If you go to Telus at Country Hills Blvd, especially Anjali was so genuinely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went out of her way to check the best offers available and advised what each package will best serve my purpose. I entered intending to get a pre-paid plan; ended up with a business plan , she is smart and know what she is doing. Thank you again Anjali. Excellent customer service, I 100% recommend visiting them.

The staff was very very very rude. I had to pick my phone from this store which I had ordered online.and reserved at this store.the store was supposed to close at 5pm and I called them at 4: 30pm to keep my phone ready as I will reach at 4: 55pm. He Said me that we will not help me if I am there at 4: 55pm.i reached the store 8 min before the store closes.the staff had locked the door at 4: 52pm and did not give me the phone. I had to return home without the phone. He does not deserve to be a telus staff. His name is shoheb.

The two gentlemen that helped me were Nate and Shahbaz. Those two are outstanding, both friendly and polite, eager to help their customers, very knowledgeable.

They helped sort my issue out in a very timely manner. I had a little wait as there were a few customers ahead of me, but it wasn't so terrible maybe 5-10 minutes? Thank you again gentlemen! Will come back here next time I need anything!

Had to go back in to get a bit of assistance, today Ali was the gentleman who assisted us! Just blown away with the friendly service at this store. Ali went over and above to make sure Patricia and I were satisfied with our services and even helped us save abit of money in the process! Great staff at this location!

We had a fantastic experience at the Telus store. Nathaniel provided excellent service, helping us activate our phone, SIM cards, and even seamlessly porting our numbers. Their assistance was efficient and friendly, making the whole process a breeze. Sima was great and so professional too! Highly recommended!

Sima was very helpful, we had to renew our contract, he explained everything in good detail and clearly, if you need anything ask for Sima he is the best.

Went in for an upgrade on 2 phones. Ran into some issues with SIM card, the process took quite a long time (4+hrs) to sort out. Sima was my rep, and I am so grateful he was there. He kept me informed and helped as best as he could. I could tell he was frustrated for me, and I appreciated that a lot. There was some issues on the tech support side, but again Sima made the whole process much less stressful. I highly recommend Sima for any of your needs at this Telus location. Overall experience 2/5, but 5/5 for my customer experience with Sima.

I have visited the store today in evening. Very bad customer services. Instead of helping me out they are saying they can’t do anything. Why have you open Telus store? Such a bad experience I ever had in my life. Never gonna visit this location in future. I wish I can give 0 star to the store.

Went in to return my wife's iPhone that was on a bring it back program. The way it's supposed to work is: We give them the previous phone, then they use the value of that device to pay off the remaining balance owing. Pick up a new phone, continue making payments, rinse and repeat.

The employees instead processed this as a trade-in. Meaning the remaining balance on the previous phone was not paid off. Resulting in an unexpected charge of $540 on our credit card. After speaking with Telus on the phone they put the blame on this store for not following proper procedure. They are unable to issue a refund and offered a credit or a prepaid MasterCard in a MONTHS time. We are left to float a $540 charge because of this store's mistake.

Went in to get them to help me with my internet. First off the front door was locked. Waited for them to unlock it. At home I kept calling and messaging support just to be cut off after 6 hours.
The employees at the Telus store only suggestion was to return everything at a post office and go with someone else. They couldn’t help me and refused to even try. After I left they locked the door and disappeared into the back.

I won’t be returning here. Not happy with the level of customer service. Very angry.

I had a great experience finding a device to upgrade from my IPhone 8. Kristina in particular provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. I will definitely bring more business!
