Very bad service, i was trying to buy a sim card from Public Mobile but the seller was very rude because he wanted that I get a koodo plan, he said that he was not going to help me in nothing about Public Mobile, when they are the same company. This is the customer service in this store.
I am very dissatisfied with the connection by the Telus operator. It is a shame that they are profiting from new arrivals. I am very indignant. At Telus, my husband and I connected a promotion of 15 GB of Internet and so on for $65 per month. More than that, they said that they do not have it. And every month, everything comes to larger and larger amounts to be paid. I hardly used the mobile Internet this month, and most of the time I used the home Internet, and the GB just disappeared. And this was recommended to us by the manager of the blonde salon. And my colleagues were offered more GB by another Telus and at a lower price. I do not recommend Don't even contact this mobile phone salon.

I broke my phone and needed a new one asap. I was still on my trusted 6s (stop laughing) and went into this location. I was helped by an amazing young man, I forgot his name but it started with an A. He was able to get me set-up with a new phone at $0 down. I was very stressed out but he made the process as affordable and easy as possible. I can not say thank you enough for the professionalism that you showed. I love my new phone!
Called and reserved ipad was told it would be held for me. Drove 2.5hrs just to have them sell it on me before I got there. DO NOT SUPPORT HERE no consideration whatsoever. This has me considering a new service provider
We really had a bad experience with Marlborough Telus store due to the Manager CAMILA. We purchased IPHONE 13 PROMAX on Nov 26th, after 3 days, I noticed a small line inside the display, which is rarely noticeable. Since this purchase was within 15 days period, thought to return or exchange this phone.went to Marlborough store, they said Manager CAMILA is not here, try another store. So we went to countryhills store and they said the same reason and also told us that return the phone at same store you got it. Again next day we took half day leave in order to meet CAMILA Manager at Marlborough, when she looked at the phone and refused to take it back, the reason she told us that it is physical damage and can't be returned, asked us to contact Apple store and get an inspection report, Again we had already spent 3 days for this.we booked appointment with Apple store and they checked the phone and said that there is no issues with the phone and the line is inside the display. We called the Marlborough Telus store an explained the situation and they said Manager CAMILA is not at the store.we didn't want to waste our time meeting with this lady. So we decided to go at the Sunridge Telus store. We had really amazing customer service there. Even when the Manager TIM was not there on duty, the sales team discussed entire story with him and helped us by taking our IPHONE back. Highly recommend Sunridge Telus store
Have not had any luck moving business phone. Called on dec 3 had appointment for dec 7 with no time scheduled called was given new date dec 10 told them not before 10am she booked appointment for 8am-12 pm called back given new date dec 15 anywhere between 8am and 5pm. Asked for supervisor to call. Never received call. Think i need to change service providers after 20 plus years.
I had a good customer service experience with an employee from this location (Tim). He spent about 30 mins with me fixing an issue with an ESIM card for my girl friend. He was patient and provided us with excellent customer service. Thanks Tim. You rock brother!
Was having technical issues while outside of Canada and didn't know where to turn for help. My boyfriend went to our local Marlborough Mall store for me and explained the situation. Tim to the rescue! An issue I thought was totally hopeless, he turned into something that was resolved with ease. I was completely reassured and my phone was back up and running! I am so thankful!
As an essential truck driver my job is to bring materials from over the border, being honest and tell yes I was out of the country within 14 days, they were refused me, My job is to travel between countries, This guys were lazy to deal with me I only wanted to change my address on file, and get a print out, but thanks
My Mom and I went in to get her a phone that better suited her. She is 82 and had problems with technology and she couldn't hear the ring tone or the person she was.talking to on the phone. We had Josh (I think that is his name) taking care of her. We have been served by him a couple times before. He is very polite, helpful and friendly. He made sure she got the right phone and he tested it for her so she could hear the ringer and the person on the other line. He also transferred all her phone numbers for her. Great customer service!
I can't thank Anna enough for her excellent service. I lost my phone during my travel to Calgary. I just renewed my contract and had a standing order with Telus web store. The timing of losing my phone couldn't have been worse. I was in quite stressed when I entered the store. Anna listened to my situation and assured me that a solution can be worked out in the store. She was practically on the phone for more than an hour help sort through my situation. Meanwhile she explained to me all my options for new phones and services, as well as current promotional offer, and assisted with the decision making without being at-all pushy. Anna went through the contract with me and made sure I understood everything and how I'll be charged monthly onward. She answered all my questions patiently and knowledgeably. Anna made sure I had all the accessories I needed for my new phone and she even helped applying the screen protector. I was sent on my way only after she made sure my phone was working 100% and there was no further questions from me. I've been in customer service myself for the past 15 years and my visit to this Telus store is above and beyond my expectations. I can tell Anna is passionate about delivering the best possible services to every customer. Thank you again for making my day.
The worst place I have been despite being on line waiting to be called the sales associate was just chatting with customer about things that have nothing to do with TELUS products
I used to have my service with them, I think I even bought my Samsung Note from them. Lol they never got tired of my endless Q&A's infact they were glad I brought them up. Which leads to why I bought & signed up under them because they were very transparent in their dealings, they want u to understand everything and don't try to trick u, sales or anything related. Just honest, upfront business that I like. Any1 would really.
I eventually had to cancel with them because my new phone wouldn't work under them, so i've now switched to Rogers but I do miss Telus.
When I was with them though their plans were well priced u got what u payed for and much more, sometimes with added perks. I never once had my calls dropped or had to wait long times to get dial'd thru or have my data stop working within range or just super slow service. None of that existed with Telus. From my experience they are a great company if not the top imo. If I get the chance to go back to them I most certainly will.
