The worst experience ever with this Ted baker store really rude manager she was not even presenting self as manager because she was not dress as professional
Used to be my fav store, but never again. You can’t return orders online because the link does not work, no one answers emails and it has been a month and half, when I went to store to ask what to do, they refused to return in store which is ok but the lady rushed me out without listing and said I will contact costumer service for you! All I got back is an apology email with 15% discount on ONLINE ORDERs valid for a month but still no answer regarding my return! Never again! I really love the dresses and wanted to buy more! But never online again and not really impressed with how I got treated there too!
My mom as a first time online shopper made a mistake and selected the incorrect size. She brought the dress into the Ted Baker store and had the pleasure of meeting Josh, he is such a wonderful ball of positivity. So understanding and helpful, wish every store had someone like Josh working there as this would definitely bring more people back. Josh was very knowledgeable, and helped us by going above and beyond. If I had written this review in 10 days ago when my mom was there, I would've given them 1 star for bad customer experience but Josh really turned that around. So if anyone is buying anything from Ted Baker, Ask for Josh, you will not be disappointed!
I bought a dress at the end March. I had 4 weeks to exchange it. Unfortunately due to being sick and having sick kids I was unable to go back in store till May 1st. And I requested them for store credit (didn't ask for my money back). I was told 'As they were making an exception for me, I had to buy something that day'. Unfortunately I liked nothing in the store that day so I couldn't exchange my dress. Considering how much I spent, and what I requested for, I didn't think it was unreasonable. Terrible customer service, I wouldn't be going back to that location!
Scarr, the lady from this store literally bagged the item that I purchased with a white big paper bag that looks like it is used. I bought this as a present for my dad this Christmas and I even asked her if they have a smaller one and she said no they didn’t. I was really disappointed since this is how they treat their customers. I saw other people coming out of the store with their original packaging (the green paper bag). Ted Baker better raise their standards high
Very upsetting merchandise return experience. If you are planning to purchase a gift from the Chinook Centre Store I would recommend purchasing Ted Baker items from Nordstrom or the Bay where returns are completed with ease.
Don’t buy gifts here! Lousy options if returned. With gift receipt, only option is to get a paper voucher (not even a gift card) with credit ‘on file’ to the original ’profile’ (aka method of payment). With original receipt, only two weeks full refund to method of payment. Bought a Christmas gift at the beginning of December and at end of December, only voucher option was available to person who didn’t like it. Very bad customer experience all around.
I love the quirky yet chic clothing styles Ted Baker carries. I especially enjoy being able to get a nice piece with my size on sale. I’ve had Great customer service at this location too.
