I had a prepaid account & phone # and was looking to use the ph # with a wireless home phone device. It was easy to order the device online and received it a couple of days later. The difficult part came when trying to figure out how to transfer/port the phone # from the pre-paid service to the wireless home phone. After an exhaustive search online proved fruitless, I decided to stop by the Deerfoot Meadows location. I explained my dilemma to Crystal who went to work on resolving my issue. I had a prior commitment and had to leave but she continued to work on it until the desired result was achieved.

Incredibly insulting staff. Go here if you want to be treated like a criminal and be required to show ID through the front door glass before they'll let you in the store. In the middle of a new strip mall.

For what it's worth I'm a 1%er professional who doesn't look anything like a criminal. What a joke.

I bought a new iPhone 14 and Cooper sold it to me he was very nice and helpful explaining everything I didn’t understand it was a great place!

Cooper was absolutely amazing! He helped my grandmother so much and made her feel so comfortable (explained things she didn’t understand) got her the best deals and was just so kind and easy to talk to! Would recommend this location, just because of him.

Is there a way to have 10 stars? I went in with a problem with my phone plan. Kendra went ABOVE AND BEYOND and solved my problem quickly and then went on to help me get the most for my money combined with all the services we had with Telus. She was SERIOUSLY amazing and advocated tirelessly for us. It may not be a big deal to others, but she absolutely showed the highest level of customer service and human awesomeness. Thank you Kendra! I had transferred over to telus from bell on to a corporate plan. I originally got the Samsung S23 phone. I had thought I was getting the one with 256GB storage but only got the one with 128GB storage. Small miscommunication between me and the rep at another location. After some back a forth I was sent to the Deerfoot location and Jasmine (not sure on the correct spelling sorry) was able to help me get the phone I wanted and the price I wanted. Although a rocky start, the customer services was spot on and Jasmine was extremely helpful.

Kenzie Oram, what can i say, absolutely went above and beyond to modify our TELUS mobility services in record time without a hitch. I have since referred more clients as they have switched from other providers, great work Kenzie!
