I went to Team Ford to look for a truck. I was delighted that I met Zahir. He took his time walking me through the process and helped me find a perfect fit for me.

This place is a complete joke. They so nor care what you want, they only want to make that sale. Made an appointment to go in the next day to look at a specific vechicle I was interested in and was told it would be ready at the front so I could see it and take it for a test drive. Got there for my appointment and went over again what vechicle I was interested in only to be told that one is now pending for someone else. Told them I was not interested in anything else then he kept trying to push me into another make a model. Very frustrating as this was my 3rd time trying to deal with these guys. Do not go here and expect to be cared about or receive decent service. Also prices on the website are false. Shows a piece from a certain amount bi weekly. Was told it was incorrect and they know but there was nothing that could be done about it. Lies and more lies to get you in and waste your time. So yourself a favour and stay away from this place.

My recent Service appointment seasonal wheel & tire exchange at Team Ford on my 2020 Ford F150 4X4 was handled in an extremely professional and courteous Service call. This Service call went well beyond my expectations and completed the requested work in a very timely and efficient manner, including finding an additional problem and fixing that under warranty. Never before I have walked into a car showroom and trusted the Sales person ever. But Team Ford changed that in literally my first visit. It was such a great experience here. Stay away from this place, bought a truck from them was charged a ridiculous $1,000 “reconditioning” fee and the truck was filthy when I picked it up. The vehicle also had a console safe that the dealer didn’t even have the combination for. Messaging seat didn’t work along with the power rear sliding window. Communication was great until they had my money. When I called to tell them about the things I noticed wrong with the truck, I was told they don’t have time to go over every vehicle that comes in.

I had a great experience with Jeff in sales and Moe in finance. This was my second time purchasing a car from Team Ford. Jeff was very professional, he accommodated to my budget very well, and he communicated with me every step of the way. If you come to Team Ford, ask for Jeff!

Always honest and helpful. I have had issues with other Ford dealerships and this is the only one I trust. Being a woman can be difficult dealing with car issues and since I grew up with my dad being a mechanic as well as running a dealership and his own shop I know a fair amount about cars. I also know when I'm being ripped off and I especially hate when they talk to me like I have no idea about anything. That's why I will always take my car to Team Ford, they are upfront, honest and if there's an issue they are helpful.

The salesman was great, he would get 5/5. The overall mechanic experience was below average. I had my mechanic inspect the vehicle and breaks needed replacing. This is safety issue and they shouldn't be cutting corners. The heat shield was loose and I noticed the sound before I left the lot for a test drive. They fixed it only after I mentioned it. Unfortunately I was in need of a vehicle.

I inquired on a vehichle it was available so I agreed to have the credit application started.when I went in to deal on the vehichle at a scheduled time I was told it just sold.but not to worry the manager said I can get you the vehichle you want from other locations.so I agreed to keep the approval process going.once I was approved which I was told they did lots of work for me to be.they could not get the vehichle they told me would be not a problem.so now I have the approval which lowered my credit score from 642 to 620! So they musta ran it through alot so know I don't even get access to my approval and they just stopped even trying

Wasn’t very professional.

When I purchased the car the car was empty and no gas. The car was not detailed or cleaned.

I was ignored by my sales person when it came to my needs and wants but when it came to his. He was all over it and getting a hold of me.

How ever they did pull through when it came to me wanting a few things done to the car.

I would have dealt with the finance guy as he was more helpful then my actual sales person.

Do they really sell cars now with no gas?

Not happy with Team Ford Sales. They could not wait to get our money and see us leave. The deal was not finished and they had already changed our license plate to the Envision. When all was done the salesman, Victor, came and told us there was only one key fob for the Buick Envision. My husband told him a key fob cost like $350.00 Victor just about told him it was his problem.
We went to a GM dealer and the key fob cost 309.73 plus 100.00 to program it to the new car. My husband went back to the salesman and asked him to talk to his boss and see what they could do for us, like pay half or something. He said no.
They gave us the Envision all dirty, my husband said to Victor, it's been on the lot for 6 months could we have it washed and shined. Victor said come back tomorrow morning. We did and all they did is hose it down and never wiped it and it was full of dirty water streaks and water stain.
We will not deal with Team Ford again.

Book an appointment for wheel alignment, instead of doing the job they gave estimate for other stuff which cost more than 3 grands, and charged me about 90 dollar for nothing.
Very disappointed nothing is done which I request and I paid 90 dollar.

Moe our financial advisor was super to deal with, so friendly you left feeling that you have made life long friends. Stay Away from any go auto dealer. They are frauds, the service techs are useless, can’t even put the proper amount of oil in a vehicle, can’t be bothered to check fluid levels while doing an oil change. Go is a Monopoly ran by a bunch of crooks.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Team Ford, I had a car in mind that I actually checked out at another dealer in the city. I went to Team Ford to see if they could find a similar vehicle.actually, I asked for the exact vehicle, colour, options, mileage etc. I was met by Dre and he set me up. They didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, but Dre and the team found the exact car I wanted and had it brought in for me. Dre even loaned me a brand new 2021 F150 to drive while my car was being delivered. The car showed up in less than a week and it was perfect, exactly what I was promised. I would recommend Team Ford, and especially Dre, to anyone looking to get into a new or used Ford vehicle.

I am very satisfied with the service we received. Amandeep was very helpful in securing the deal that we wanted. He made sure everything was in order for the truck purchase. I definitely recommend Team Ford, and would gladly deal with Amandeep again.

The only issues I had with the purchase of my new 2021 Ford F-150 Lariat was the finance department was very judgmental when I refused the extra warranties and service options. I had to refuse 3 separate times and when it was finally accepted their system was down and I had to come back the next day to sign my paperwork.
The other complaint and issue with my new truck was the refusal to supply a complete set of mud flaps for my truck! I was asking for them to throw them in but they insisted that it wasn’t in the deal. I then advised them to remove all Team Ford Decals from my truck before I took it home.

I really enjoyed my time with Team Ford. I’m peculiar with what I like and Manny Nazari was an outstanding salesman that helped me through the process of finding my ideal vehicle.

I bought a brand new truck 5 months ago. Price was good and the sale was fine. Enjoyed the process. Picked it up and the steering wheel was damaged. 5 months later and I still have a damaged steering wheel with no timeline for replacement. Why do we pay freight and PDI when there is no PDI. I don’t know why it’s so hard to get a part. It is disappointing for sure on a brand new vehicle. You think a company as big as Ford would care about their quality. I would like my wheel replaced and the PDI refunded (it obviously didn’t take place. I have been in touch with the dealership many times and no answer.

I've bought a couple of vehicles through Team Ford. Tej, the sales guy who's helped me, was always knowledgeable and courteous, and did what it took to get the deal done. They've got good inventory, pricing and service.

I recently purchased a "previously loved" 2019 Ford Flex. My first car. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The salesperson, James, even dropped the car off for me to save me having to find a ride down to pick it up. When (on day 2) I found an issue with the control panel, they took it right away and gave me a loaner car free of charge. They are covering all of the repair charges. They resolved the issues quickly and efficiently, and without added cost to myself. Would totally recommend Team Ford.

I purchased a new 2020 F150 in June of ‘20 with add-ons by the Extreme Team at Team Ford - different bumpers, lift, wheels, etc, it was a beauty in the showroom.

Fast forward to fall of 2020, and the reverse sensors are faulty. I brought it in to service, only to be told it’s fine, no fault.that, after two days leaving it there. So, I hopped in the truck to leave, and of course, faulty sensors when I put it in reverse. I was told it was probably the bumper (the one installed by the dealership) and that they’d order new sensors on warranty. I’d have to wait 5-10 business days and I would get called to bring it in when the sensors arrive. I was never called back.

March 1,2021, I bring it in for service, a recall, and the same sensor issue. I was told again that there was no fault, and that it was an aftermarket bumper (same one that was installed by the dealership and sold with warranty as new), and that snow and dirt can cause a problem. Of course, as soon as I got in, put it in reverse, same faulty sensors. I didn’t even bother going back in, because no one deserves a third chance. A day later, it’s warm out, bumper is free from debris, and sensors are still faulty.

This is my fourth Ford truck, third with reverse sensors, and the second I bought from Team Ford. Make that the last.from Team Ford. My dash cam picked up the service tech referring to someone with regards to this issue as an a**hole. I was less offended by that and more offended by the incompetence that has left the issue unresolved, all of which I consider a complete waste of time.

Wonderful automobiles collection, great salesman like Manny Nazari, Amazing at explaining features of automobiles.

Came to this location to look at a pre-used Ford Escape that was posted to marketplace. Upon arrival Jeff needed to drive us to another lot entirely to view the vehicle. The escape was inside of a garage, and the lights could not be turned on. Was repeatedly told to give a deposit on it and that it was “mint”, while we were unable to see the car whatsoever. There was a large decal on the car that obviously covered rust and body damage from hitting something. They could not find the keys so we weren’t even able to test drive it. Huge waste of our time.

Mr.piyush it's a great personality the way of talking is very good. A very attractive person. I am really happy.
