I came in yesterday around 2pm to upgrade my phone - there was one guy working and he was chatting with 3-4 girls at the front of the store, all leaning on a table talking about their weekend plans and where to get sushi. The man begrudgingly agreed to help us and when we sat down, gave us a million reasons why we shouldn't renew because there are "no sales on" and I still had 2 months left in my contract (I knew this, and was fine with it, I wanted to upgrade and had made time to go to the mall with my baby to get this done). He literally told me to set a reminder in my phone to come back another time, it was very clear he did not want to work. We went to Best Buy Mobile upstairs and they helped instantly, upgraded my phone and convinced my partner to leave Telus and join Fido which they did! Telus lost a customer and would have lost me too if I another carrier had a better deal for the phone I wanted.

It was clear we were being turned away because the guy did not want to work, and he immediately ran back over to the group of girls and resumed talking about his sushi order leaving us standing there. Not a good experience - but, the consequence was a lost customer.

Booked an in store appointment, as was having nothing but issues trying to renew/add services online, and via phone.
Agent told me she couldn’t help revise my services unless I was a ‘new’ customer. Well I ‘was’ a customer for 25+ years. Moving on from such terrible customer service.

My husband and I went into this Telus location today. When greeted it was "you can sit or can let the men handle the business" had to double check the year to make sure I didn't step back into 1923. Really unimpressed. Sat and listened to his speech on a deal that we said we were not interested in (only wanted a new phone not phone and watch plan) and he went through and just did whatever he thought we needed. Walked out of there without anything and did not switch any plans to telus. Disappointed.

I had to give them one star because it wouldn’t let me give them zero. We have had nothing but issues dealing with the store from home service to our cell phones. Had an issue with one of the sales people not getting credit back for my phone that I previously paid for manager said they would call us back. We have not heard anything back from city manager in well over a month, this is a customer unservice

Wolfgang B at this location was a massive help. He went out of his to help me with my new phone and an item return. I've been with Telus for 13+ years, and interactions with quality employees like Wolfgang keep reminding me why I've stuck with you guys. Keep up the good work!

After of more than 30 years with TELUS, finally I found a really good TELUS customer service representative, his name Russel H.at the South Center mall. Excellent customer skills!
Russell went beyond expectations! Perfect!

Customer service is hard to come by and if I could give 0 stars I would. I was really disappointed in the lack of service we received today. There literally was NO ONE in the store and when we asked a question rather than taking the initiative to help by looking into our file, the person who “helped” us or lack there of, was like “well I’m just telling you” like os it that difficult to go the extra mile and help a PAYING customer!?
Super disappointed…. Do better Telus reps…

This Telus store was great! And this is coming from a long time customer of a competitor. I was given the information I needed to help me make my decision and the sales representative respected my request for no sales pitch. They even provided me with information that my provider didn't readily provide that helped me make my decision. I would have no issues going back to work with them I recommend working with Russell.

It was a really good services when I was there to sign up for it. After that, zero support, and when I called Telus, 3 hours wait no one picked it up. I work from home and I will have to miss another day of work without internet. Awesome.

I went to telus located at south center mall in calgary to buy a phone on black friday.on arriving at telsu store I told Shauna the manager who was at front door i wanted to buy a s22 samsung phone. Some one from the telus team approached me and said i could go for a coffee in the mall while i wait for my turn. He told me i was on the top of list and it would not be to long. I went to tim hortons and got a coffee with my partner and waited for the call.i was half done my coffee and they called. I finshed my coffee and came back to telus for my appointment. The manager shauna was upset with me taking to long and said the next person was taking from the list. Shauna then told me i was bumped to bottom of list and another 45 minutes as there was several people ahead of me. I was not pleased as felt i could be taking next as i was there waiting. While waiting 2 other customers where taking. I felt this was unfair and expressed it to her. She then became very rude. As i told her i am here and ready to buy a phone and she said i would have to wait and if i persisted in talking to her about she would call security and have me removed from the store. She continued talking down to me and my partner witnessed this that she was acting intimidating in her stance and her tone was talking down to me. I felt humiliated by this experience. She is very unprofessional when handling opinions other than hers. Her attitude is over bullish. I suggest she get some type of therapy to handle customer confrontations in a professional manner. There was no need to penalize me by putting me at the bottom of the list even though it had already been 35 minutes since arriving at the store. It was totally uncalled for when she threatened to have security remove me. When she threatened me with this, i told her go ahead and call security if that is how she felt. She did not and this told me this was purely a threat only. Granted it was super busy being black friday but this is no reason to be a obnoxious boss babe. I told her i was going to report her to her boss and asked for his name. She says she does not give that info out. She told me to contact some 1800 number to make my complaint. There are 2 other stores close by at Chinook mall and Deerfoot meadows where service is much better. I suggest not to go there or try bell where employees seem to have better training in customer relations.if her upper management reads this they are welcome to contact me.

My husband and I went in last weekend to get myself a new phone after changing our plans to employee pricing through Telus’ customer service line. Upon arrival, It turned out that there had been several errors made by the customer service line.
Thankfully we had Russ assisting us in the store! Russ spent HOURS on the phone with various agents in order to fix all the issues, so that I could leave with my brand, new IPhone 14! The level of customer service, dedication, and knowledge we experienced from Russ was top notch. Give this man a raise! Thanks for everything:)

Went in to renew, scanned QR code for appointment. Confirmation said 1 minute. 25 minutes later I left. 40 minutes after that they called me to see if I was ready. Advised I left. Asked for the loyalty number so I could call to renew, “but can you text or email it to me since I’m now driving? ” No. And of course I forgot the number.

We ordered a phone which is supposedly delivered to our house but instead delivered to the wrong house because they made a mistake with the address. We went to the store to have it change, the guy told us that he can’t make the call (telus) to sort out the problem that time because he was busy and promise to call us later… to make the story short, he never called… We had to call back again to ask for an update and still he was busy with other customers… until the next day we made another call but he wasn’t there that time… again to make this agonizing story short, we ended up knocking on our neighbours door just to have the phone…. I don’t know why he keeps on saying he was busy, I don’t think he treats us as customer… Guys, stay away from this store because they are busy with other customer… Find a different store where you will be treated as a real “customer “… 2 stars for he was nice to us but it’s not enough customer service….

What a great experience today. Updated my phone got my first Apple Watch and everything was done with ease! Perfection, thanks to Cale, he was most knowledgeable and went above and beyond with his service! A+ Definitely a fantastic experience!
