I recently had my security system switched over to a digital platform. The technicians (Parth and Rutvik) arrived on time as scheduled and they worked continuously for the entire day. They consulted with me as needed regarding the placement of sensors and other parts of the system. Four new glass break sensors, not included in the quote that was provided six months earlier, were provided at no additional cost as was a new keypad for the main control panel. It only became apparent that the key pad had to be replaced when, at the end of the installation, they were unable to program the system. This required a trip (during rush hour traffic) to pick up the new key pad. So of course their workday was extended to over nine hours. Through it all they remained calm and courteous. Full marks for Telsco and their technicians who value customer service and provide competent service.

Telsco responded quickly to service request and got us sorted out. Dibes was super helpful.

Have done lots of repeat business with Telsco for both residential and commercial security. They continue to provide great service. Have continued to receive excellent and prompt technical advice from Kurt. The sales support and after sale support from Kristin has provided a great customer experience. Teresa, a new addition to their sales team, is very personable and eager to go the extra mile to make sure her customers are looked after. There is no doubt she will be a future Telsco superstar.

We have been Telsco customers since approx 1997 we have stayed with Telsco with both our business and home systems. Every time we have needed them for basically anything, they have been their to help. We recently required some help to reconnect the system after a shaw modem change. I called in and the online support was excellent Gordon walked me through each step to get us back online. Thanks Gordon and Telsco.

I have had my Telsco system for over 2 months, after switching from another company. Everything works exactly as promised. The equipment & monitoring costs are reasonable, and the installation was very professionally carried out. Their customer service is also very good & will answer any questions clearly. The company delivers exactly what they said they would. I can definitely recommend Telsco for a high quality home security system at a reasonable cost.

We have tried a few of the competitors out there for our home security, and Telsco are by far heads and shoulders above everyone else in the business. The installer Heiko was knowledgeable, quick, and took the time to review the installation and how to manage our system. We have had a few alarms with our smoke detector, which required a service call, and the call centre staff and technician were thorough and easy to work with. I highly recommend Telsco.
