Mae B - I don’t know if Telus will be able to keep you. You have a real talent for customer service. Patient, funny, informative.and a real people person. Our experience of getting a new phone was enjoyable vs the usual experience of wanting to poke our eyes out. You are our go to when we need Telus services.

I went to this store yesterday to add 2 lines to my existing account. I was promptly greeted by a rep and he listened to my concerns and stated the process. All turned very negative experience when another associate named Akal S interfered by peeking the screen and told me you can not do this unless you pay a deposit! I was surprised and disappointed as he judge me without the facts and misleading the other associate who is originally helping me. He was like I know it for sure, because they are asking to call channel care. I was like how can you confirm without calling the channel care as this may be to verify the right identity of the individual. He was like disrespectful and argumentative. Than I asked both of them to stop and I don't want to do business with people who don't respect me or my business. They were like we don't care. I called Telus customer service right from the same store, and they activated my 2 lines literally in 10 mins. I hope Telus train these people properly to treat every customers with respect and dignity.

I recently visited Telus to upgrade my home plan and get a new device, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Akal, a remarkable representative. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, patience, and helpfulness.

Akal went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. He carefully listened to my requirements and provided me with insightful recommendations for both my home plan and the new device. His expertise in the products and services offered by Telus was evident, and he was able to answer all my questions with ease.

What truly stood out to me was Akal’s patience. He took the time to explain various options and features, making sure I understood everything before making a decision. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, giving me the confidence that I was making the right choices.

I can’t thank Akal enough for his exceptional customer service. He demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Telus is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledgeable representative on their team.

Visited this location yesterday at around 3: 00pm. A notice on the door said to book an appointment online so I was about to do so. One of the employees, a young man with glasses and black hair, approached us and just rudely said can I help you. We then went over to his desk and told him we needed a new phone and he began saying that we were going to pay a lot more for our plan, did not give us any deal or help us get something cheaper. We then told him why and he just shrugged his shoulders. He was very rude, condescending and unprofessional! He should not be working with customers with that attitude! We left after this because of this guy’s behaviour. Management should do something about this employee so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Usually my experience is very bland and straight to the point but my last visit was exceptional! Akal s was incredibly helpful, friendly And personable. He made some adjustments that improved my experience with Telus. That is the kind of salesman that all businesses need thanks again

Received amazing service from Akal at the store. He is professional, upfront and extremely knowledgeable about the products and services available. He recently helped us with my wife's new phone and with our home internet.
Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for Telus products.

Just avoid going in in person. Do everything online. If you want to pay $50 then go in store if not do everything online and the fees are waived. Store said they had no ability to waive the fee that the online store does for free.

I bought Samsung Ultra 21 with plans for two years and now that they recommend me and my husband to moved with Koodo instead because it's cheaper plans.
But now i have to pay remaining of final balance of 340.51$ to keep my phone that fine and I bring the letter said you have a final balance to pay for this phone and if I don't pay, they will sent it to collections which is effective my credit scores so I bring the letters to this store and the manager and staff was in the meeting the manager told one guy to come help me, I explained everything to him but his manager told him to call the customer support and helping me but the guy was just trying to give me the customer support numbers and do it myself. If I would know what I am doing, I wouldn't want to be there asking someone to help me out!
I get very frustrated so I just ask for my letter back and walk out of the store
I did it myself on the phone!
I'm just wondering why these stuff is there for?
What are they doing in the store?
It's should be a customer service to help out a customers right?

Our family came in to inquiry about our cell phone lines. Akal was super quick and was able to multitask. At no point did we ever feel like we had been forgotten.

He was very patient, knowledgeable and friendly.

We ended up switching from Bell to Telus and saved nearly $150 a month in doing so.

Highly recommend seeing Akal.

Our contract was up, and was helped through by Mae. Smooth, efficient, no nonsense. Explained what my expectations were, and found the best plan to my request, and got into new handsets. Mae was friendly, and wonderful to work with. Thank you!

Beware of telus! Some of the worst service and prices. I was a loyal customer for decades and was very rudely treated on multiple occasions. Overcharged multiple times, under served and nothing but headaches my last two years with the company. They will continue to lose market share I am sure.

My wife and I went to the store today just shopping to change over our plan as we had just moved to Alberta. Mae greeted us at the door and once we explained what we were doing she immediately showed us several options and the pricing for each. She made sure we got the best deal possible and helped us link our mobility account with our Telus account. She made sure that we understood everything that she helped us with and wanted to make sure we were satisfied. We actually had fun setting up the new accounts and also ended up with a great new promotion that saved even more money. Telus management, Mae could be an example of what customer service should be! I would definitely consider more Telus services because of our experience with Mae! Great job Mae!

The service I received from Kenny G was fantastic. His professionalism and patience was exceptional. As a senior citizen who has troubles with modern electronics, I could not have found a better person to deal with.
