Parth was extremely helpful, me and my husband had no idea how to use our Samsung phones after switching from iPhone and Parth took his time and explained everything to us. Thank you!

Poor review for the Londonderry location only. Staff could not have been less helpful. I ordered a new phone online which did not ship after 10 days due to a glitch. I went into the store after waiting on hold 2+ hours. Employees stated they could do nothing to expedite the process of cancelling original order.
Went to a different Telus location and not only walked out with a new phone that day, but a plan that saves me $35 a month AND a discount on an otter box and screen protector. Goes to show the lack of customer service is specific to the Londonderry store.

Got instructed by Telus over the phone to visit a store so they can transfer my 5 lines once I got the SIM cards in the mail. So that’s what I did. I walk into the store and no one is willing to help. In fact, they kept telling me that it’s not their problem and that they would charge me $25 for each line they would transfer. The guy (Nathan) was incredibly rude while communicating. Avoid this location.

By far the worst company I’ve ever hired services from.

Telus took money from me, 4 payments, took over a month to refund me, made two early resolution offers by management in the escalations department, I spoke to a senior manager and he told me it’s not Telus’s fault I was charged multiple times, tells me he’s sorry but can not offer compensation, however two other managers confirmed Telus was and is in the wrong.

I am now hiring lawyers to sue for damages, I am posting this to bring awareness of telus’s professionalism.

. I came to Telus Store in Londonderry Mall to upgrade my phone (s) & obtain information on newer devices. Dom was informative, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful & displayed an incredible amount of kindness to a person with very little knowledge of phones & their operatives. I’m fully aware he is doing his job. No doubt whatsoever. But he did it with such integrity, such enthusiasm & genuine interest in the customers (my) concerns that it had me wishing more people would be like this lovely young man.

Great job Dom! I sure hope Telus recognizes the value & importance in the employee they have in you! Your an absolute champ!

Went in and upgraded my old phone to a new Samsung S23 Ultra. The fella that helped me was ok until we did up the contract. Put me on a lower plan but said he was saving me money but in reality the worst deal. Then he added a security feature for $10 a month that I did not ask for and he had said I would see a credit for it. To me this is a bonus like scenario for the seller to get a spiff. Anyway I had to call Telus customer service (45 minutes) and get them to change the plan and to also remove the security monthly fee. Shady to me. Nice guy but he also went over the contract like a speed reader and so fast your head spins. Being fast is not impressing anyone and instead makes me wonder what else I had missed. No one else in the store either so no excuse for it. Visit a different location or deal with telus online or phone

Beware- worse customer service experience I've had.
On Friday December 30,2022 time 14: 26. I came unit k0703 londonderry mall 137th Avenue and 66 street to get help my new line cell phone but this guy are not willing to help. He is not good guy. He is so rude.

I don’t think it’s appropriate for you worker shanakaa or whatever his name is to cat call customers when walking by, not only is it disrespectful but if we don’t wanna engage he doesn’t need to make stupid remarks as I am walking away he’s unprofessional and disrespectful

I want to say how happy I am with the great service provided to me yesterday by Mr. Manthan J. After having no end of problems trying to get in touch with corporate, this person took the time to resolve all my issues and problems. I want say thank you for his patience and help and really recommend all customers seek his help. A real gentleman for sure. Regards Dale R.

Blaming clients for something they didn't do. Some errors that occurred from their own company. Stay away. They can't seem to bother doing there own due diligence. Reviews shows everything.

Great experience at this store after a nightmare of one at Kingsway. The staff here were well informed of their policies and the crossover policies with Koodo. The guy helping me hadn’t done it before but a manager was there to assist. In and out easily within 15 minutes. If only all store had the same professionalism and customer service attitude. These reps were absolutely wonderful and made a horrible experience slightly less horrible!

Went in to upgrade my phone, 0 hassle was in and out in 20 minutes. Friendly service, the guy working was very knowledgeable as well.

Went to the Londonderry Mall Telus after being told by the CS people based in the Philippines that they couldn’t correct the bill issue where someone has registered their cell to my address. After discussing the issue with a sales tech, I was told that the store manager should be able to address the issue but he was on break and he would not answer his cell. After manager returned, I was told that he was still on break and that I should come back in a half hour but then was told that he had a meeting and wouldn’t be able to meet me then either.
