Michael Clark picked up the phone at Desjardins. My current tenant insurance was about to lapse at midnight. After about 15 minutes, Michael knew what I wanted, had the policy, described it, and took the payment and gave me some of the documents via email and the rest for Canada Post. Didn't have to wait. Didn't have to drive on the icy roads. The Tenants Insurance will start just as my old tenant insurance lapsed. It only took Michael to this. No fuss.

Josef Monagas is one of the most understanding and professional brokers I've had the pleasure doing business with. AMA, and RBC were quoting me $300.00 a month (ironic as I have been a loyal rbc customer for 15 years). He managed to lower it to less than half of that. The easy going demeanor he carries makes it a breeze to ask questions and it can all be handled over the phone with proper documentation and Driving history.

I honestly was losing hope in being able to afford insurance until I spoke to Josef.
