I had a very difficult situation about my cellphone from beginning (shipping problems, after 2 months I got a cellphone without SIM card) and no one answered me correctly, and we have found KATYA at Telus on TD Core mall location, she helped me to fix all problems about my cellphone, and I get 1 more cellphone for my wife also, now we are happy because finally we have found person who really professionally helped us, thanks again KATYA

I do not recommend Telus. They gave me such huge bills for TV, even though I never had a TV.after I moved to another address, I wanted to transfer the Internet to a new address, they told me that they could only connect 15 megabytes of speed. I then decided to conduct myself a new Internet.but when I decided to terminate the contract with teles, a surprise awaited me in the form of a payment of $ 300

JAG is the best at this location. He listens to you carefully, always smiles and finds a way for any problem. He will help you more than his duty. The only reason that I am still Telus client is JAG.

I connected the most expensive provider of internet, and they added home TV plan to my contract without my knowledge and wants $320 for the cancellation fee

If you want to issue a SIM card or phone in Telus, contact Ekaterina in this office. Because another employee made so many problems for me that we are still sorting them out. In general, if home Internet or any other service is in Telus, then contact Ekaterina! She speaks Russian and Ukrainian, I am very grateful to her for solving my problems!

Terrible customer service, staff sat around on their phone while not helping customers as they walk in.

If you want to issue a SIM card or phone in Telus, contact Ekaterina in this office. Because another employee made so many problems for me that we are still sorting them out. I had very bad experience in this store (CORE Shopping Centre- 751 3 St SW Unit 241, Calgary, AB T2P 4K8,), especially sales associate folks (Sufyan L and others) never ask what is the problem if you go to store after connection taken. I took two connection and they (Sufyan) offered some promotions as part of boxing day but those promotions were not in TELUS promotion list, then I got bill more than standard bill and I called TELUS customer care and they said they never heard about this kind of promotions and again, I had call with TELUS loyalty team and they confirmed those promotions never included in across TELUS. Again I went to store and tried to talk with store manager’s but they said wait.wait, and almost I wait 4 hrs but no response from them. I am strongly recommending please do not choose this store for any service. If there is an option to provide -100% (negative) then I could.

Thank-you to Allan-Cleary - a true asset to Telus - he kept his calm over a 2 hour period trying to sort out a problem with my Samsung phone - he was amazing and in the process saved a loyal Telus customer

Telus has been on a roll with fantastic unbeatable deals. I switched both my cable and my phone services to Telus. I pay a fraction of what I used to for better services. Ended up completely upgrading two phone lines. I'm not so techy so I went in to get some help. Scott was patient and got us set up from start to finish. From hooking up and setting up our new phones, to transferring all the data from our old phones, then factory resetting them, and even recommending a store just downstairs where we could sell them! Within two hours I had my brand new phone completely set up, and cash in hand for my old ones. Thanks Scott!

I had telus internet tv package installed. They said you will receive tv in one month time but i didn't hear anything back from them. I even tried calling them but no reply. REALLY DISAPPOINTED. Why you are charging if you can't deliver the product.

One of the most Unwelcoming staff I've seen in Canada so far. Been here twice, worst experience both time.
Staff has no motivation whatsoever, wont give you any proper info and definitely not friendly and helpful.
Ughh! I decided to leave Telus and switch to other better service provider.

Went there to get home internet and i was welcomed by Allan, he was very friendly and helpful, my new place didn't appear in the system because technical issues and he was able to figure it out in less than 24 hours. Ambiance in the store was very nice. Great customer service, highly recommended for newcomers since Allan is very informative and speaks spanish. So forget getting any Telus service online, do it old fashion, go there, find Allan and he will take good care of you!

A few weeks back I went there to upgrade my phone and Alan was so helpful and well knowledge. Then I had interview today with Candice the store manager very pleasant and hoping that I can start working with Telus.

I went into the store to replace a phone that had been stolen. Jed spent more than two hours with me. He explained the differences between the various tiers of Samsung phones. He listened to my needs and preferences and then he recommended a phone that was on for a very good deal. He helped me find the best accessories that matched my style. He helped me set up the phone and showed me how to configure the phone to match what I had before. He worked on troubleshooting a longstanding issue I had with my Telus outgoing emails. The store had a good number of staff and I didn't have to wait long for help, nor did I feel rushed. Analisa, the assistant store manager was professional and kind too. I was pleased that I had chosen this location for my purchase.

Had some really great service, dude was knowledgeable & nice. Didn't really feel all that pressured.

I had moved to a new address and the building was serviced by Telus. Having never had their services before I was a little unsure the best plan to meet my needs; booking into the store for an appointment with Allan-Cleary was my best decision! He clearly explained the processes and options to me and helped me find a plan that would work best for me and what I needed. He even made suggestions and helped me fully understand what I would be getting with my plan. He was a pleasure to deal with and would 100% recommend him fully for anyone looking to change over to Telus services. He takes his time and walks you through everything.

I went in today interested in getting an Apple Watch added onto my plan. Allan-Cleary was more than happy to help me out!
