We just finished a camping trip with our new to us camper and are off on another trip. We don’t have any worries as we know this dealership made sure that our camper was in excellent ready to leave condition. We received top notch service from our sales rep, Don, and the RV dealer team.

The lady that served us was very knowledgeable about replacing roof vent covers. I really appreciated her helping us.

I brought my trailer into their shop in Camrose and was greeted quickly by John, the service fellow. He explained all that was going to be done and then came out either me to my trailer and showed me where to park.
The trailer was ready the next day and for a very reasonable price. I am so pleased with Tee Pee trade. I highly recommend them to all who have RV issues!

Excellent service, came in not knowing anything about what I needed, including the light bulb size, and she helped me get the right one and the right plug for our trailer.

Our search for a 1/2 ton towable 5th wheel brought us here a year ago. It was close to the end of a work day on Saturday & Mark took the time to explain the information contained on our pickup data plate & how to use that information to calculate what we could safely tow because 1/2 tons are not created equal.

We left with brochures of different layouts & weights. Using the online Ford towing matrix we came to realize our F150 crew cab wouldn't work. We calculated an F250 crew cab could do it, so ordered that. After it arrived at the end of summer we let Mark & Don know we were now set to continue shopping. Don contacted us with this used 5th wheel that just came in and even though we only wanted new he explained it was in new condition & offered to text some pictures. The shots convinced us so we took another drive to look at it. They let us pin on & take it for a test drive. We bought it last September. It's now May and we just came back from a week of camping. It is everything Don said and more, ideal for our retirement home away from home.

The most value we got out of this experience is Mark & Don sharing their knowledge to help us understand weight ratings and payload for safety. They were so focused on helping us buy what would work for us. Purchasing from Tee Pee RV in Camrose was well worth the multiple trips from our home in Spruce Grove.

Got a gooseneck hitch put in my 3/4 ton and they did an amazing job! Quick service and very affordable.

I have been struggling to find an Arctic Fox specific skylight with no help from local dealers in our Province.

After numerous dealers wouldn’t even return my calls and emails I happened to call Shelly at Tee-Pee RV and she was awesome helping me by getting the part from Arctic Fox and then arranging delivery to me.

Can’t say enough about how great my customer experience was I would recommend this dealership to anyone after my very satisfying interaction.

Yes it was just a skylight that was probably more of a pain for them to order than they made but I was treated like I was buying the most expensive RV on the lot.
