I went in on December 18th to renew my plan since my contract up. I was instantly greeted by the kindest employee, I believe his name was Milkeessaa. He answered all my questions and made sure I left with the phone and plan that was best for me.
The service was fast and he was very knowledgeable. He even set me up with a case and screen protector which are holding up well! Will definitely come back when my plan is up.

Milkeessaa helped myself and my husband with setting up a new phone and internet plan, as well as a new phone for my husband. He not only got us the best deals, but was genuinely kind, charismatic, and knowledgeable! We had such a great experience!

The employees here were really kind and knowledgeable. I came in to get a new phone the other day and they were facing some system issues and complication with my account but they were able to work through it and made sure that I could do the upgrade plus take advantage of a watch promotion that was expiring that day. Couldn’t ask for better customer service!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place has THE WORST customer service. Seeing sooo many comments agreeing how bad this place is, REALLY shows something…. Trying to ask a simple question in store and the bigger guy with the glasses says he can’t help us because he doesn’t know and tells us to call customer service instead. AFTER we’ve told him already that we called and he didn’t help us. So we leave and have to call again. After waiting over an hour on hold he says he can’t help us again…. My app won’t let me pay the bills and they can’t help me so what are they expecting me to do? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH TELUS

Had worst customer service experience at this location refused to take my return back and told me to come back after Black Friday. Went to another location at 34 street and return was done without any questions. Save yourself hassle and go somewhere else.

Have been having the worst experience with Telus
I did the biggest mistake switching from Bell to Telus
They charge me extra, I’ve been on hold and keep calling to fix it and they have not. Do not chose Telus

Oh I am so overwhelmed by the two people working today. I felt like I was at the Bank and the level of Professionalism. Oh my goodness I just want to say thank you for a white young lady on shift today. She is amazing caring and loving human being and she went beyond and above. And the other guy working with today. He is amazing as well. I am so happy you have this kind of people around. I am thrilled and the service was spectacular

Me and my husband had a great experience in this location thanks to Milky and Dana they are both amazing Very helpful and approachable. I will greatly recommend them if you would want to visit this store.

This was the worst service. The girl at the store was the least helpful person. I came in looking to upgrade my phone that was due this month. She at first advised me I wasn't an authorized user on my account (I am as confirmed by 3 different reps on the phone) but also never bothered to get off her chair to look at phones with me or answer my questions. It's okay if you hate your job, but no need to be ignorant to your customers.

Awesome experience! I have been avoiding upgrading my phone for a while now, just love that home button too much! But I finally decided to bite the bullet and upgrade – went to the Telus store in Millwoods Town Centre and I was not disappointed! Dana was so friendly, and very patient with me. While I was waiting for my phone to transfer over, there was a rather irate customer in the store and the staff handled it like pros – very professional and courteous! Thanks again to Dana, and all the staff at Telus, MWTC!

We preordered a phone here, and we have yet to receive the phone still. They said it was already delivered, but we have not received anything. They now claim that they delivered it to the wrong address. They are charging us for the phone already and still no phone! Telus and UPS are both giving us the run around and would not let us make a claim as it still "Under Investigation" in UPS. How is it fair that we have started paying for the phone when we don't have it yet?

Bought two new iPhone 12, Otter box cases and Zagg screen protectors here. One of the screen protectors cracked after a couple of weeks. Went back with receipt and wanted them to replace it on warranty. They just kept saying you will have to do that at home yourself. They just kept saying we told you at the time of sale. They are sure happy to sell all the stuff to outfit your new phone but if you need help after that good luck. The customer service here is the worst! I was shocked to find out that Telus Sales Associates would treat people like this. Go somewhere else for your new smartphones.

Don't answer their phone (use a long recording directing you to a website) and then don't return messages left on their system. Tells you most of what you need to know about the Telus corporation actually.

I recently canceled my cable subscription by Shaw. I was disappointed by the customer service time and time again.
Telus took the time to listen. Then was able to provide solutions that met our family's needs

Petra is awesome! Best customer service I’ve had in years!

Went in to look at upgrading my phone, she got me even a better deal than I thought I could get and while she was waiting on the phone setup she got me a better deal on my internet, I never asked she just checked

When was the last time someone helped you without you having to ask

Chris was very helpful our I phone upgrade. He excelled at assisting with my android phpne and showed me many shortcuts to organizing my calendar. He was multi tasking throughout our visit. A very professional approach taken by all of the service personnel. A great experience all around and very efficient at transferring the necessary files. It was a wonderful experience for us both. Thanks Chris.

I went to the Telus store at MWTC on March 4th around 6: 00. Approached 2 guys in their early 20s. Spoke to the blonde one. I explained i was looking for a Kodoo plan. He looked at me and said "yeah". So i figured he needed more info so i explained the plan i needed and he eye rolled me and said "Yeah". So i asked him what i needed to do to get a plan an then he told me this is telus not koodo and i needed to go to the kiosk on the other side of the mall. Ive heard about Telus customer service but now I witnessed it. The koodi guys were great and had me set up on 10 mins.

Great service, helped me out in a bind and walked me through everything that i needed to do on my end. In and out within the hour and even were happy to help and weren't rushing when it was nearing close.definitely would recommend this location

Pros: Friendly Staff, great service I felt well taken care of and appreciated for my business.
Cons: Store is quite small, and crowded when busy.
