Just recently stopped by to check out the new deals they had to offer and ended up leaving with a phone! Rehan is definitely the best sales employee I have ever dealt with. We didn't have any appointment however we got seen to right away. I found the staff very helpful, in particular Manvir (not sure if I spelt his name correctly, sorry) who made some great recommendations.

My in person experience at the telus store was great the customer representative duong was great help and he guided me with right choice and decision with the phone upgrade process I would recommend every one to come to this store with cell phone upgrades

Costly internet down! Spend 2 hours on my family SUNDAY with nice gentleman/technician from India on the phone helping him to figure out what is wrong without success. Then a real guy comes on Monday (very quick) and repairs/exchanges the modem. Now we have only slow internet while paying for high speed.

Great place for mobile services. Got a new iphone and an amazing plan. Doung is awesome. Also, we recently had a problem with our other mobile connection, the sim got deactivated for some strange reason. We went to the store and Duong made sure he fixed the problem asap even though it means working after hours. Thanks a lot Duong and thank you Telus)

Norbert was fantastic! Very polite and helpful, and I felt genuinely listened to, when I asked questions. He had no problem with explaining the situation and helping me figure out which phone was better suited for my needs! I just wish there were more phones with headphone jacks. I wasn't pressed into the hottest, fastest, newest phone, in fact he was incredibly respectful and asked what my needs for it were.
10/10 appreciated his help! Will be coming back.

Very awesome customer service my wait time was under 5 minutes before I got help got all the information I even got a brand new phone flip from Galaxy Samsung Oh man it's going to be awesome when it comes in and I can thank that telus store for all their help I recommend this to everyone West Edmonton Mall telus store.

Went into this location for help with a repair to my phone that was under warranty. The phone came back from the warranty service provider fixed, but damaged. Kris and the store manager were awesome in helping find a resolution to the situation and you could tell that they cared about providing excellent customer service, and they really wanted to ensure that I was happy with the resolution.

It was because of this location and its staff that a potentially upsetting situation turned into a positive experience.

A young man named Duong (pronounced Young) gave me an excellent experience in store when purchasing my new phone! He helped me set up and transfer my data and also helped me reset/create new email accounts so my phone would work properly. After, he took the time to show me the ins and outs of how to use the phone and demonstrated a lot of cool features that the phone could do for me. Go see Duong!

I had issues with setting up my SHAW email to my phone. I went to the SHAW store in the mall and they did absolutely nothing, were completely useless and they told me to call in. They didn't even attempt to help at all, had no interest. I just went to this TELUS store and a representative named Duong went above and beyond and was able to get my SHAW email loaded onto my phone. He did what SHAW should've helped me out with. Amazing service, come see this store and specifically this rep!

Took my senior mother in to get her account info as she didn't have paper billing sent to her which we asked for when her account was changed over and she couldn't remember her phone password. Accidentally producing an expired id i said my name should be on the account as well. No help. The tone of the young man there couldn't have been more "GTFO here unless you got valid id" if you tried. Worst customer servive.

Had trouble getting my corporate discount. Actually the company I work for was very rude and not willing to help to get the discount they offered. Two hours was spent just getting a code, any normal sales associate would've been visibly frustrated. Bilal was calm the entire time, did everything he could to assist, remained very professional and friendly.
Couldn't be happier with the service I got.

SO ITS TIME FOR AN UPGRADE. HERE I AM. ONLINE. EXCITED TO GET THE S21+ULTRA512GB WHEN I GET AN EMAIL SAYING I NEED TO GO TO A TELUS LOCATION TO VERIFY MYSELF WITH MY PHOTO ID.

SO I GO TO THE CLOSEST LOCATION. WEST EDMONTON MALL

SALIL B. AND TELUS CHANNEL CARE TEAMED UP TO CONVINCE ME THAT THERE WERE " FLAGS " ON MY ACCOUNT AND THE ONLY WAY I WOULD BE APPROVED FOR A PHONE IS IF I SHOWED 2 PIECES OF *PHOTO* ID. THE FLAG HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY CREDIT SCORE BUT " MULTIPLE DELINQUENCIES" THAT THEY COULD NOT TELL ME ABOUT.

AN EXPIRED PASSPORT IS NOT ACCEPTED, I WAS LEFT WITH THE CHOICE TO APPLY FOR A LIST OF PHOTO ID OPTIONS SUCH AS.
PERMANENT RESIDENT (I AM A CITIZEN)
FIRE ARMS LICENSE (DONT OWN A GUN)
METIS CARD (I AM FILIPINO)
. AND ANY OTHER FORM OF ID THAT I DONT NEED/WILL NEVER NEED

SEEING AS COVID IS AROUND INDEFINATELY MY DECISION TO RENEW MY PASSPORT WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL IT IS SAFE TO TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY AGAIN.

THEY REJECTED MY SIN CARD, KOHO CARD (which has my name on it) BMO CARD (also has my name on it) AND MY CREDIT CARD (suprise suprise, name on that too).

AFTER DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE WITH SOMEONE I KNOW FROM CORPORATE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOONE WAS ABLE TO PROVE THERE ARE ANY FLAGS ON MY. ACCOUNT, AND THAT SALIL B. AND TELUS CHANNEL CARE MADE A JOINT EFFORT TO ENSURE I WOULD LEAVE THE STORE EMPTY HANDED, FRUSTRATED AND DISRESPECTED. THEY WANTED THAT SALE FOR THE STORE AND NOT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CUSTOMER.

I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER. AND THEN LATER RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CUSTOMER WEBCARE THAT THEY ALSO COULD NOT FIND ANY REASON FOR MY ACTIVATION TO BE DENIED AND TO RETURN TO THE TELUS STORE TO ACTIVATE MY CHOICE OF DEVICE.

NO THANKS

I was at the telus store at west Edmonton mall today and had the best customer service by Omar! He answered every question and concern I had. He was very patient and knowledgeable. If you want great service with a smile visit Omar at store 6651!

We went in for a new cell phone plan. My boyfriend was switching over from Fido. We had the best service. Omar helped get him set up, and wasn't pushy with the deals but helped us bundle and save on our internet too! Which was great cause I was becoming unhappy with Shaw. Now we have twice the speed and we are paying 50% less! No lie! Overall great customer service.
Everything was organized in store. And my boyfriend was home for the set of the internet which he said was done skillfully. They ran a cable along our wall from the front door to the back of our apartment. You can't even see it!

I had worse experience in that store, very very unpleasant young people in customer service iv come across in my 60 years old experience they treated us like they were doing us favors, my phone galaxy note 9 only 8 months old cut in smoke and died so I took to store in west Edmonton mall on 2nd level, first they give us the run around between them and Samsung store because talus people didn't want take time and process the shipping and they know the phone was bought from telus on 2 years term
They had no respect for my age or problem just kids weren't raised in good family environment by growing on the street now working at telus in customer service, go figure very very poorly managed
At least at Walmart they help you, maybe they should go work at Walmart or Costco first before they work for telus

Worst service ever I have ever seen in my life. Not by store but by Telus.whole company is making customer fool.if you cancel the service they send you invoice after 4 months and thay says “you owes some amount “ when you call them and they says we never contact people by email after cancellation and they says if you again go with Telus then only they can remove that charges.

Made it very clear we wanted my son to have the same plan as our daughter that shares our data. Set it up so the price was the same but our son pays for data usage. 3 days later I get a message saying he has used $50/data and when I called the store they told me to call loyalty and when I called loyalty (on the phone for 132 mins) they said to bad. That plan my daughter has doesnt exist anymore! Will be cancelling all four of our lines with telus to go else where!

You either love or hate TELUS. My experience is not always the same they lack continuity between their locations as well as consistency. However having said that their staff are relatively friendly and I think they are trained well.

15 days exchange or refund hahaha Phone was rebooting all the time they played around doing factory reset and monitoring phone until the 15 days goes by and there you go no more 15 days exchange!

Been a telus customer for nearly 20 years now. Gotta say for the most part they have been fair to me. When my wife and I came in looking to upgrade our phones and add 2 more for our kids for Christmas, the staff were very helpful and made the process easy. The lady that helped us was very knowledgeable and helped us determine the right plans and phones for our family. My only critique which is common for most carriers is that there is always plans and specials for new customers, but not often does telus reward or acknowledge long term customers or give incentives for people to stay with them.
