IT IS YOUR JOB. Ana Silva the branch manager wasn't of much help either. Doesn't reply to emails and has a lot of lame excuses when you talk to her in person. There is NO accountability at this branch. DO NOT USE THEM! You have been warned.

On Feb. 06,219, I went to counter to deposit some cash and coins rolls, I experienced a teriable customer service. A girl named Hiwot Gerore served me on counter. She counted the cash but she had a difference amount that I counted so she has to count twice. The way she talk was not in patient. She blamed me that why I deposit the money if I counted it wrong. I explained I didn't lie as I always deposit cash at counter. She let me counted at the counter as well but I still got the same amount as I counted before. At the end, she said WHATEVER then collected all the money. She has not even ask me is there anything else she can help me. Just gave me the receipt and let me go. I were so shock that I got such a bad customer service. If this is the way how TD train their staffs, I am disappointed.

Very poor costumer service. The girl seemed to be sooo busy that she was talking fast and putting pressure on me to go fast. She was unable to find me in the system when I did so many things over the phone with security questions instead of just saying things like “the system doesn’t lie” “the only thing I can use is your phone number” while laughing. Suddenly she was taking everything like a joke and saying that she was trying sooooo hard to help me! I mean, you’re there to help me, that’s your job! Not coming back to this place! While waiting on the line and watching other girls working, you guys better do something with them giving attitude and being so unprofessional!

I popped into the branch to inform them of the change in my address and a LOVELY young woman took me into her office and gave me an EXCEPTIONAL level of service. She did a complete account review to see if I'm making the most out of my accounts which I've never had done. Also, she's beyond gorgeous and that made the process even better lol ;)

I went to this branch twice in two weeks, both time i got disappointed. This branch has one of the longest time waiting in line for service in edmontom.
I always wait minimum 30min for service and still get disappointed.

With Kendrick's help I opened an account, got a credit card, and started real savings (all so adulty!) It was really a great experience and very painless. I was offered coffee or tea, and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand. It really felt like the staff had my best interests in mind
