Totally impressed with this store. Tons of gear. The customer service is beyond exceptional. Everyone is knowledgeable and super helpful. We have two young kids and seeing them help the little ones with their level of patience is amazing.

My wife purchased me a pair of ski gloves for Xmas 2021. I returned them for a larger size which they didn’t have in stock. Asked to return them but their “policy” is store credit only. One year later.still waiting for the gloves…. Disappointing for sure.

Great shop, very helpful staff, lots of inventory. Also a great place for boot fit and ski tuning.

One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! I purchased skis, bindings and (matching) poles. I couldn't be happier with the personalized service and expert advice. With so many options on the market, I wasn't sure what ski was the best choice. Online research only left me with more questions. Deb & Syd took the time to ask me questions, explain different options and make a recommendation based on their knowledge and personal experience. As a woman shopping for a performance ski, it was amazing to have TWO women help me through the process. Ladies, thank you for getting me set up for what is sure to be a great season on the slopes!

Great service that you wouldn't see anywhere else. Loved the staff members so helpful and kind, they got my bindings mounted in less the 20 minutes while all the other shops would never do that! I highly recommend shopping here for your ski/snowboard equipment and clothing!

VERY disappointed with their disregard for safety.

I brought skis in for a binding re-mount and asked that the DIN be checked and adjusted. When I picked up the skis I noticed that the DIN on the toe piece was incorrect and way higher than the other components of the binding system. This could lead to a potential injury as the binding will not function/release properly.

I pointed this out to the Tech and he just grabbed a screwdriver from the counter, did a simple adjustment and sent me on my way. When I checked at home the DIN was still incorrect but now too low compared to the rest. I called another reputable ski store and their tech kindly walked me through how this was totally wrong, quite unsafe, and not to be expected from any certified technician.

I then called the store to provide feedback and Aimee (who identified herself as the Store Manager) basically told me that was a normal approach and they "were busy that day so things like that will happen"

I was shocked that something as important as a proper binding mount that is vital to ensuring a safe ski day was treated with total disregard. The call ended with her saying "soooooo, what do you want? " as if I was hoping to score a free ski wax to which I kindly replied "I would like for you to care about this and coach your staff accordingly so that people don't get hurt" to which she replied "our techs are the best in the city".

At that point I could see this was a dead-end and politely ended our conversation.

The key thing here is that I (and every customer) should feel that their skis are safe and good to go when they leave the ski store. A good ski shop will instill that confidence in customers and that is why they will return. And if something goes wrong with any tech work - and mistakes can happen to anyone - I would expect that ski store to at a minimum take some ownership of the mistake and act like they care.

I was so blown away with the way Aimee just did not care at all and was fine trying to argue with me about all of this. It just didn't make any sense, given all I was doing is giving feedback and not asking for anything in return.

I will not be returning to Tecno Sport and caution others to think twice before bringing their gear there for anything other than a simple wax. There are plenty of better options in this city.

Great service, great knowledge of product, always very friendly. The crew at Technosport always go out of their way to give me and my family the best service and attention we need. Whether you are a weekend skier/ snow boarder or club racer- Techno sport is the place to go. Highly recommended.

I recently got fitted for new boots here. Both Deb & Chris were super helpful and genuine.

They took time to ask the questions, try different options, heat mold the boots, and ultimately work with me on making sure they were the right boot with the right fit/comfort.

One thing they both emphasized was that they just wanted me to be comfortable and happy with the purchase once on the hill. All while reassuring me that should I need follow up after skiing in the boots that they’d be there to remedy any concerns.

I certainly appreciated all the help, and visiting Jimmy the dog was just a bonus!

Not the greatest first experience at this store. Brought my board in for a tune and the price I was charged at pick up was greater than the price advertised on the website. The person helping me out at pick up said that they always try to quote a number at the time of drop off, but I wasn’t given a quote with my ticket. Not a huge deal as the price was not loads more, but it still would have been nice to receive a quote at drop off if this is the typical process. Will certainly give the store another try in the future as they have a huge selection of product and many, many positive reviews.

Really happy with the service, Sidney was my boot fitter and dealt with my plethora of questions and never pressured me when I was waffling between two boots. Lots of reassurance she'd help make sure I had the best fitting boots for me. Such a positive experience! Highly recommend!

All of the staff is super friendly! They were very knowledgeable and I got a crazy deal on a brand new snowboard and bindings!

I've had really good experiences here in the past but my latest visit was awful. My wife needed a boot fitting last week and the employee helping us was unhelpful and rude. Any questions we asked were answered with one word answers. "All boots are cold" is not really a helpful, or even true response, when we tried getting some info on which boots might be warmer. Even something simple like suggesting neoprene boot gloves would have been appreciated, but instead we just got snarky unhelpful answers. The owners are always great and helpful, so I guess it's just a training issue or a bad day, but it left a very sour taste in our mouths considering the thousands of dollars that we have spent here on ski gear in the past few years. We'll be going to ski cellar or ski west from now on.

Needed a last minute wax and sharpen on a snowboard a couple weeks ago and these guys were the only one that could do it. They have all of the equipment on location and do not send stuff out like many other shops in town. Friendly service

Decided to check out store to get kids into new ski gear for the season. Discussed issues and thoughts about what was needed. Came out well equipped without breaking the bank. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with a unique selection of product. I got my Bataleon snowboard on sale here and I love it! They have a great tuning service with a quick turn-around. Also, I love my Mons Royale base layers! I would recommend this local business to any ski or snowboarder who appreciates quality product.

Techno’s staff are always super knowledgeable and ready to help no matter what you’re looking for. Been a customer there for close to 10 yrs now, and they’re still the best.

Deb, Barry and their staff are amazing people! We always get our snowboard and ski gear from them and they go above and beyond to make sure that we’re satisfied! From keeping our kids occupied while boycotting us, or making sure our skis are fit for whatever conditions you can imagine, they got my family moving outdoors again and LOVING every minute!

Fantastic ski/snowboard shop that does the best board tune-ups. Bought my first board here and have been going back ever since! Their employees offer phenomenal customer service, especially Miles! Had a binding break which needed to be replaced via warranty. However, Rossignol (and at no fault of Technosport) sent the wrong set of bindings several weeks later. Miles replaced my broken bindings with another brand new set free of charge, making sure I still had the opportunity to make the most out of the season. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that likes to hit the slopes!
