This review is for Cody L of the Chinook mall Telus mobility. He gave me the best cellular mobility service I have ever experienced. He is super smart at structuring what he's saying, and laying it down in a way that's easy to understand, even writing it out on paper to visually show what he's saying. He demonstrated great confidence and knowledge on Telus services and iPhones. He was really easy to talk to and is personable. He helped me find the best deal for what worked for me. Pleasing the customer while also fully representing Telus in a really good way, definitely were his priorities. Thanks for the great service Cody!

Went to get a new phone & delete my visa from my account to add another card, had to sign a contract saying I approve so I did. My visa has been illegally being used by Telus. Called said who was helping me nothing was ever done. I tried calling Telus mobility they wouldn’t help either saying. So I guess go to Telus if you want them to illegally use your visas and do nothing about it when you confront them!

The lady on the phone wasn’t very helpful I was asking for a help about my bill after they signed me up on a plan and now she doesn’t want to help and very rude. Deserves to be fired.

The worst of the worst internet provider there is out there in this country. I have been to 4 states in Canada and I promise you, you won't find a more expensive and malfunctioning company that provides internet out there. Do yourself a favor and give the smaller companies a look instead of these major ones who only care about making money and not their customers. The only thing telus is good at is their customer service that picks up. I was supposed to have installation done on the 14th from 9 am to 11 am. Firstly tenchinian shows up after 12, then claims apartment number is missing so goes to put it on file.

After a while he calls and mentions he needs to cancel that order and need to create a new one because Telus lord behold can't put an apartment number in their file which makes me think they must be using stone slabs to write on. He kindly asks me to wait till they confirm if I they can set it up today and after 3 hours of waiting I finally decided to call the company myself.

Someone picks up, I give them the necessary information, tell the issues and he puts me on hold, after some time simply transfers the call to someone else as a new caller and I provide the information again and explain the problems once again. Only positive thing incoming was the lady who this time was dealing with me, she was patient and bright enough to let me know they could not set it up today and would do it after the 17th which I canceled after waiting 6 days for a simple internet connection appointment.

Me being a little wise had a back up plan with another smaller internet service provider who on the other hand got everything properly set up to come provide a line on the 15th, also which costs less and apparently provides more faster internet too. If you are in the downtown area, try Moby, friendly efficient and definitely does not mess up, with consistent speed in their connection.

I have to much confusion about my internet plan n bill but there guy call viktor who really help me and short out my all questions. Very satisfying experience. Thanku

Dismissive and unhelpful when it comes time to help us with a warranty issue. I’ve been a Telus client for over 22 years. Took a refurbished phone in for warranty repair, and we got sent elsewhere three times. When they were finally forced to try to deal with us, they were completely unwilling to help find a solution that would work for us.

Dealing with customers positively has to extend beyond the point of sale. Since we had this experience with three different individuals, I’m presuming this is a corporate problem. Bad hiring. Bad training.

TELUS needs an immediate fire office manager at this location, she needs to learn not to hang the phone on the Customer. She doesn’t fit to have this position in this store.
One of the TELUS staff did a mistake with my address so the phone I was supposed to get went to the wrong address I call them so they fix my issue and she hangout on me I came to the store she didn’t want to give me her name and everyone working there hide their name tag so I don’t see their name, however, I hope call was recorded to prove what’s happening. I will take this matter to TELUS headquarters to make sure she loses her job or reeducate her on how to solve Customer issues. She hides her name but Telus headquarters know exactly whom I talking about

Also, sell person MR. RYAN W but the main issue is the store manager. She needs to be removed from this store or she gets re-educated to learn how to solve the issue

Not sure why Telus bothers with a store front in an expensive mall. I was not acknowledged or greeted.no eye contact, one representative was helping a customer, the other was sitting at a work station, on the phone.
I waited for a while and eventually just left. Why bother Telus?

Had an absolutely stellar experience at this location. Was given expert level help from Viktor, who answered all my questions, repeated himself when I was understanding and made sure I understood all my options. Absolutely incredible employee! Highly recommend!

The staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I went here to set up home internet and security for my first house and the experience was great. Cody is awesome.

Today had an awesome customer service experience with Eee … while getting a new phone.
The location was slammed with customers and he handled everyone with a big Ol smile considering how busy he was.

I’ve been to the store twice my wife had an issue with her phone and Danielle helped her solve the problem. Then I had a problem with mine weeks later and Eee fixed it. They were both so friendly knowledgable and very helpful. The wait time good. The customer service here is excellent…. Thanks!

Called to ask some harmless questions about pre ordering a new phone in store and being without a cell phone till it arrives. Got nothing but attitude and quick responses. Why stick with a company if that's how they treat customers lol

Came in late on a Friday to exchange a phone. The service we received was awesome! Thanks to Abby for getting us in and out very quick and being very helpful for any questions we had.

Jampa helped me with my new phone and set it up for me. He set a new contract for me and set my phone up. Answered all my questions.

They don’t smile or make us feel welcome. Disgusting, rude and lazy staff. I’m embarrassed of them. Can’t believe they are hired there. 2 ladies there are unbelievably ridiculous. Not even wearing name tags so no one can report them!

The level of incompetence and lack of customer service is unbelievable. Among a long list of issues, I had a store employee tell me to call Telus customer service while standing inside the Telus store.

The future is not friendly and especially not friendly for Telus, nor for their manager Rob. Previous to my termination of my contract I had been a telus loyalty member for almost a decade. When my phone broke while I was out of contract and on a month-to-month plan I came in to tell us to try to find a solution to my situation, I received absolutely no effort to retain my business as a customer, I was not offered any plan that made financial sense.the staff did not want to work with me in any way shape or form, I was simply told to go to the back room and call customer service on an old corded office phone and wait on hold for an unknown amount of time. After patiently waiting for about 25 minutes I asked the manager to have my contract terminated immediately but I was refused and told to call the helpline again and wait on the phone.if you're looking for a new phone stay very clear from Telus, also stay very clear from telus if you're looking for home internet, as they will pull similar shenanigans and cost you time and money. This company needs to be held accountable for mistreating their long-term customers and their business will not last in times like this where anyone with a phone can peer into the depths of a company's reputation and history. Stay away from Telus if you value your time.if you're in that part of the mall turn around walk away, go upstairs and go to WirelessBooth they are much more helpful and actually treat you like an individual. The CRTC needs to deal with Telus before they ever see a dollar from me.
