Avoid this branch like the plague. Any time we need to come here to exchange money there is a long lineup - I’ve never waited less than 20 minutes no matter what day or time of day I come and I’m never out of there in under 30 minutes. I’ve never seen a bank that was so chronically short-staffed through the years, and the staff they do have are often inadequately trained. I can’t even imagine how much business this bank loses but obviously it’s not enough for them to rectify it. Picture of the green chair because it’s literally the only good thing about this branch.

Worst location to do your transaction with. I have in with this institution since 1995 (28yrs) and yesterday I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. They’re so called Assistant Branch Manager- MILDRED ALDANA, gave me attitude. To be specific, I was yelled at flicked a card at, accused of being rude and rolled her eyes at. How can you have this person represent your institution. She is very unprofessional. Doesn’t wear a name tag or even introduce herself but just butts in my conversation with the teller. When I eventually asked to speak to a manager who I was hoping to help me with the my situation of getting a new access card for an account that I personally opened myself and if they send a request for verification it will actually send the code to me since I have full authorization on the account. This never happened instead, I was told a blatant no. Later on I contacted the head office and was also informed that I was right and that the card should have been given to me.

Also, all the comments regarding long line up and slow service is true. When I mentioned this concern to this Assistant Branch Manager, her response was they don’t have to put more that to tellers and that it was up to her. Further proving that they are cost and “only for there on good… improve the management bottom line” oriented vs being customer focused. How can we trust a financial institution to take care of our money when they can’t even make better business decisions in choosing the right person to run their business… Very disappointing.

The reviews are right. Likely the worst TD branch in Edmonton. 12 people in line and there’s barely any bank teller working. I guess TD don’t care about customer demands to increase their staffing…. Maybe it’s time I change to a local bank.

Also the parking sign for this TD branch is hilarious. 15 minutes parking for customers only. Hahahaha, waited in line for 30 minutes and not done yet. Maybe they need to live up to their words and serve customers within 15 minutes

I'm in a lineup of 6 or 7 people and there's literally no one at 4 of 5 tills. Unbelievable.

I was here at around 1 pm on Oct 29,2022, at the bank. There were two female tellers chewing gums while helping customers. That’s not polite at all; especially when they are TD customer service tellers. I gave my feedback to a supervisor. Hopefully, he would bring this up!
