I am ashamed of the employees of Harsimar G, Palak S.and this is at the moment when all of Canada is helping Ukrainians to be optimised, these people do not want to help the person who asks for their help - I asked them for help to close the home Internet - they refused me, they said that I should call and turn it off, I explained to them that I couldn’t, asked me to call with me. I went from one employee to another. I stood for an hour and asked for help to do everything according to the law. For 1 hour they ignored me, and then they began to mock me in front of me. I am an example of how it was possible to help for 5 minutes and I would remember all my life these kind people, but they decided to follow the path of evil and forced me to this comment. You should not become a Telus client. I was at this address in their office today. I stayed by myself in Cabinet Hell with the children and had to leave because I don’t have money to pay for the rent. I came to Telus and asked for help to close my home Internet.it costs you nothing, to refuse to help when you are a client of the company and you come to a person who has to solve the client's problems at work is a shame! I'm still waiting for help - I don't want to break the law

Today I went into the Telus store at Kingsway and an awesome guy named Palak, helped me upgrade 2 phones, plus he got me a great deal on some accessories! He’s super friendly, knowledgeable and fast, I highly recommend you go see him if you need an upgrade!

I recently had the pleasure of working with an outstanding employee at Telus who helped me create a mobility plan for my business. From start to finish, this employee went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best possible experience.

Firstly, they took the time to understand my business needs and what I was looking to achieve with my mobility plan. He asked thoughtful questions and provided insightful recommendations that helped me make informed decisions.

Throughout the process, this employee was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. He was patient, professional, and consistently provided excellent customer service.

Thanks to his expertise and guidance, I now have a mobility plan that meets all of my business needs and has helped me increase efficiency and productivity. I cannot thank them enough for their exceptional work.

Overall, I would highly recommend Jean Kenneth to anyone who needs help with a mobility plan. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers and are an asset to the Telus team. Five stars all around!

I stopped by in a bit a rush the other day an Vanessa was absolutely fantastic! She not made the process of my device upgrade quick and seamless, she was also so kind to ensure I had all the necessary information to make the right decisions. She made sure I knew about every possible promotion that Telus had to offer - and helped me with the data transfer from my old device to the new one.

This location was also quite busy at the time - Vanessa and her fellow colleagues did a great job managing the que and acknowledging each customer that was in their space.

I went into Telus at Kingsway mall with my mother looking to purchase a new phone. We were greeted by Abby and she provided excellent customer service. From the beginning to the end she was super helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we found what we were looking for. 10/10!

Worst experience I've had from a phone company. Came in to discuss charges and was totally treated like I was less than human. Treated like I was some junkie off the street. This man did not have customer service skills. Was very inexperienced and not very polite. This man was rude and very unprofessional.

Me and my bf went in to get new phones and the person we got at first was Ben which was horrible worse experience ever and screwed everything up, didn’t have a working phone for almost 2 weeks. I will never be going back to Ben!
But after multiple times going in there trying to get my phone fixed we were able to talk to Vanessa who helped us out got my phone fixed in 5 mins… and she’s the only one I will speak to at this store now. If your going in to this Telus store and ask to speak to Vanessa she is the best and was able to turn our HORRIBLE situation into atleast better and have a working phone and she apologized for Ben’s mistakes.

TERRIBLE LOCATION FOR SERVICE. After being a Telus mobility user for 10 or more years, I must admit visiting this location I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any other Telus location. After standing in line for 30 mins +/- (due to Covid restrictions) to speak to a representative about my malfunctioning Telus phone (on a Telus plan) - a rep came to the door to see what I needed and rather than assisting (with a new phone and keeping my plan or something remotely close to what I had) he stood at the door and told me he could not help me and plans started at $75 and handed me a slip with a bunch of phone numbers on it. Telus website refers to the plan I had. I went elsewhere to get better customer service and a new phone. Bye bye Telus.

Needed to reactivate an old phone number through Koodo. We were told to go to a Telus Store so we went to the Kingsway location. We were greeted quickly by Curtis, one of the Telus representatives. We told him our situation and he was aware that we where not purchasing anything we just needed a koodo phone number back. He went over and above for us. It was a tricky fix but he took the time to follow it through to the end. He even gave us his business card and said to phone him if he could help in any way even though it was koodo that had to look into things on their end. The next day when I called he was already checking things out to see if it was resolved! Then called me back to let me know he arranged koodo tech support to call me directly. Curtis, stand up guy and superior customer service. Appreciate your help and follow through. Problem fixed! 2 very happy customers! Cheryl and Tim

Do not deal with Tamir C. He says he's been working for Telus for 5 years, I guess that gives him the right to treat his customers like nobody. Tamir surely would not waste his time helping you out on anything. Thanks for nothing, you surely make Telus proud of the quality of service you provide your customers. I went into this place a month-and-a-half ago to get Telus. The guy behind the counter insisted that I get kudoo. Says it's just as good as telus. So after some explaining Ancon job he convinced me to get it which was really horrible and I was not a fan of 4G so I went back into the store and talk to another gentleman and he hook me up with Telus and now I'm with 5G and I'm happy. So before you talk to someone make sure you do your research and don't get convinced by someone to take another plan so they can make a little extra money for themselves.

Both times I've been in this Telus location with a moderately complex request I've been helped by Harsimar G, and both times I left with all my questions answered and all my loose ends tied up, and all my shiny new toys in my hot little hands instead of being shipped to me from some distant location.

The first time was to get a P30 Pro, despite the new edition not being available in my area, and the original having been discontinued, and a number of other details involving my account that made getting a new device a bit tricky. He made it happen and somehow materialized the device I sought, and in Breathing Crystal, the colour I desired, despite multiple Telus stores telling me there were none available in my city. I'm not sure what black magic he performed, but it worked.

The second time I saw Harsimar G, it was to arrange services for a SmartHub which will be used in a remote rural location. Again, he worked his strange sorcery and conjured me the physical device (again, several different Telus representatives told me I would need to have it shipped because it isn't stocked in the stores), no questions asked. Even more mystifying is that he was able to work with the address and co-ordinates of my new backwater residence, when it took three hours with Canada Post for them to even recognise that what I have is in fact a valid address.

He also easily tolerated my rambling - and often times inept - chatter. Flawless service from this fellow.

Time for a new phone and I made an appointment with Manthan. There were a couple of issues with my account, so he was very patient while I called Telus directly and had them straighten it out. It was a great experience and if you have to go to Telus at Kingsway Mall, ask for Manthan!

About 6 weeks ago i wasted a half hour completing a Telus survey listing the issues I am experiencing with my internet. Of course no one has contacted me to understand or suggest they will fix the issues.

Today I noticed a technician leaving the house next door after connecting the internet etc. We had a lengthy conversation about my issues. He indicated he did not have time to investigate (which I understand) but was in no way surprised with what he was hearing.

That said, there was no interest or offer to come back investigate the issues.

Typical service and customer focus from one of the three Canadian providers!

Does Telus real care about customers? A day to fix s connection problem. Problem is that Telus can cancel appointments and leave the customer calling back again (long hold time) asking questions. Then when they show up look around and pass the problem onto someone else. What is this 2 hour window really means nothing anymore. Finally service was restored just before 5pm. Thank you Telus again for wasting the entire day. Compensation was a 10.00 credit to which was applied at there discretion. Again losing a days pay because Telus can't figure out how to make appointments and keep promises.

Well. I wasn't allowed to go inside the store, however, the employee at the talus store was AWESOME! I'm generally easy to please but this guy went way above. Customer service 100%.

Wish there was a negatives rating system Telus would get it. Two months of ongoing problem 3 service calls, 2 modem swaps. Multi calls to Telus that would just reset and hope it works. Last sevice call was late and only way I got was by phoning to complain. 5 hours to swap equipment. Right now Telus has lost all loyalty and credibility. Promised made and broken since I started service (fibre optic what is that dream now 2 years and waiting). Tried of hearing it will be here soon. Paying same price for a service that I can get upto 2x speed more. Might be time for change.

I was having some issues setting up my TELUS account and came in for help back in January. I spoke with the manager who at the time, had food on her face and was not very helpful. She did not seem professional once she learned I was not there for an upgrade and gave me the number for Telus support because she didn’t have time to wait for my phone to update in order to get the app. When I came back to purchase a charger recently she was there being rude towards staff and when she approached me she smelled like B. O. That was with a safe distance between us so I can only imagine up close. Telus needs to train their management better.

Ongoing fraud on my account, can't get through to customer service (their phone line just disconnects me because they're "too busy with deals! " And no one in store can help me get $500 in fraudulent charges removed or even disconnected from my account. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone. Anyone else.

Had a really good experience with Cameron. I came in just as he was about to leave and he decided to stay and help me because I was on my lunch break and couldn’t stay and wait for one of the other representatives as they were all tied up helping clients. I highly recommend him as he’s very helpful.

Went in for assistance to figure out how to pay my home services, the lady told me to go to the bank and pay it there, she did not assist to get my my account number which I needed for the bank or anything else, she just turned and walked away as if I was not worth her time

I got a new phone and transferred my account to a family-type plan and had never received such good service from TELUS in the 11 years I've been a customer of theirs. I don't recall the name of the person who served us but she was the SAMSUNG ambassador. Nothing but helpful and accommodating.

Terrible customer service. Waited there for half an hour before anyone came and asked me if I needed any help. They were all in the back room ignoring customers. No one cared about my concerns and an agent was very rude while trying to explain my account changes to me. I will not be returning and I will not stay a Telus customer for very long.

Bring back promotion is a scam you safe 200$ upfront, pay the balance of the phone monthly but you have to return the phone when your contract is up be careful guys

Absolutely disappointed with the kingsway location. Had I not went to the londonderry location to clear things up with a second opinion they would have lost my business. The kingsway location gives me problems EVERY SINGLE TIME I *try* to get things adjusted on my account. Not only will the employees blatantly lie to you so their lazy A**es can hurry back to standing around on their phones, they will also make you feel attacked due to their attitiudes and know-it-all demenors being their number one priority. Funny how everything they told me I COULD NOT DO TO MY ACCOUNT, was easily done with patience and absolute kindness at the londonderry location. Kingsway location will never see me again, cause they drive me mad.

Service was awesome until we moved to a new location, (not the fault of this locations staff) Telus technicians were inconsistent, did not forward notice for set up or share basic information with eachother. We waited 3 weeks between technicians just to find out (again) that we needed a wire repair.
After a month Telus cancelled our internet service (alleging we refused a wire repair) when we weren't even home (again no notice).
Went to Shaw and recieved more Mbps, GBs at a cheaper price. Internet was set up within an hour of going to the Shaw location.

Telus has amazing sales strategies, but severely lacks in the customer service and maintenance departments.
