Rob helped us get car insurance seconds after buying our vehicle so we could drive right off the lot. This was our first auto insurance policy in Canada, so it was a more complex process. He walked us through the details of the policy and guided us through the process.

We had tried RBC, AMA, and TD and couldn't get anyone on the phone that understood our needs or could give us an accurate quote. In fact, it seemed like those companies didn't care if they sold us insurance or not. Dealing with Rob was easy and he was very responsive. We are very satisfied with the service!

Happy Anniversary! One year (almost) since I became an insurance consumer at Ted Byrt Insurance. I feel "covered" and safe. I like that this office is accessible in many different ways
The fine folks who work here are happy. They are all very helpful & that recently helped me! I received a call from a very nice gentleman yesterday, who asked if I had received the pink cards & insurance info for my car. I had not. AND my insurance & plates come due in 12 days! As of today, all is paid & I have peace of mind. Now this is excellent customer service!
